It's been a while since we were last here. Since then, they added kiosks and their food is served on plastic to-go containers instead of real plates when you dine in. It was a hot day. I'm not sure why I gave this place another chance but I did. I ordered the loaded gyro bowl and it was all rice. The tomatoes and onions in it didn't seem fresh. The gyro meat didn't look fresh and there wasn't that much in it. I also didn't like that I had to order at a kiosk and didn't have the option to talk to anyone. $13 for a bowl of rice, no thanks. I did not dine in because it was hot and humid inside. This will be my last time coming here. read more

A month ago I wanted to try something new for lunch, I saw the Yelp reviews on this place and came with a friend. They have a self help kiosk, a decent amount of seating inside & outside, and a wide variety of food options. My first time here I got the Gyro Wrap with curly fries and homemade mango lemonade. Since then I have returned six times and got the Gyro Plate and most recently the Gyro Rice Bowl. The food comes out fast & hot, it's always fresh & flavor-able and more importantly filling. With the Platters in particular being enough for two meals! The customer service though can be a hit or miss, out of the six times I have been there I have only had an issue twice; with one employee in particular. This most recent time though his attitude was enough to make me edit my review & scoring. But the food is still amazing, I highly recommend it, and I will be back on days when that employee with the bad attitude isn't on his shift. read more

I've been coming here pretty consistently since 2022. The food, portions, and cost were great. There were some changes made since then and it's gone downhill. The chicken recipe changed somewhere in the last year or so and it doesn't taste as good as it used to. Still came by for the gyro platters though. With the last few orders I've gotten, I noticed that the salad they give on the side is just slimy and not as fresh as it should be. It's just lettuce, some slices of cucumber and white onion with a simple lemon dressing. They must prepare these too far in advance and it sits way too long. My lettuce shouldn't be slimy and wilted when it gets to me. I also recently ordered a bowl instead of a platter and it's 80% rice to a small portion of meat and sauce and veggies, which was an awful experience. Extremely disappointing in the food as it used to be much better. The restaurant also began utilizing an AI phone system instead of having workers take orders over the phone and required payment over the phone for a time, which was kinda sketchy. They also installed two in-store ordering kiosks, so they've made quite a few changes although I wouldn't say they're improvements. I used to like this place but I'll definitely recommend others instead. read more

Falafel Corner Natomas has BOGO Deals on DoorDash, specifically the Loaded Chicken or Loaded Gyro Rice Bowl (2 for $13.99 which is essentially buy one get one free). One bowl is obviously not as much quantity/portion as, say, a platter, but still very good and satisfying -- and this way, you get two! It's either grilled chicken shawarma or succulent roasted gyro (seasoned lamb and beef) meat strips over basmati rice, house tzatziki and tahini, and fresh cucumbers, onions, tomatoes, cilantro, lettuce, and lemon. I don't believe you can mix and match one chicken and one gyro for the deal. I also like to add a side of their yummy falafels sometimes to complement the meal. read more

Used to be one of our favorites but the last visit will be our last. We have put up with the inconsistency because it is still good food. Now they want me to order on a screen that adds a 15% gratuity automatically unless you remove it. We drove in a half hour to eat here and the chairs were up in the tables because they were closing in an hour and they wouldn't let us eat inside. Not a big deal but it was nearly 100 degrees! Not wanting to drive home we got it for there and it still came in a compartmented to go box. The food was mid. I got a burger for the first time because I wasn't real hungry. The meat was flavorless and the produce and spread were slung on in clumps. On little tomato slice and a couple of rings of an onion. I would not order a burger again. They appear to be focused on their to-go and door dash business. They seem to be busy so I'm sure we won't be missed but it's not the experience we are looking for. read more

Got the chicken wrap with a side of fries. The wrap was stuffed with flavorful chicken and was honestly bigger than I expected. For the price, especially with what places are charging these days, it felt like a win. The fries were hot, fresh, and plentiful. I don't say that lightly because ya girl likes to eat, so I notice when a place is generous with portions. Service was fine, not overly warm or chatty, but that's okay. We were in the area and my wife could only eat vegetarian so we decided to give this place a try. The place was small and compact but it was nicely designed to make it feel welcoming. We took a minute to see what we wanted. I got the combo plate while my wife got the vegetarian wrap. The combo plate was delicious. I taste was on point and it felt like a very clean eat. We started going to falafel corner at the end of last year and really enjoyed it. We would go once every week or two. Unfortunately the last few times we've gone in the staff that work the counter have killed the experience. They use inappropriate language while they work, they joked about dropping a fried chicken sandwich patty on the ground, and on our order they joked about it being double fried which in fact it was and it was not edible. The bun was a disaster. There salads came wilted, missing the xtra chicken. It's gotten to the point where we no longer dine there. read more

I called the store and the owner himself, Sajad, drove to my place and gave me the correct food. I am so impressed with the level of personal customer service! You can't go wrong with a wrap, plate, or even their burgers (their burgers were surprisingly good!). This particular time we ordered the gyro fries, philly wrap, and a gyro wrap. TIP: ask for tzatziki because it doesn't come in everything and it's a make have for any of their dishes. The gyro platter was flavorful and well-presented, and the chicken sandwich was excellent as well. We encountered a minor issue with one of the orders, but the manager promptly remade it and, without us even asking, refunded the money for the mistake. I've been to this location multiple times and have always had a positive experience. My go-to order is their chicken rice bowl. The chicken is always perfectly seasoned and so is the rice. I've also had the falafel and it's great. I've never dined in, so can't speak much to the atmosphere or service in that regard.
