Fried zucchini, Cobb salad and 3 French Toast Slices
    Amandalynn W.

INCREDIBLE!!! For fast food are you kidding me?! They give you a literal whole fried zucchini for like 7 bucks. It's amazing. The salad was huge and fresh. The French toast sticks were reminiscent of my childhood and I LOVE THAT

    Grilled Chicken Salad

I ordered a grilled chicken salad. I got the salad but it's lacking chicken. Service in drive thru was slow.

I don't think I'm exaggerating when I say Farmer Boys has the best fries, salads, zucchini's, shakes and everything! This time around I had the bbq wrap and it was so delicious and full of flavor, it's also really big. I like eating inside it's very clean and it's also fun to ring the bell as I'm waking out for the great service they provide.

Worst customer service today at FARMERS BOYS by 12- Destiny she has a very rude attitude don't let her take orders please

My favorite sandwich California chicken club with bacon
    Denise S.

Love the CA Sourdough Chicken Club and the Fried Zucchini. No full service restaurant can compare. This simple ingredient sandwich is tasty and flavorful and the chicken is tender and delish is. The portion is gigantic.! I split the sandwich and one order of zucchini with my mom and I was very very satisfied.. The zucchini wedges are so huge and the batter is so delicious. The cost was a little pricey.$$20 but when you're splitting it with someone it's only $10. And believe me splitting it is the way to go. It's too much for one person unless that one person likes to over consume. The order takers are friendly and kind and service is quick.. They're always busy keeping the restaurant clean and you always see them smiling and moving around not just standing around doing nothing. I highly recommend Farmers boys. It's a great option to sitting down and having a full service meal without having to wait for service.

This place worth the hype and do not disappoint. It's a bit pricy but everything we had was so good. Ordered pastrami sandwich, fried zucchini, and 1/4 lb Parmesan crusted sourdough cheeseburger. We would come back if we are visiting Indio again.

I believed the hype and the hype was worth it! We only have 1 location in my area and this one was worth the drive. The food was very tasty and fresh, large portions that I couldn't finish in one sitting. I can't tell you the prices because I didn't pay ;) The service was good enough as we were in the drive through and I can't say much about the ambiance because we were once again outside lol. Definitely worth it

The menu keeps it simple: burgers, fries, shakes. But when you do the basics right, that's all you need. Everything is made fresh to order, but somehow they keep the wait time quick. We grabbed a round of burgers and split some fries, and everything came out fast and hot. Burgers: 10/10. This is what they're known for, and for good reason. Fully customizable (go for the double though, trust me), with gooey cheese, fresh toppings, and that perfect thousand island style spread. One of the best classic burgers I've had in a long time. Fries: Don't sleep on the specialty fries. I went with the Fiesta Fries and HOLY HELL WERE THESE GOOD! Ground beef, shredded cheese, G sauce, sour cream...BOMB. Definitely a crowd favorite. Drinks: Washed it all down with an ice cold lemonade. Perfection. :) The hospitality was just as solid as the food. The staff here are friendly, welcoming, and all around great vibes. This spot is a gem and absolutely deserves the love. I will be back!

The location is actually two restaurants that operate in one building. When I got inside, the place was absolutely dead. No customers at all. That's always a sign... Cement and brick walls with nothing but a quote from Biggie on one wall and a picture of Guy Fieri on another THATS IT Took 20 min to get our food and when we did, we were VERY disappointed Portions are ridiculously small for what you pay (3-4 bite smash burger = $11) and the food wasn't anything special at all. Dropped $50 on 2 tiny burgers, 1 fry (tiny, $10 and blah) and 2 drinks Left hungry, but not enough to shell out another $50 Staff was polite, but SLOW Double the sizes or cut the prices in 1/2 and you've got something going on, but until then... We won't be back. Good luck!

The food was good overall and definitely satisfied the burger craving. The experience, however, was a little mixed. The service felt a bit awkward at times, and a few interactions with the staff just rubbed me the wrong way. Nothing major, just an odd vibe. The location itself could have been a little cleaner and more polished. I also noticed the Guy Fieri feature on the wall--which is cool--but at the end of the day, the food and experience still have to speak for themselves. Overall, the burger was good, but the service and atmosphere left some room for improvement.

I was excited to try it since I hadn't been back to this location since it was Tu Madres, which I was a big fan of. The menu looked promising, and having live entertainment was definitely a major plus. Unfortunately, our overall experience was a bit underwhelming. We made a 6:45 p.m. reservation through OpenTable and requested a high-top table. We ended up being seated at a standard four-top next to the restroom. While it wasn't our preference, the restaurant was busy, and I completely understand that it's not always possible to accommodate every seating request. One thing that was disappointing was the beer selection. The menu advertises craft beer, but under the "Craft & Canned" section it mostly listed domestic staples like Coors Light and Michelob Ultra. There were only a few craft options on draft, and unfortunately the ones our group tried weren't particularly enjoyable. The guys ended up leaving them unfinished and ordering cocktails instead. We ordered the French 760, which unfortunately missed the mark as well. It was overly sweet, and the sugar rim melted down the glass, leaving the stem sticky and messy to hold. The appetizers were actually one of the highlights of the meal. Both the fried artichoke bites and the fried cauliflower were flavorful and well prepared. Service is where the evening started to unravel a bit. After our appetizers arrived, our server didn't return for about 25 minutes. When he finally came back, he asked if we were ready for the check. We had to remind him that we were still waiting to order our entrees. Once we placed our order, the food arrived quickly. Of the entrées, the Steak Frites was excellent and easily the standout dish of the evening. Unfortunately, both the Pasta Pesto and the Pasta Vodka were disappointing. The penne was overcooked, and both sauces were very bland and lacked the flavor we were expecting. The true highlight of our visit was the live entertainment. This was our first time hearing Jessica Michelle perform, and she was phenomenal. While playing the keyboard, she effortlessly covered country favorites spanning multiple generations. Her voice was absolutely beautiful, and she created such a fun, welcoming atmosphere. We'll definitely be keeping an eye out for her future performances. We're not writing off The Local on 50th. I spent over 20 years working in the restaurant industry, from family-style restaurants to fine dining, and one thing I learned is that every restaurant can have an off night. It happens. There was enough potential here that we'd be willing to give it another try and hope our next experience better reflects what this restaurant is capable of.

We had been waiting awhile, so I carried our number in with me and made note of the numbers they were delivering... which were higher numbers than ours, but also very random. I went to the cash register and asked the employee if they called the numbers in order. She answered politely that no they didn't. I then mentioned we were sitting outside and asked if I should wait inside for my order so they wouldn't have trouble finding us. We were not in a hurry and were trying to make it easy on the hardworking employees....and bonus that it was cool inside *At that point, a man who I perceived was a manager or maybe even the owner , turned to me from behind the counter, handed me a bag and said " Here Ma'am , GO!" Then turned back around to what he was doing. What? GO? I don't know what his intent was because I'm not a mind reader, but it felt rude and dismissive. His facial expression was as though he was busy and or annoyed. I was so surprised at his response in such an otherwise pleasant environment.
