I said it would be inconvenient to travel back to the shop, so I insisted on being refunded. They said they were busy and asked me to call back later. I called back later and no one picks up. I called back three more times (2:31pm, 2:34pm, 2:35pm), and someone finally picks up on the fourth attempt. I talk to the same person, and make the same request. This time, he asks me to Venmo him at 206-235-0237 to ask for 11 dollars (the cost of the baklava). I do not do Venmo and insisted that I just be refunded. He then asks how he would do that without seeing my credit card. I say if I you've managed to charge me for food, you already have my credit card information. He then asks what time I came in, and out of frustration, I mutter "Jesus Christ...". This triggered the man and he accuses me of using offensive language. I state that his behavior is unprofessional and ask who his manager is. He says that he is owner, which causes me to chuckle and mutter "You're the owner? Holy sh#t." This triggered the man further, to which he yelled "F#CK YOU" and he hung up. I still am without baklava or the refunded cost of two baklava. The shwarma special was average at best. Other than the overwhelming smell of the owner's cologne, the ambiance is not memorable. I will take my business to the tried and true Gyro King.
