I love coming to Fantastic Nails! It's always such a great experience. The entire team is friendly and talented, but I've definitely found my favorite! Tea consistently goes above and beyond to make sure my nails look amazing. If you're into nail art, she's incredibly skilled and creative. You'll be in great hands. I rarely get my nails done. Only for special occasions so since I'm leaving for my honeymoon next week I wanted to get my nails done. My gf gets her nails done here and her nails are always looking fire so I told her to make us an appointment. We went today and Celina did a great job on my nails. She was super speedy with it too! My friend goes to Anna and as I said, her nails look amazing. And it's very affordable here too. I'd make the drive clear across town to come here.

Sonny did my gel manicure this time. He was fantastic! He did my nails in about 1 hour total which was amazing and fast. He was very friendly and pleasant as well. He never knicked me or anything. Also I love the vibe here. It's very nice and clean. And the entire is great! I like coming to this nail salon. They also use a texting system and a rewards program too.

I am obsessed with the full set I recieved. I came in as a walk in and was assisted quickly. My nail technician was Nick and he was very methodical. It had been a while since I had my nails done, but I have been to many salons over the years. Nick is probably the best nail tech I have had in years. He was very thorough and took his time to make sure my nails looked right. He took extra time to make sure everything was even and perfect. Additionally he was the same tech who did my pedicure. My feet were in some need for some love as they were very dry. He took his time to scrub my feet and didn't rush the process. I had picked out a color nail polish that was much lighter once he started applying it. I am someone who is quiet during my services as I struggle with small talk. I was not going to say anything about the color because I picked it and it wasn't a huge deal. However he took it upon himself to find a color that better matched the bottle I originally picked. That's a huge plus for me, as I didn't even say anything and he just did that on his own to make sure they were done in a way I would be happy. I really appreciated that. Overall I highly recommend. Ask for Nick, he was great!

Fantastic Nails has been my go-to for 5+ years. The team is always kind, the salon itself is very clean and welcoming, their services are very well priced and they have many service offerings. Nick has been who I go to for the last 5+ years. He is very friendly, he does a great job on my gel/acrylics, he has a great attention to detail, does them exactly how I envision and in a very timely manner. I 100% recommend Fantastic Nails, you can do a walk in but I always recommend calling ahead for an appointment as this salon is VERY popular and they are always busy! 10/10 read more

Been a client since 2014, it's never a disappointment. I've seen the changes in this place and it's just so wonderful! I definitely recommend this place. I've been going to the same person since 2014, Nick. He never disappoints and always great with his work. If you ever have a hard time deciding the color of what you want, ask him he will definitely help with the options. Wow!!! When I walked in I was greeted by the nice lady. Place was so clean and beautiful. I was a walked in but the wait was fast. 10 mins was the wait. I came for a pedi and medi. The girl that help me was so professional. I love my spa day. My toes look nice. My hands was smooth. Thank you to the tech that help me. Definitely coming back. read more

I don't recommend Sunny. First time having Sunny do my nails & I guess he didn't like it when I told him I wasn't happy how 2 nails look. I informed Sunny I didn't like how my middle finger nail on my right hand was looking. Told him it looked as if my mail was pointing up & the other nail on the other hand was looking wired. He tried telling me it was my nail. He had use the machine on both hands & had just finished filling the right hand, when I told him I didn't like how it looked. When back & forth how I didn't like how the nail was looking & him saying it was my nail & had nothing to do with him. I said ok what can we do do fix the issue. Didn't realize he was rolling his eyes until I looked up. That's when I said "what's wrong?" He's attitude changed into a diva tantrum & he said you waited until I was done to say you didn't like your nails. Which was not the case. I tell him this conversation between us is done because it's not going to well. I ask to speak to the manager. The lady who came to fix my nail was very sweet & nice. Didn't get her name but she is the lady that sits at the front, when you first walk in to your left. Probably should wait before I write this post but this guy had me feeling some time of way about standing up for myself & speaking up when I didn't like how my nails I paid for looked. read more

First time, the lady that did my nails, directly behind the check in and the lady at register, are the rudest ladies EVER! They act like they are doing your nails for free...she did the nail crooked and when asked to fix, she told me, it's better that someone else do my nail, that I was too picky!!! Seriously! And I even tipped her $15! Horrible customer service!...Never again. Very disappointed read more

Zero stars for this nail place & their RUDE staff. I guess if you just want a simple non-gel, no frills service you get treated like dirt. This place is not my normal nail place, but I know they're all owned by the same lady & I happened to be on this side of town and needed a quick natural mani / pedi before leaving town. They had time for a pedicure and said I could ask my tech if she could do a mani. I asked her twice & each time she said she didn't know ... then they all start jabbering in Vietnamese. No answer. After my pedi I asked her again if they could do a 15 minute manicure & again more jabbering in Vietnamese & she said "oh did you still want that?" Yes I said. She said "we can't it's 3:30 and we have appointments." Unbelievable. I get my nails done regularly and know that a natural / non-gel 15 minute manicure would be easy to fit in ... besides I am writing this from the parking lot and guess what - no one is showing up for any appointments. Just RUDE. 10 out of 10 do NOT recommend ... oh and they charged me $5 to remove my old polish. And didn't even offer me water. I've never been treated so poorly. Never returning. read more

I went to this place for the first time I had already acrylics so they took my old ones out and got new set the charge was $68 this is just for the full set they don't do anything to cuticles. The pics is my nails 3 days after getting them done. They should not be looking like that after 3 days look at the cuticular area this won't last at all. They have a few people working, I read the reviews before maybe I just the wrong person. Short hair lady sits to the right maybe 4th chair down. read more

This has been my go to nail place for the last 3 years. I'm never disappointed when I come here. Today I was helped by nick. As you can tell from the picture... Nick is who you NEED to go to. He sculpted my nail PERFECTLY. he painted my nails so evenly and took the time to make sure the tip was coated as well. He even did my cuticles. Love my experiences here. And they changed the layout of the salon so it looks even better. I got gel acrylic. LOVE. come here. They're very friendly. read more

Nope I wasn't confused! I asked for a manicure on top of my hard gel service! And still did not get that! And I never asked for hard gel to begin with it was what I received. And even when booking an appointment if I asked for a gel manicure I expect to receive the manicure I initially asked for. If the hard gel fil is an up charge of course I would pay for that instead of never getting a manicure. But also not including manicures in a $70 fil is ridiculous pricing anyway. This nail salon was recommended by a friend. After moving from SD to Pahrump I could not find a good nail place to replace my old nail tech. Came in on a Saturday morning (memorial weekend) mind you.. parking lot full, ladies everywhere seats filled! All i said was "i know your busy, just here for an eyebrow wax?" They are right in my backyard so I really enjoy coming here for my occasional pedicure. I usually get the Deluxe and the leg massage is my favorite part! Hannah always does a stellar job and they have such a wide variety of colors. I came in yesterday as a walk-in and they were able to get me in after a short wait, which I'm always grateful for because I tend to be impulsive when it comes to wanting a mani/pedi. Love this place and so happy we have a great location in our neighborhood to visit! read more

It did cost me $25 cover (wife was free). I was ok with this. i think before 9 it's free to get in. Amazing night.

Found this place on yelp and figured I would give it a chance because I did not want to drive all the way to Henderson when I walked in it says that you need to wash your hands or hand sanitizer and always wear your mask no one questioned anything about me washing my hands or sanitizing they just said pick out your color my appointment was at 1o'clock and I still was sitting there till 1:25 They were very rude and kind of make you feel unwelcome when you walk in and you just are sitting there waiting out of nowhere's I kept hearing someone sniffing having a stuffy nose or something going on and I realize that one of the nail techs start coughing then gets up and runs in the back of shop which u can still hear coughing going on for about 10 mins so of course with covid going on and barley any air circulation in the place I walked out this place has horrible customer service and they all looked unhappy and miserable If you are feeling under the weather don't work rule of thumb read more

She seemed to resent even reasonable requests or questions, responding with visible impatience rather than professionalism. There was no warmth, no conversation, and no effort to make the experience enjoyable. Her movements were rough and, at times, painful. Even after I indicated that something hurt, she didn't slow down or adjust her technique. The manicure reflected the same lack of care. She didn't bother cleaning up excess polish around the edges or correcting small imperfections before finishing. I had to insist on a separate nail file from the one she had just used on my toes - I must have broken "the bank" cost-wise based on the raised eyebrows and argument I got. The little plastic container housing the files and buffer and such was dirty, y'all! The entire appointment felt like I was just another stop on a conveyor belt rather than a valued customer. The most unprofessional moment came when she insisted I pay before the service was complete. I declined, explaining that I prefer to pay after the service was finished. She immediately became far more animated and engaged than she had been during the entire appointment--but only to argue about being paid in advance. It was the most interest she showed throughout the visit. Overall, the experience felt like minimalist service at premium prices. I expected attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. Instead, I left feeling like an inconvenience. I won't be returning.
