This place SUCKS! I started coming here in January because they offered Hard Gel. The last couple of times I have had hard gel, the work had been mediocre at best. I decided to switch to normal gel today because all of my hard gel had basically came off anyways. (I had my nails done three weeks ago) I sit down and the lady very rudely points to my nails and says "broken" to all three nails that were broken. I let it go. If you want a nice and relaxing place to get your nails done this is the place to go. Came right when they opened with no reservation and they were able to take me right away. I got a gel manicure and a gel pedicure. Hannah did both and did amazing. She was very nice and gentle. She did exactly what I wanted. The nail salon was nice and clean. And then proceed to leave all your cuticles bleeding and file until you nail bed is literally burnt. This place is the complete opposite. I have had great experiences with gel manicures at this salon. I have never made an appointment and I'm always accepted as a walk-in. (I try to come in at times of the day that I think will be slower for them). They have a large selection of gel polish colors and I have had several different nail techs between my many visits. A gel manicure costs $35 and I always leave happy with how they look and feel. I appreciate the quick, quality work I have received and the close proximity to my home doesn't hurt at all. I went without acrylics for a little over a month so I thought it was time to do another set. My friend goes here all the time and she swears by it so I made an appointment. From start to finish it took about 45 minutes. The guy who did my nails was friendly, but didn't talk to me. At one point he was going on, talking in his language and I looked around, confused. It didn't look like the people working next to him were interacting with him so I thought he was talking to ME! I asked him, 'Are you talking to me??' He replied NO, and the ladies working next to him snickered. Dang and I thought we were going to have a deep conversation! I love how my nails turned out. Nice and thin, like real nails. The guys always do a good job and it seems like the ladies want to charge $5 extra for every little thing they do. Im not a fan of leaving bad comments on businesses but I've been here about 4x and every experience is a disappointment. Yesterday I came in asking for a regular pedicure. Regular polish french tip. Showed Ben the nail tech a picture of what I wanted and he said it would have to do gel. I didn't think it was necessary so I said I wanted regular polish.. with a little bit of pink.. he continued to do my pedicure. He did the absolute bare minimum when it came to my pedicure, No shine coat.. nothing. When he finished. I asked him.. that's it?! .. he said yes and walked off. I could have most certainly had him fix it. Or said something But that's when I decided. I'd go home fix it myself and never return. Definitely not worth a $33 pedicure. I don't mind paying for a nice job well done. But. That was a sh*t job. Im not a nail tech and I went home and did a better job. I had an appointment booked today for a fill & spa pedicure. This is by far one of the best fills I've had in Vegas! I've gone to at least 5 different nail shops in south west Las Vegas & Tammy really did her thing! Normally I come out with sore & open skin from hard filing too many times in my skin, & there was NO open skin! I'm completely overjoyed, definitely think I've found my new nail spot. Pricing is not bad! Regular acrylic fill is $15 (extra $5 for removing gel) spa pedicure with an added 10 minute massage $25. I'll be for sure booking this place for my bridal party soon . Update: my nail cracked yesterday..got my nails done 4/27 crack was there by 4/29...not happy about this. read more

I never post bad reviews, but I feel like i need to. The woman who did my gel pedicure was very friendly and my pedicure looks great. However, when she was scraping the calluses off my feet, she scrubbed way too hard and accidentally scraped way too far up my foot. I yanked my foot up when she did it because it hurt. I thought I might just have a little redness. No, I have had a big red scab for weeks now. I just realized it's been a month and the scab is still there because it's such a delicate area and she was scraping so hard and fast. Be careful. read more

WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO Do not go here. I went here for about a year (i know it's bad but they were so close to me) and i've never been satisfied with the nails I got. The lady up front is so rude and I they clearly didn't know I could understand their shit talking. Just because you're not speaking in english doesn't mean people around you can't speak other languages too. The few times I came it felt rushed and my nails were never even. I do have small nail beds so I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt a couple of times, but the last nails I got were unacceptably ugly. Thick and looked like eggs. I recommend going to ANY OTHER NAIL SALON. The nails I have pictured were supposed to be SLIM almond shaped. When I told the lady they looked thick she insinuated that I just had fat fingers. Which I admit my fingers aren't model slim but they're not huge and I'm a fairly small person! Disappointing since they were supposed to be my birthday nails. I asked for them to be taken off and they said they would have to charge $10 for a soak off. Left on the spot and will never go back. read more
