This is a cute location, quite small. I came here after dinner at Jollibee which is right across the way. I saw online so many places had the fried Japanese milk bread cream dessert sandwiches. They were $8, which is pricy for what you get, but all of the places seem to be selling it for that same price, so it is the going rate in this area. Despite the small size for the price, it was so delicious. Perfectly fried, both crispy and juicy and satisfying. I got the nutella and pistachio. The pistachio was the better one, but both were good. I wonder if they also had the egg salad and it was just too late to get one. I also got my favorite little treat, the odds and ends of the pastries they cut off to make the desserts look perfect they put into a small tray and see for $3. You get a sample of their desserts and help the zero waste cause, which I am happy about since we are leftover people. People are nice here and they do have many of their popular pastries, cakes, ice creams, etc... but the location is so small, I really prefer the Troy location the most, but I also come here from time to time when I have dinner in this complex to pick up some of my favorite items. I came here for one thing and one thing only. Dubai Chocolate Bar! In my honest opinion it's worth every penny! It's luxurious and indulgent. For a better experience and service, it's worth the 20-minute drive to the original Farhat Sweets in Troy. This location has fewer dessert options and poor customer service, which is why I gave it two stars. I visited twice: the first time, I had the pomegranate gelato ($3.50), which was just okay. On my second visit, I tried the Farhat Latte ($4.99) and the Arabic Tea ($2.50). The latte was overly sweet, and the 'Arabic' Tea turned out to be just Lipton. read more

I am glad to have this location so close to home as I usually go to the Troy location for my baklava and other pastries. The selection here seems a bit smaller and I thought the baklava was not as good as from their Troy location. I will give it another chance for sure since it is close to home. read more

I accidentally door dashed the Dubai chocolate bar from this location and it sucked. There was barely any knafe or chocolate. The original location in Troy is so much better. Very disappointing experience here tonight. We came here for dessert and coffee after we had dinner somewhere nearby. We settled on the chocolate kanafa which is very unique, I've never seen that anywhere else. We also got a coconut delight. Both desserts were really good! They fell short with the customer service and the horrible coffee. Our cashier was younger and maybe doesn't have the best customer service skills yet but she handed me our coffee and tea and I could immediately tell by the color of the coffee that it was going to be awful lol. It was as light as the tea my husband ordered and it was lukewarm. Not even warm, just lukewarm. So I basically had a $3 cup of water with a hint of coffee. They also give you coffee mate original creamers (barf) instead of real cream or half and half. She also handed me 4 packets of sweet and low (barf again) when I asked for sugar so i had to point out actual sugar packets to her lol I also noticed when a young couple stopped in and mentioned it was their first time in there and they didn't know what they wanted, the cashier said to let her know when they were ready to order. She proceeded to take the garbage out, returned without washing her hands, and served a different customer. The young couple again mentioned it was their first time there and seemed confused by all the options. This would have been a good opportunity for her to explain the various middle eastern options or suggest something but they ended up leaving without purchasing anything and I felt kind of bad for them. I ordered a waffle on a stick for only $7 and something but charged me $12 i thought the cashier didnt hear me and they thought I ordered their 2 waffles worth $12z when my order came , i didnt check the inside and when I went home, they gave me only 1 waffle on a stick thats worth $7! This place is absolutely stunning on the inside! It's like you walk into the most cheerful setting ever. The decor is just so inviting and well thought out. It makes you want to stay and methodically enjoy all their beautiful desserts and other sweet treats. It's a no-rush kinda place, and I love that! I just so happened to come here on a Monday, being open just 4 days (that previous Friday). I had been eagerly awaiting for the opening, as I seen the sign of Hall Rd. for a few weeks prior. When my daughter and I walked in we were welcomed immediately by a excited young man. Come to find out later during our conversation, he was the owner Mani. I couldn't tell him enough how amazingly gorgeous his store was. Have I said it enough!!?? This place is stunning!!! I literally have plans to talk to him about who did the design and decor of his store. You have to see it in person to appreciate it. Anyways, after looking around for a bit and taking all the sights and smells in, my daughter and I decided on just a few pieces of baklava to try at home. Their menu will leave you hard pressed to narrow it down. The menu includes a variety of baklavas, as mentioned, from layered to rolled to nests. I appreciate that they even offer sugar free baklava. They have an array of decedent milkshakes, refreshing smoothie and fresh squeezed juices. Satisfy your sweet tooth with dessert crepes, waffles bd cream puffs. They had a great selection of gelatos and ice creams, plus a coffee menu for your hot and cold caffeine fix. The baklava was amazing! It's was flaky and decadent and filled with nuts. Sweet but not too sweet. No pictures because my kids are like hyenas sometimes. They smashed them instantly. This place is super cool with some pretty awesome offering. The interior will make it hard to want to leave. Stay and hang out- that's what they want. Mani, you have a beautiful store. Don't bother. I was so excited for them to open a second location on this side of town but honestly, I'm saddened to say, this location won't make it. Nothing is fresh. The knafe tasted overcooked, burned and old. We got a variety of different sweets and although everything looked beautiful, it tasted old and dry. The place is always empty but it's still new so hopefully they have better luck soon. It's just disgusting texture wise, I can't believe they are serving old dessert. Taste a little bit of everything and you'll know what I mean. On the flip side, definitely go visit their location on 16 mile in troy, always fresh, always fabulous zero complaints. read more

We visited for the first time yesterday. It was very clean looking. However, be careful if you have any kind of food allergy. My daughter who has a Tree Nut allergy ordered a scoop of Oreo ice cream. Somehow, her ice cream got cross contaminated and she had an anaphylactic reaction and needed meds ASAP. Actually, all of our ice cream had some cross contamination of other ice creams. We will never visit again, knowing it's not safe. read more
