I am not going to say it was amazing because it wasn't anything spectacular. But the place is clean and does not have an overpowering chemical smell in the store like some nail salons do. The massage chairs are a little too strong for my back but the woman who did my pedicure was friendly and easy to talk to. Do not go to this salon, my nails looked horrible. They had rude service when i asked for two requests which she didn't do and i asked her to do something else and rolled her eyes at me. this also took 3 hrs to accomplish. The black was completely see through after i asked her to do many coats. Will not be going back, no need to waste your money. read more

One of the most unfriendly nail places I have been to. When I was not interested in doing the more expensive polish she seemed very put out. Toward the end of the session I asked her if she could clean up my cuticles and she said she didn't do that?? It would taken her 30 seconds. I paid her before she started polishing and gave her a very nice tip. She didn't look at me, thank me or even acknowledge I handed her the money. I've been going here for years as a loyal customer but within the past couple months service hasn't been up to par. One time in august 2021, I was asked to "let my toes dry on the way home" and they smudged immediately when I got in the car. Every time I get SNS dip which has only lasted a WEEK tops. When I go in to get it fixed staff always blamed me saying I broke them on purpose. When I went today to have this set fixed they said they would take care of it then charged me $50. That's after I paid $50 a week ago plus a $10 tip. For this set of nails... for $110 I expect better quality and service. When I went to a different salon in Lexington, KY they asked me where I got my nails done because the SNS wasn't applied correctly which is why they kept breaking. I will not be back. read more

Do not got to this salon unless you want to be injured and treated poorly. I have never been to a salon where I was cut and bleeding, and the service was not completely stopped to stop the bleeding or clean up the blood. In my case the guy going my pedicure continued on with the pedicure despite my big toe bleeding from my cuticles being cut so aggressively- he continued on. I had to point out and there was no apology no remorse- he blamed the dryness of my cuticles. That's what my friends, who are licensed nail technicians, call a "chop shop". They make improper handling look normal to convince naive customers that's it okay, but the reality is that they're not following good techniques and they're probably violating the local health laws, and they could make you very sick. The skin that they're cutting off has a very important function- it keeps dirt and germs from getting in. I'd bet that lots of their clients get bacterial and fungal infections, and they can also spread very dangerous blood bourne infections like Hepatitis B and C. The worst part of the whole thing was that I had to ask if he could put cleaner on it- he then said he would but this did not happen till about 3 minutes later. Service is supposed to be stopped immediately if there is blood exposure- he was also supposed to put on gloves when treating the injury, to no surprise that didn't happen. I am extremely scared I will have to go the doctor soon because my toe is extremely painful and swollen. Beware of this salon- and there lack of disregard for health and safety. read more

Do not recommend. This was probably one of the worst mani pedis I've had in a while. The lady let her hair drag through the polish and did a very poor job fixing her mistake by just slapping a dot of polish where the hair pulled so it is very uneven polish. The manicure was done by another guy and it was the most unnecessarily long manicure that looks terrible.The top coat of the gel polish is so thick in some spots it looks like bubbles. Just choose somewhere else to spend your money. read more

Went in for an acrylic fill and a pedicure. Had gel polish on my acrylic nails. Probably not the smartest idea since I had acrylic as well, but they soaked my finger for the entire time I was getting a pedicure which resulted in acrylic coming off and really dry fingers due to acetone. After nails were removed to put a new set on, the guy who was doing it did not put tips on even thought I told him I wanted them (my nails) longer. So I have short nails with acrylic on them. The polish job is ok. Could have been better but could have been worse. On the pedicure side it was mediocre. The guy went too fast in my opinion and he stared at me a lot. Made me very uncomfortable. They couldn't get water temp right either. I said it was too cold, then they turned the hot water on and it got too hot! Again, paint job was ok. I got a gel color and he got it on my skin and didn't clean it very well at all. So after all that I will definitely NOT going back! read more

My wife and I took my mother for a pedicure they were very professional and did a great job

Not recommended. They seem to dilute the already poor quality lotions and cuticle oils. They go through the motions of a manicure or pedicure but when I leave, my hands and feet are not any better looking/feeling than when I arrived, except now it looks like a 3 year old polished my nails. I had to instruct her to re-file my nails so they weren't all jagged and snagging after the first round of filing, to actually use the cuticle tool on my cuticles instead of just moving it around on my finger, and to remove the polish from my fingers where she missed the nail and painted the skin instead... Even after that they're still a mess! Not to mention... it smelled terrible. Yikes. I will find a new place bc now I have to go home and fix this mess. read more

I got a pedicure from here. The people are really nice and the massage on my legs was great. The only thing is .. When I come and get a pedicure I want all my dead skin on my feet removed. That was not the case. They rubbed the bottom of my feet once each with a puma stone and that was it. I still have a lot of dead skin left. I have never felt like I haven't had a pedicure after I left a professional business. Not worth it. read more
