This the worst Starbucks ever, Hall Rd and Hayes I waited in line at the drive thru for no less than 25 minutes. only 3 cars ahead of me and each one only got one drink! I finally get to the window and not even an apology! I complained and asked for at least a $4 or $5 gift card for this almost 30 minute wait! Then a rude young girl comes to the window and said they are short staffed. my response was that is not my fault and you should at least warn people when they order or give a small gift card she said we don't do that and is this your drink!? wow, she needs her attitude adjusted! so I told her to give me a refund . she walked away and sent another worker to give my refund. so bottom line, drinks are way overpriced and these workers need to learn how to treat customers. I'll never get my daily coffee at Starbucks again!! Tim Hortons is better and less expensive anyway! read more

I went in to get a cup of water, which I had done once before here with no hassle. This time, there were 3 people "working". Two were standing around playing on a cellphone. The third was actually making a drink but when he heard the other two laughing, he put down the order and delicately ran over exclaiming, "Oh, let me see (). He then went back to his drink order, but none of them even acknowledged the customer standing at the counter (me). I asked for a cup of water and was told I needed to order something to get water, so I gladly walked out. Customer focus here is non-existent. That's what you get when you hire children. Just waited 25-30 minutes in the drive-thru with only 3 cars ahead of us. Once we finally got to the intercom, we waited an additional 3-5 minutes to order with no "sorry for the wait" or anything. Ever wonder why there is a Starbucks about every five miles? It's because of this location. The amount of time it takes to get through the drive through is like that M. Night Shyamalan movie "Old" where the characters age rapidly while on a beach. Unfortunately, this location is not on a beach. It's in a concrete jungle that has one way in and one way out. And as you sit and age while waiting for your favorite drink, you reflect on the choices you made in life that caused the universe to place you at this Starbucks. What time have you "stolen" in your life that is being reclaimed in this drive through line. There is, I believe, four Starbucks in a five mile radius to this location. One location doesn't even have a drive through, but I think you'd still be able to drive to the location, park, walk to the Starbucks, order, receive your drink, get lost on your walk back to the parking lot, have your car stall out, get stopped by a train, and still arrive to your destination with your drink-in-hand before you would even have a chance to order at this location. Perhaps this is a new type of store that Starbucks is rolling out as people are expected and/or allowed to work remotely. Because you have 30-minutes in your car after ordering, imagine the emails that can be sent, meetings that can be attended, and conference calls that can be held in the time from when your order is placed to when it is picked up. And kudos for the mysterious non-street legal window tint this location has at its drive through window. It's like a game show upon arriving to the window, where you wait with anxious anticipation about who and what will be behind glass when it opens. Two star review as the drink I received was still what I ordered and the person working the drive through window complimented me and my grey hair...which transitioned before my eyes while waiting in the drive through line. read more

Their coffee taste like gasoline. Rather have Folgers lol. It's really expensive for what it is too. They even say that they heat their stuff to 165, which is too hot and burns the product leaving it taste nasty. It shouldn't go over 135. Any diner will have better coffee. read more

The drive thru is faster than going inside. If you go inside, expect to wait for them to make other drinks first. I enjoy this Starbucks because they get my drink right. I always specify what I want and do not have issues most of the time. Sometimes you get an okay person taking your order, and other times you get an amazing and funny worker. The amazing ones really make up the experience. If something is wrong with your drink, they fix it. Always ask for light ice at every starbucks. If you don't they will fill way too much! Great experience today. They were clearly busy this afternoon. This location always has a long drive through line. I decided to go inside and I went right to the counter. No lines inside. The barista taking orders was very polite. She stopped me from ordering to tell me the current wait for drinks is 10 minutes and asked if that was okay. This is a great practice as I'm sure expectations are the drink magically appears right after purchase. I was happy to wait. The even better part is I had the drinks faster than expected. I've seen firsthand how difficult customers can be at Starbucks and well if you have time to get Starbucks and pay a premium you should expect that a premium drink takes time and that you'll be served as fast as they possibly can. Ever wonder why the drive thru line is so long!!! Well the employees are too busy socializing. Pulled up to the window and waited and waited and waited. I waited while the two employees were chatting with each other. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that my drinks were not ready yet, but I was wrong. After several minutes of watching them through the tinted window (which I think they assume we cannot see through, but we can) chat a way, the gentlemen turned, opened the window gave me my total, and reached down and my wife and I our now warm coffees. I would understand the wait if they were super busy and running around, but they were standing around chatting and laughing. Disappointed in the level of service!!! read more

This location went downhill, fast. They are soooooo sloooooow. The wait times are ridiculous! Over 28 minutes in drive-thru with only 5 cars in the line ahead of me. My visit here was quick and pleasant. I ordered the Cold Brew with Salted Cream Cold Foam. My wait was roughly three minutes in total. They were busy in both drive-thru and inside; I ordered my drink inside and there were two customers ahead of me. I was happy that the speed of service here was quick considering how busy they were with drive-thru orders. The dink was on point. It may be my new favorite drink at Starbucks. I love how with each sip I take, I get a well balanced mixture of both the cold foam and coffee. It is also not overly sweet. This drink will be good for the summer. read more

Starbucks is Starbucks but in this case there's something special that I liked about the servers and staff. Really outgoing and friendly. I went in last week with a mass order for the guys and dolls at work and they didn't have my favorite tea or the blonde roast available for my order. They took me to the side and started a taste test of all the tea's and other coffee choices that I could substitute. This was so over and above what I would've expected but made my day. The order was completed and the end result was several smiling faces at work. I'm so glad I gave this location a chance. They have a loyal customer now. The location is busy but the orders get filled quickly, the inside is well organized and very clean, parking lot is small but plenty of other areas around to park that are close. You won't be disappointed when you walk through the door and enjoy all they have to offer. read more

This is my go to Starbucks after 10pm. It's open until 12am and it's always packed. There's a college nearby so a lot of students so here to do homework or study. Great spot to meet up with friends. Lots of tables with USB outlets. The staff is very friendly and I have never had an issue with my order here. The parking lotus the biggest issue here. The lot is rather small already but add in about 5 other food places and this parking lot is a mess. I always order inside and I simply park and walk from the Meijer parking lot. read more

We came to see a friend and hang out. I guess since she does live in the area, Starbucks would be a fitting place to have our hang out time. You can have coffee and snacks if you want to. Talk, catch up, and pretty much use the WiFi to entertain ourselves. It's a nicely laid out starbucks. It's bright, clean and it has plenty of tables. That's for you to put your beverage on so that you're free to do anything you want. I see a lot of students here. Busy tapping on their keyboards doing important things to save the world. That and people like us who haven't seen each other in a while and catch up on things. I think I had some specialty hot espresso drink I can't recall the name it's the new seasonal one. The one loaded with tons of sugar. It was good, but it's always way too sweet. BTW, how come they can't serve it in the posh clear mugs they constantly show on the pictures? I told my fiance to order me on to come just like that in the pictures, but it ended up coming back in the white paper cup with the cardboard sleeve thing. Anyways, I quite enjoyed my time here. This is your average Starbucks. I've only been through the drive thru, and that gets really backed up around rush hour on 59 or weekends when everyone is shopping at Meijer on a weekend. Anytime they throw a bucks in a little strip mall its always packed. This one is no different. The drive thru also has an entrance that exits in a slighty weird spot, so that can get backed up then people dont understand how to drive forward. My coffees or teas have been good, I wish they would always give you that little plug for the lids when you get a coffee if you use the drive thru. The number of potholes on 59 in this area is atrocious, leaving my coffee spitting all over the place. read more

For the third time in three visits, there was a problem with my order. The first time, my tea was sweetened. The last two times, I ordered and payed for bagels, only to find out they were out or there was no cream cheese after waiting for several minutes. Their hot cocoa is better at other locations, too.
