Memorial Day weekend, my mother in law and I go to get a pedicure. Keep in mind I call to make an appointment. And immediately are just pointed to a seat, no greeting or hi. Then we get to peruse the colors and had to wait around 30 minutes to actually be seated. Once seated my technician who was clearly training attempted to wipe off my old polish and complete missed spots. She continued the pedicure and was very iffy throughout her process looking often at the worker next to her for approval and critique/criticism. Immediately as my mother's toes were done the technician grabbed her bag, drink and jacket and moved it to a bench. Then put her flip flops on her and forced her up to sit and wait at the bench til her toes were done. Same thing happened to me except when placing my flip flops on she messed up and was clearly upset. Not to forget when they were done with mine, they just told me to get up. No seat for me. I was left standing when they finally offered me one of the technicians low chairs. Stuck to wait awkwardly til they gave us the all clear. It would be understandable if they had people waiting for the seats but they remained empty the entire time we were waiting for our toes to dry. And didn't even bother to fix one of my toes. Not to mention the technician doing my mom's toes was coughing and sniffling the entire process. So much so my mother was clearly uncomfortable. So sad to say as beautiful and clean this salon may look. The women serving you couldn't care less about your experience. read more

Don't waste your time or money...They purposely leave a gap in the nails so you will have to come back sooner. They overcharged me twice. I didn't want to argue the point. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!!! read more

I cant believe they let me walk out of there with these nails. I didn't want to cause a scene or refuse payment because I was spending time with my daughter. The gal not only made me bleed on multiple fingers but my nails look worse than if I did them myself. There is no shape, they look like duck feet. She flooded the cuticle with paint. When I asked her how much she charged me $60. I'm pretty insulted by the treatment. read more

The service was alright when I went in today. My issues is when I was getting my pedicure. The person I had doing my pedicure scrubbed so hard on the top of my food with the Callus stone that it broke the skin and now I have scratches on my feet. I then notices when he cut my toe nails one of my big toes is cut at an angle. I'm very unhappy with the work. And they do not take cards. You can only pay cash. read more

While the salon is clean and bright the team did not greet me when I came in. After a few minutes, as I was leaving, a woman gruffly told me they were ready for me. They never offered me a water or anything else to drink however everyone else who came in after me was offed something to drink. I visited this salon on a Saturday and had made an appointment. Yet when I arrived right on time I had to wait about 15 min. I decided to brush that off and see if the experience was worth it. Daniel finally reluctantly began working on my gel mani. It was obvious to me, or anyone else that has had one before, he was rushing and doing a sloppy job. Again I didn't say anything at the time because I wanted to see the outcome. Then I had a pedi with Anna (I believe was her name). It was lovely and she was lovely as well! So even though I was there for almost an hour and a half I was happy when I left. Fast forward and after a week of seeing all the flaws in the mani and wondering how long it would last... sure enough it started to peel. All other gel manis I've had in my life (dozens) they have always lasted 3-4 weeks, sometimes longer, through cutting my nails and everything. So at about the week and a half mark, I stopped by to ask about a fix or a redo and was asked by Daniel how long I expected one to last, in which I explained all my previous ones have lasted weeks. I was then told by Daniel that they usually only last two weeks and they only guarantee their gel manis for a few days because they don't know what the customers has been doing. Fair enough but I would have like to been offered a partial refund ( I asked and was denied) or at least to redo the one nail that was already completely bare, or reseal the others? Nope... no offers to fix his crappy work. The only reason I'm leaving 3 stars is due to Anna and the beautiful and relaxing pedi I had... which both were a bday present to myself, and being a teacher, I would never spend $40 on a mani I was only expecting to last 2 weeks. ‍ read more

Whether it was via appointment or walk in, I was seated within 3 minutes each time for an acrylic set & then a fill. So fast! Dan did an amazing job shaping the nail with incredible attention to detail, filing the cuticle-side of the acrylic perfectly so it blended seamlessly and with no lifting at all as the nails grew out. From my experience, they don't seem to generally be super comfy with doing nail art, so solid colors or french would probably be best for clean and precise results. read more

I called for an appointment yesterday and got in when i needed to. When i walked in i first recognized the beautiful salon, very bright, welcoming, and didn't reek of nail polish remover. They sat me down right away and asked me if id like anything to drink. The team knew me by name because they genuinely care about their customers. Fancy nails is the only place I go for my nails and pendicures! the service is fantastic! They offer you something to drink during your pedicure. They are all super friendly! They also have EVERY color of polish that is out there so you have lots of choices. I would give them 10 stars if I could. The interior is redone and beautiful! They play soft music so it is super relaxing. I highly recommend this place if you are in the area and want to get your nails done. read more
