There were two customers ahead of me. I looked at a few items in the store and was helped in about five minutes. I was measured for an insole. Staff heated the insole. I then stepped on a piece of equipment that would mold the insole to my foot. Staff were super helpful. She had me try on some slight compression socks. Once the insole was ready as well as my results, staff got me a pair of shoes. She placed the insoles inside and had me try them on. They felt so good. I was on a time crunch so I had to leave shortly after that. Staff sent me the foot evaluation results to my email. Interesting process and good to know the results. Shared parking lot.

Frankly, while they have a large selection, I've never had much luck when I've been looking for something specific. On my last visit, I was looking for a dressier "walking" shoe that would be comfortable for walking and standing for long periods at my volunteer job. Unfortunately, I was unsuccessful. But then I spotted the hot pink espadrilles. They came in my size. They would go with multiple summer outfits. They were comfy. I am so excited for them to come. Even knowing she'd have no commission, she was very helpful, wrote down the names and sizes for the shoes I loved so I could find them online easily. I'm only sorry I didn't get her name. I highly recommend this store. They were likely the nicest salespeople I have ever encountered in my 57 years. They treated me like I was a very valued person and not just a customer.

I was so surprised that he went above and beyond for me and my questions and recommended several good options not only for the hike but for the car camping as well.
