Clean, friendly staff. The area is very welcoming and open to tourists, I come here when I need to charge my Tesla, sit for a bit and watch a show or movie while charging and not having to sit in my car. It's 5:00 pm on a weekday, and this restaurant is empty. I'm the only one here. It could be because of the food. I've been to Farmer Boys in the past, and always enjoyed their fresh food and service. I ordered a Chicken club sandwich which includes ham, tomato, bacon and "chicken". The chicken breast in my sandwich was as big as a half a dollar. I spoke to our waitress, and showed her this smallest piece of chicken ive ever had in any restaurant. She agreed that it was a very small piece of chicken. Not sure if the owner of this particular restaurant is cheap with the food or they are unfortunately struggling financially. The waitress didn't offer anything in return nor did the manager ever speak with me. The waitress did ask me if i wanted her to take the sandwich back, but never offered anything in return. I was too hungry to wait for a refund, and out of time to go eat somewhere else. I was very hungry and ate the chicken less chicken sandwich. It tasted ok! . I asked for the manager's name, "Jose". I didn't want to wait for manager Jose and left. I was charging my ev vehicle in the same parking lot as Farmer Boys, but will never eat there again. Amazing Food!! Amazing Service!! Was not expecting the excellent service we received from Jose. He was multitasking to its finest. Not only was he the cashier but a server as well. He suggested onion rings and fries together so that we could try both and both were good. My burger was very tasty and juicy, it's been a long time since I had a good fast-food burger. Just had probably the worst experience at farmer boys that I've ever had. My fries were cold. I didn't receive my 4 piece chicken strip combo. All of my pickles on my farmers burger were stacked on top of each other in the center of the burger. Worst of all....my fried zucchini was at the very bottom of the bag with everything that I ordered stacked on top of them. They were mushy and soaked through the paper bag. Smh read more

This particular location is getting worse and worse with their orders. Their cheeseburgers usually taste boiled and well done. 90% of the time their fires are cold and overcooked. The biggest problem I have with them is not paying attention to the order. If I don't want tomatoes on my salad or cheeseburgers, I don't want tomatoes. So please get out of the habit of making things as normal, and pay attention to the customers order. Yes I understand I can just take them off, but I order them without. Farmer Boys has always been good. I can't say the same for this location. The only reason I'm giving three stars is because the inside of the restaurant was clean. Also the young man who took our order was very nice and professional. We ordered the fish and chips and a cheeseburger. The french fries we're cold and instead of making a new batch, they actually took the cold fries back and I believe reserved them back to us, still cold. The cheeseburger was cold and patty was so thin it wasn't worth ordering, nothing like the advertisment. The fish was so greasy and not done all the way through. We will not be returning to this location and I don't understand how they are still open. It's unfortunate because Farmer Boys has historically served fresh food but with the increase in prices, it's hardly worth it anymore. read more

If I could give this location a ZERO I would. Ordered three southwest chicken salads and a Cheeseburger for coworkers. I was in a rush exiting quickly checked my salads as they did have a good amount of cheese on top so I expected chicken to be underneath that. I asked the manager to please help us get out of the drive thru and the manager refused to help us. Meanwhile, the line has moved very slow, and we've barely moved in 20 minutes! GO ELSEWHERE!
