I've visited the Vacaville, Concord, and Fairfield locations over the past 4-8 weeks. This location is clean, has a nice open layout, and the restrooms were well maintained. A special shout-out to Dave! I have a service animal, and he provided outstanding customer service. Thanks, "Nick," (lol - see what I did?!) for having someone like Dave representing the restaurant. Vacaville has a larger dining area (though parking close by can be limited). For food, I'd rank Concord slightly lower on taste quality. It's still good, and I'd definitely eat there again--I'll just be a little more specific with my order next time. Both, Fairfield and Vacaville have equally good tasting food. Staff were friendly 2. Was watching how they prepared orders and they were working as a real team, packaging was perfect 3. Taste, great except for the Veggie Pita which I ordered for the first time.. The Wrap was in great look, amazing presentation but taste wise? I never liked it.. Fries was good though.. Even though the parking lot and restaurant were packed, there was still plenty of parking available. Yes, the line was long -- but honestly, free food made it absolutely worth the wait! The process was simple and organized: walk in, choose your meal, and enjoy. The owner/manager and another staff member were especially attentive and helpful, answering everyone's questions with patience and enthusiasm. When people in line asked how it worked, they clearly explained that each customer could choose one free meal, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The portions were generous, and you can tell they truly came prepared for the crowd. It was really impressive to see them giving out so much free food while still keeping great attitudes and excellent customer service throughout the rush. The staff was so attentive and welcoming from the moment my son and I walked in. The restaurant is very spacious with plenty of indoor seating, plus a few outdoor seats if you prefer to dine outside; esp on those nice warm days. Our food came out really fast, and everything was packed with flavor!! The portions are a great sharing size, too! Or you can be selfish and have it for yourself lol If you haven't been to a Nick The Greek, just know that they offer a lot options including salads, wraps, rice plates, bowls, and desserts, so there's a little something for everyone. My absolute faves from here are the Chicken Gyro Pita wrap and the Beef/Lamb Gyro Plate with Rice. The Beef/Lamb Gyro Plate was so satisfying to eat. The protein was tender and seasoned so well. I honestly enjoy eating that with just the pita bread (which btw my son absolutely loves now!)! The Pita Wrap is fun to eat because there's such a mix of flavors and textures, your tastebuds will be dancing for sure! And it's not a visit to Nick The Greek without ordering a size of their Falafel!! So good! It was a good size and not hard. Very easy to bite into and easily enjoyable with or without sauce. For dessert, I had to try a Froyo with Dubai Chocolate. It was the best mix! Their Froyo is so different from your typical froyo. It has this tanginess that'll make you go "whoa" and want you to keep eating it lol That and the mix of the sweetness from the chocolate was a great balance and dessert to end the meal.
