Hmmm. Well, I am satisfied with my pedicure, however, this salon is not clean at all. From the towels to the floor, and nail stations. I came in the early morning, so I was immediately seated. I had on a dress, so a towel was placed over my legs, but the towel was full of debris and hair. I'm not sure if the same towel was used for every customer that needed a leg covering, but I could tell it was not clean. The shop, floor, and stations are very unkept. I don't think they sweep much here. I get that the shop has been here for many years but that's no excuse. I needed to use the restroom badly, however, I did not want to risk the chance of touching a dirty door knob so I held it in. The chair in which I sat for my pedicure leaned to the right, so I was not sitting down evenly. Normally, when you are seated for a pedicure the representative turns on the massage option. That was not offered here, I'm not sure if the massage chair worked. I will say that the older gentleman that did my pedicure did a great job. He paid attention to detail and made my toes look normal again. I think I will continue to shop around for a nail shop. read more

I been going to this nail salon for the past 8 years. All I can say is they are one of the best nail salons I been too. Once you keep going to them they treat you like family. They have an amazing vibe with you. They will joke with you and talk to you. They really get to know you. The wait isn not too crazy and someone is always available. My favorite name tech is David. I love my nails at first. However I paid $55 for medium ombré length nails and 2 nails broke in less than one week without me doing any strenuous activities. Updated: 11.29.2019 New management, as in owner same staff merely. Wait time is through the roof with literally 4 nail techs and 2 or 3 pedicure techs. Keep in mind the nail techs are the eyebrows techs as well. So time is not valued here since the client to workers ratio is so large. The staff is rude and disrespectful to customers I've seen it several times since being here. I would not recommend this place at all. Im currently looking into new nail salons now. read more

STAY AWAY!!! This was by far the worst experience I have had. I went for a fill and ended up with my nail ripped off the skin. I told him I have hard gel on my nails which needed to be drilled off since he couldn't fill as they don't have gel. He told me "no time" and took a nail tip, shoves it in between my natural nail and the gel overlay and ripped my natural nail right out of the nail bed. HE ATTEMPTED TO JUST KEEP GONG!!!! I made him stop and get alcohol. Then he told me "WE CAN DO DIP POWDER" Like, he suggested I dip my bleeding finger in a powder that other people dip into. NASTY! This place is so UNORGANIZED, DIRTY, UNSANITARY, and a horrible experience. I got my clusters done and she 1. Put 3 layers of individual lashes on my right eye of a medium cluster and a LARGE. 2. Put a large on my second eye. Which made my eyes look alienated. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Disgusted. The staff was pleasant and the wait time was short. However I don't believe that the nail technician knew how to do ombré because this does not look like ombré. I just had these done and as I am home I notice one is already messed up in the corner. Also I had to have the him redo it initially at the start because he used a base color which was pink and did not match my skin tone. I came 4.12.22 to get my nails done. The older woman did them and they came out really sharp on the edges and very wide. I went back the following day and told the lady that the nails came out very sharp and wide, she tried filing them on the sides but it was not enough. "Lee" then interrupted and asked me why i came back. When I told him, he asked me why didn't I mention it yesterday? I said because I work in healthcare, and my gloves were breaking today when I was working with patients. He said well this is the best we can do. I asked to speak to the manager and he said he is the manager- I asked to speak to the owner and he said he is the owner. A good business owner would assess the situation and try to fix the issue. The guy that attended me wasn't too friendly or in a good mood, which is fine everyone has their days. I originally came in for French and saw the attitude & changed my mind. Long story short, I'm back at the salon today trying to fix my nail cause the acrylic chipped on 2 of my nails. When I came in the same guy who helped me yesterday is here so I was a little skeptical about him helping me again. This other lady who does the eyebrows came to look at my nails and I showed her how they were damaged. She tried to say it was my fault. And tried to file them down. Like one corner of my nail down. Like I have square nails why would you file it down to change the shape. She got really upset and started speaking her language. And very spitefully said "you wait 1 hour for him". These Asian salons get it twisted they think we have to glorify them because they provide quick service, when they don't even do a great job. This is why we need to support small businesses. I'm not sure how the other techs are but these 2 experiences were horrible. I wasn't even being rude to the lady. Next time I come I'm going to have my translator ready cause they be ready to talk trash about the customer in their language. No type of customer service or professionalism. ... this experience was so bad I didn't know how to start ... but let's say that we ended up here because we saw the nails of a woman from a place we went to and she recommended this place. I got my card and give it to him really mad because you didn't even do a good job and you keep raising the $$ to pay but I didn't say that though I just pay then he painted my nails they were ok but then he try like to make the dots heart that I wanted but sadly wasn't nearly close to a heart I try to make him just not do it but he insisted in trying in the other hand... I didn't like it. He said that he did what is in the picture but that I didn't see it because it was in another color. ...... believe me, that wasn't a heart. And when I thought my 2 other nails where dry and ready to go well.... let say they didn't I ended up going to publix and buying nail polish remover and painting those 2 nails myself I really didn't feel like bothering that poor guy again.... I give it 2 starts because even though I hate it the job & the guy was kinda rude to me, he tried to give me what I want it even though he did an awful job. and at the end he charged me 25 instead of 30 without me asking him for any discounts.... I was on a short trip so I thought damn this is cheap compared to the $50 that I normally end up paying wherever I go... but I guess that's what you get for what you pay... For one I seen a roach crawling on the chair. A gentleman did my nails and gel pedicure. He was very rude and nasty. I asked for French and I didn't like how the white line looked, he gave me a oval shape instead of square. I simply asked him to please remove it and give me a regular color. The guy was upset about removing it he had a nasty attitude which made him say it's extra $10 now to remove. Mind you it was only 1 toe he did and I was charged a polish change fee. The big $50 tip I left him I told the young owner take whatever fee I'm getting charged out of my $50 tip for this man. It's so sad that the nail salon who did a OK job on my nails has extremely bad customer service extremely bad. I highly don't recommend getting your nails done here. Not to mention there's no price list everybody makes up the prices on themselves and everything is different ...good luck to you if you wanna go there. I go in ask for a manicure the lady starts turning on the spa chair and tells me to sit. I then repeat to her MANICURE. She then gets mad. I asked for the OPI Axxium gel polish, she starts doing it and I noticed right away she's doing it wrong. Another lady comes and finishes the job. Meanwhile I noticed there was a sign saying 20.00 for gel polish including manicure. When she finished and I asked how much she says $25.00 after asking me how I was paying. I asked why $25 and the sign says $20? She replied "credit card fee" I just gave her my card since I didn't Cary cash. When she gives me the receipt I noticed she charges me $26 I was even more aggravated signed the receipt and told her to keep the $6 as her tip. Please DONT GO TO THIS PLACE. NEVER AGAIN. read more
