My wife and I eat here alot. I'd say 3 out of 10 times they get something on the order wrong. I'd give more stars if it wasn't for this. Also when I call to tell them they say next time you come we'll give you what ordered at no cost. Then they ask for my name, but when I finally go next time it seems like it's a problem finding my name... other than that the food is great read more

Eat here quite often, they're considerate and helpful when ordering. The food is cooked fresh and to order so large orders or food that needs to be cooked longer takes more time to get to you so it's not as fast as some other restaurants but it tastes more like home cooking than fast food normally does. Good ingredients and fresh make it worth the higher cost. read more

Asked the guy at window what was taking so long and said sorry the car in front of me had a giant order. Waited 10 more minutes and still didn't get the one sandwich that I ordered. This place is the absolute worst at getting orders correct. You wait in the Drive-Thru for 15 minutes only to find out your order isn't right! They charge you for ranch and don't give it to you. I've called the manager a number of times and they don't care. Horrible customer service. read more

First they didn't want to hire me because I was a felon, then when I ordered a plain item they decided to sneak an onion inside the wrapper. All while gossiping like high school kids. It took them 15 minutes to cook 2 burgers to go. Never come here again. read more
