I've never had an open face Falafel Wrap. The sloppiest, messiest lunch with everything dripping all over the place and there were no napkins in the bag. The Falafel was just okay, the so called Tahini sauce was completely without any taste whatsoever, not even a hint of garlic. The wrap they used was a Greek pita which is impossible to wrap around 3 Falafels and lettuce, tomatoes, there were no kind of pickles, or even hot or mild sauce on this so called wrap. I wanted to order food for my lunch break. They advertise that they are open at 11 so I planned accordingly but when I placed the order it said it would not be ready till 1130. The bathroom had no toilet paper or paper towels, there was a circuit breaker panel exposed with the door laying on the floor of the bathroom. There was no silverware out and no napkins anywhere. Instead they put Kleenex boxes on top of every empty napkin holder. I asked for the tzatziki on the side, he gave me about a tablespoon worth. It's cut into cubes instead of strips which can make the wraps a little trickier to eat because the meat can sort of topple out at times, but it's certainly not a deal-breaker.
