The pork dumplings were piping hot and very fresh, plenty of filling inside and not greasy. The dipping sauce was tangy and very vinegary forward, definitely a flavor trip. The beef ribs, were so melt in your mouth tender and flavorful, I really like gravy type sauce it was bathed in and really great ladled on the rice.
