There is nothing like waiting FOREVER (34 min, with only two cars in front of me) for your food only for it to be stone cold . So I asked for different fries, only to have to wait ANOTHER 6 min (yes, I timed them)... They are known for the burgers which looked great but i had a great chicken sandwich. The chicken was plump and juicy and the avocado was very fresh and creamy. The other condiments were very fresh as well. One of the sandwiches was on a wheat bun that was fresh as can be. The other sandwich was on a grilled sourdough bread that had a nice crisp texture. The fries were crispy and hot and the zucchini is great with a fantastic breading that was unlike any zucchini I have ever had. Here is why they get 5 stars. The food was all good not fast food good but a good meal. The restaurant was clean. Each table had a clean and organized group of condiments with full salt and pepper shakers. The person that delivered the food checked back with us and offered more sides of ranch. This is amazing! I have a hard time getting my waiter to do these things in a sit down place and this person was just delivering food and making sure everyone in the dinning area had what they wanted. The Farmer Burger and Zuchinni Sticks are family favorites. They are a bit pricey, but downloading the app is totally worth it because of the deals that are offered as well as the points earned. The Beaumont location always has great service. It's slower than a fast food joint, but it is infinitely better food. I generally find that I can't finish the whole combo so end up with a couple of zuchinni sticks to take home. They heat up nicely in the air fryer and make a great snack the next day. The best thing about their burgers is the fresh toppings. They never skimp on guacamole or bacon, and that makes them one of my favorite burger places. read more

i think farmer boys is going through the "opening pains" which is normal. You are overwhelmed with orders and training tons of new staff so i get that. My main concern with a new place is the food since i know they are trying to work out the customer service bugs...anyway my food was great and i have been back several times, i have had the farmer burger (the big one lol) GOOD!! , fish and chips (taste good, not the greatest), tuna melt (great hold the tomato though, and chili fries (good!) Decided to give this place another try. The free cheeseburger lured me in. The cheeseburger meat was as dry as you can get! Ugh. Took 2 bites and threw the rest away. I've never had a bad experience here. We usually go on weekends when we are in the area and want a good bite to eat. The prices are a little high but if you compare them to a diner they're not that far off. You can also use coupons and discounts which I recommend to take advantage of them through their Farmer Boy's App. I come in for breakfast or brunch. The customer service is usually pretty friendly and they will help you out more depending on how busy they are. The coffee is good and they refill often. The five stars is for my overall review on this place. I've had a lot of good experiences from Farmer Boys and this one is no different. The food is always good and it's our go-to place. read more

WARNING don't bite into straight away or you won't be able to taste anymore of the tasteless sticks. Besides the sticks and interior design of a grandma that used to live in Kentucky but now lives in North Dakota and misses her chickens, the burger was pretty good. We ordered a bunch of items one was the farmer boy plain meat cheese bacon bun ONLY on the receipt it says PLAIN AND DRY. Then they put avocado anyway. When we get home and check the food we see it's wrong so we call to get it replaced and the manager was rude and told us that that's the way it comes. This place isn't far from my house. It's good for for a fast food spot, but their service in the drive thru is terrible. I've been to quite a few of their franchises. I've eaten inside this one and quickly noted this is the only one where someone didn't come around to fill my coffee. The last time I went through their drive thru, the person serving me was short and very abrupt when "greeting" me. I was going to ask for a manager to point out the lack of customer service in my visits to this restaurant, but I noticed her name tag was Shift Leader or Asst. Manager. Unfortunately, something needs to change from the top down before customer service becomes a priority. Needless to say, we rarely visit this spot, despite it being my parents favorite place to eat when the come to visit. Since I've moved here I've probably visited this location about 5 times. Each time was unpleasant. Mostly because of the rude and unfriendly young girls who work there. The Hispanic girl is probably the only one who has smiled and is friendly and that's saying a lot. The others just stand at the register waiting for the customer to say hi. They don't greet. This last time the same girl (didn't get her name) she's tall, white, on the thicker side (who was working the drive thru at the time)served our food and walked away to get the rest of our order and walked away... but my daughter asked her for a side of thousand and she hurried off before I was able to ask her for ranch also. So when she came back I said "I'm sorry but can I also get some ranch?" And she had the most annoyed face even rolled her eyes!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! SO UNNACCEPTABLE!!! She even went as far as having another girl take it to us probably because she knew if she came back she would slip with more attitude. Maybe if you wouldn't have tried to dodge us from asking for anything you wouldn't have had to walk back!!! She acted like it was so far for her to walk back, we were literally the table near the soda machine, which is near kitchen it's not like she had to walk to Egypt to go get it! I didn't want to make a scene or speak to a manager but I just knew right there and then that this was not a coincidence that every time we eat there that she has attitude for no reason! If you don't like your job then by all means find a new one! The chicken in my sourdough club was a small little piece so the bread was overbearing, it was all lettuce. Seeing the ratings don't match up to my visit. I decided to dine in with my wife, and had a great experience. Here's to why : 1. As you walk in you're greeted by three to four employees. 2. Not Only Is Their Restaurant Clean, But The Bathrooms We're Surprisingly The Cleanest I've Ever seen from a fast food, or any other restaurant. 3. The Cashier " Vanessa " Was very helpful as to the daily specials, and even splitting my wifes, and I food. How convenient is that? Also had a smile, and all around great attitude. 4. The staff worked as a team, and my food was out in less then 7 minutes. Not to mention they don't charge for ranch. And do I love some ranch with my onion rings.
