Butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, garlic naan

Totally forgot to take pics before we started eating but this was by far some of the BEST indian food I've ever had!! Reasonable prices and the owner was very friendly. That garlic naan bread tho...winner!! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant looked clean and smelled delicious when we walked in.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We will definitely be back!!

Bottom: butter chicken Top: lamb curry

Quaint small restaurant conveniently located near hotel. Service was excellent and food was very good. Butter chicken - flavorful and lots of sauce for rice and naan to dip in. A bit on the tangy side Lamb curry - didn't try because it was husband's dish but he said it was good. Bowl looks deceptively small but it's a filling portion Garlic naan - not what I'm used to, more like soft pita bread but was so good. Warm and soft and perfect for dipping. Samosas - bit pricey for 2 pieces. A little dry but has good flavor. Chai - good hot tea Mango lemonade - pretty good bubbly drink.

I ate here today because I work right around the corner, and I was very impressed! The customer service was top notch! The person at the counter was so kind as to explain menu options to me and vegetarian options as well. They were relatively quick getting my food to me as well. The restaurant had a nice decor and was very clean. The prices were decent. Because I am vegetarian, I ordered the Chana Masala to go, which is a tomato curry dish with Garbanzo beans and cilantro. It was very good! I highly recommend this dish. I had it with Garlic Naan and the Naan was also tasty! The food was warm and well prepared. I highly recommend this restaurant if you want great Indian street food, and I will be ordering from here again.

This restaurant serves good Indian Food. I ordered Butter Chicken, Pudina Lamb (Lamb Kebab Wrap) and Kebab Salad (with lamb slices) The Butter Chicken and Pudina Lamb were very good, and the Kebab Salad was very tasty, except the lamb slices were cold (which was not very appealing). Overall, it was a good experience and the staff were very friendly.

Mysore Masala Dosa (front) and Thali Tiffin Box

*Open for dine-in March 2022* Walked in around lunch time on a rainy day, and quite a few people are waiting for takeout. We tried the Thali Tiffin Box with Meat $15.95 and Mysore Masala Dosa $11.95. The dosa was decent, slightly crispy on the edge, with chili sauce and spiced potato. It's filling, and good for sharing. The Thali was mediocre. Most dishes, including the butter chicken, lamb and rice, were lukewarm or cold. The flavors are decent, but the meat was dry/tough.

Nice and simple. Hidden in the lower queen anne hills. From the outside it Looks more like a vegan spot or corner market. The interior is nice and simple. The Food is nice and simple. Even their ourdoor eating space is nice and simple. Very clean. I ordered breakfast and dinner at the same time. Together the even out to an interesting lunch. The sun was out so I sat outside. I can't remember what the breakfast sandwich was called but it was pretty good. Not the best I've ever had, but still good. The bread it was on was nice and soft. I only wish is had a suace. Without sauce, the sandwich is dry. The curry was much better than the sandwich. I ordered their butter chicken. So good. Makes me winder what the other options taste like. A larger portion would have made me happier. Also the chicken was a bit over cooked and tough, but the flavors, so nice. My Chai was bursting with flavor, but light at the same time. There was a very minty or earthy kick to it that played very well with the cold milky flavors and spicy Chai. Their Mango cheese cake was very delicious, but is borderline not actually a cheese cake. More of a cross between flan, cheesecake, and pumpkin pie. Their Mango sauce drizzle was a nice touch. Very tangy and kick up the mild sweet flavors of the cheesecake. So Glad I finally came to check this place out.

    Vada Pav
    Archita C.

Rounding up from 2.5. The food was okay. Not bad but not good either. I tasted the Vada pav - it was a bit dry. And the masala dosa - again a bit tasteless. It did not come with the traditional sambar. I also ordered the masala chai, that was good. It came with 2 parleG Biscuits with felt nostalgic and was a nice touch. The place was clean and the service was decent.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Lovely ambience, well decorated.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Dosa was simple and tasty - more like a homemade dosa. Pav bhaji was tasty, not mashed too well though. Masala chai was delicious. Service was good too.

Small spot, wonderful food with many options that are not found in most Indian places around here. Delightful service, as well.

There were a few other customers around 5:30 pm on a Sunday, but service was quick and very friendly. There are plenty of seats by the open windows. The food was delicious and very well seasoned. Imagine what Cava is trying to do but make it taste homemade and with love, and take out the corporate. That's what it tastes like. We took the leftovers to eat at the airport and even an hour and a half later it still tasted great. Highly recommend for an affordable bite in a great location downtown.

This Indian-Lebanese café has quickly become my go to spot over the past two and a half weeks and for good reason. So far, we've tried the Vada Pav, Pav Bhaji Tater Tots, Mumbai Panini, Chicken 65 Sandwich with fries, Paneer Tikka Wrap, Cauliflower Chili Garlic, and the Samosa Croissant. Every single dish has been consistently delicious and thoughtfully prepared. If you're missing authentic Indian street food flavors, this place absolutely hits the spot. The café is run by Chef Abhijit Sarkar himself, and that personal touch truly shows. He's incredibly humble, down to earth, and brings years of culinary experience to every dish. It's inspiring to see how well he's doing with this new venture, Seattle is lucky to have this place! Dish highlights: Samosa Croissant: A brilliant fusion and a perfect quick bite. Flaky, slightly sweet croissant on the outside with flavorful, spiced samosa filling inside. truly the best of both worlds. Pav Bhaji Tater Tots: The name itself made me curious, and it completely delivered. A fun, hands-free twist on classic pav bhaji flavors with Khakhra. Crispy, flavorful, and absolutely addictive. Vada Pav: The vada was perfectly cooked and not oily at all. Paired with soft brioche bread, the flavors were beautifully balanced. The fries on the side deserve a special mention. some of the best, least oily fries I've had, with a subtle peri peri kick. Chicken 65 Sandwich: An explosion of flavor! The chicken was incredibly tender and cooked to perfection. Hands down one of the best items on the menu spot on. Paneer Tikka Wrap: Generous in size and packed with flavor. The sauce is outstanding, and it's filling enough to be a complete meal. A must-try for paneer lovers. Cauliflower Chili Garlic: A delicious, crispy snack with bold flavors, finished with sesame seeds on top. Perfect for sharing or not! Overall, this café nails flavor, not at all oily, creativity, and consistency. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in downtown Seattle and looking for comfort food with a street-food soul and a modern twist.
