Let tell you. I went to culinary school. And I own a restaurant. The American food here was compl horrendous. We order fries. The fries were completely overcooked. The excuse from the person on the phone that they were seasoned. And seasoned with fries. Then because they knew they missed up, they added different fries. Which were dehydrated from being over cooked. French fries in the are suppose to be cooked at a certain temperature and should have some moisture them. The rep refused to give a refund for the dry food. The food had set and they refried the food. I will be sending these photos and review to the county CFB and the county health board. read more

I have ordered from this establishment two times. I do not plan on ordering from them again. The delivery service is fast and friendly, so I want to give them points for that. I also want to mention that their appetizers (I have had the crab rangoon and spring rolls) are tasty and crunchy. However the main food is unacceptably bad. The portions are decent size, but the taste is horribly bland. I have tried the rice and noodles, and chicken dishes, and in every instance I had to throw the food away because of how bad it was. It was tasteless, greasy, bland. The fried rice had no additives to it (no peas/carrots, egg, onions, scallions, etc). The lo mein left a bad aftertaste and the added portions (chicken, beef, shrimp) were chewy and tasteless. Please do not order food here. This is NOT a good Chinese food establishment and there are many other options available in the area. read more

I've been to this restaurant twice and both times were good! I recently had their combination lo mein which was delicious. The noodles were cooked perfectly and it doesn't feel as heavy compared to other restaurants'. I would definitely recommend this spot if you are in the area and would like some Chinese food! read more

I absolutely adore this place!!! They Literally ran out to our car for some egg rolls that were missed! They are always very friendly, generous with their portion sizes (one combo meal could easily be split to 2 or 3 depending on appetite) lots of different options. Love the lo mein - not salty which we are happy about!! Also the wonton soup you can't go wrong. Give them a shot! read more

Really bad Chinese food. I didn't know you could mess up orange chicken with pork fried rice and boy was I wrong. The worse part from ordering from this place was that I ordered 2 regular egg rolls and both of my egg rolls had shrimp in which I am allergic to it. The only reason why I didn't get a really bad allergic reaction was because my friend warn me that the egg roll had shrimp before I took a bite if not things could have gone super wrong. The only thing I am asking is for them to be super careful with people's orders because you never know what people are allergic too. read more

Before moving away my family had enjoyed our family meals from here for a long time. Felt nostalgic yesterday and decided to stop in on my way to work. As kind of tribute to my late father. I entered the restaurant actually 7 minutes prior to opening.(10:53).The lady at the counter greeted me. We had a quick but nice conversation about my family been long time customers. So ordered and paid for food(11:05). She said it will be 10-15 minutes as I only ordered the steak and cheese sub and small onion rings. At 11:40 I begin to ask whats was taking so long! Finally she came out with food and very arrogant and rudely said "we make everything fresh" I begin to tell her since I was the only customer it should bot have taken 35 minutes to make a sub and onions rings. She then begin to lie and claim I CAME IN at 11:15 (still 30 minutes). Finally she said look in bag all here and I am not going to fight with you. Food was very bland. Nothing special. First time ordering it was delicious. I ordered some lo mein and some Hunan beef with rice. It was delicious. I had it delivered. I ordered through their website and paid a dollar for tip and a dollar for delivery and a dollar for tax, otherwise the prices are very competitive. i was reluctant to leave a review, but felt it's in the best interest of potential customers and I'm very disappointed with the food I ordered. The owner (I'm assuming) was very nice and personal which is another reason I feel bad to leave my review. But here goes... I ordered chicken with mixed vegetables and I have to say that I couldn't get passed the smell to include green and red peppers in the dish. I couldn't bring myself to even taste it. The rice had peppers in it as well, and was dry. The taste was just ok, I took a few bites And added lots of soy sauce. The cheesesteak egg role tasted kinda funny as well. I ate only 1. good thing I ordered the Chinese donuts, they were good. The donuts ended up being dinner. They always bring it faster than the estimated time. Every delivery person has been friendly & polite! They always over pack the food which isn't a problem for me lol! Literally every time I order they're so great and kind, I've never had a mistake or any complaints. The staff is amazing, especially with everything going on with COVID they're taking extra care of their customers. When I ordered tonight they were running a little behind (which is totally okay because every other time they're super speedy), and I got a call letting me know that they didn't forget about me and they were just finishing up my order. When my food was delivered it was hot & was amazing as always, but they also threw in a free drink. I'm not usually a yelp person but this place is amazing. Family Fortune gets my five stars for my take-out order of Singapore Noodles. It's a favorite dish of mine and I found theirs to be freshly cooked, just-right seasoned and delicious. The food is so good that I didn't downgrade them for the decor, which is thrown-together plain. There are only two simple tables, so this is strictly a take-out place. The public part of the restaurant appeared very clean, as did the kitchen (visible through a window). They give free delivery within 3 miles for orders over $10. However, there's an advantage to picking up your order - you can add a beer to it at the 7-Eleven in the same shopping center. (Family Fortune just offers soft drinks.) Worst Chinese EVER! We ordered kung pao and happy family and the kung pao was tough chicken with no sauce or flavor. The happy family was beyond bad, the "sauce" was almost clear and the whole dish was flavorless, and the scallops and shrimp were bad. The fortune cookies were also stale. Checking out chicken wings at Chinese carryout, because i like good chicken wings. I was surprised to find Peking and roast duck on the menu. I ordered Roast Duck, Chicken Wings and Seafood Pan Fried Noodles. The duck took about half hour, not surprising. The duck was somewhat dry and came with a container of sauce. This was not as good as those authentic Cantonese restaurants that have duck hanging in their window. 3.0 The chicken wings were nicely done, with container of sauce. 4.0 The pan fried noodles came with noodles in separate container from the vegetable. 3.5 I had a chance to speak to owner. They used to operate a different restaurant, sold that, and purchase this location about 6 months ago. His he new name at this location.
