Don't believe the hype. We ordered carry out from the DuPont location. It was a busy Friday and we were told about the wait times, which was reasonable. After 30 minutes of me waiting at the bar the bar tender asked his coworker about our order. The MANAGER jumped in and said it had just come off the grill and was ready to go. Rather than doing something, like directing that the food be brought out to me, she did nothing. Over ten minutes later I got my food. By the time I got to the hotel across the street, the food was cold and subpar. Everyone I know seems to recommend this place. They'll never get my business, regardless of the location. read more

The customer service for one. I placed an order for pick up and asked for the dressing on the side for the Caesar salad. Now I have placed this order four other times and it came just as ordered, but today they claim it meant No croutons No Parmesan cheese No Caesar dressing. Yet we received the cheese but No dressing. When I called was put on hold for the manager for more than eleven minutes then hung up on. $12.99 small amount of romaine lettuce NOT a salad as asked for. Customer service needs training. This is a great place to grab pizza and it has a great selection of draft beers! The service was friendly and I appreciated the staff's sense of humor. I ordered a gluten free personal pizza (build your own) and my friends ordered regular speciality pizzas. The pizzas looked amazing (especially theirs with thicker crust!). If you HAVE to order gluten free pizza it is fine, but I'd rather order a pizza or a salad. Sometimes cauliflower crust is too dry for my liking. Came here to watch the dodger game. It's been a couple years since I have been to a Farrelli's. Our food was really good! I ordered the wings and the featured Salad that comes with a slice of bread. For a drink I ordered a sprite and it came a huge beer mug which was really cool. My wings were cooked perfectly, I asked for them to make them crispy which I recommend. The customer service was great! It's a clean restaurant with plenty of space for social distancing. They have many different TV's all around the bar so it makes it a perfect place to go to and watch sports games. My one concern at restaurants is how they place a straw in your cup for you. I feel like all straws should be wrapped. Waitresses shouldn't take orders and place fingers on a straw that going in your mouth. read more

Man what a disappointment- waited 22 minutes for a pizza that arrived as I was walking out. One 16oz beer and a house salad with tip 15 and change. We stayed at a hotel across the street and arrived late and their second happy hour had just started at 8 pm. We ordered cocktails, and my old fashioned (which I am picky about) was perfect. We ordered a half combo pizza and the other half was the award winner that has pepperoni and their house made Italian sausage with basil and a drizzle on top that is really good. Brought my two daughters here today as we usually do every Monday. It was perfect. We got our favorite waitress who is a very kind young lady who always makes us feel welcome and usually remembers our order unless we switch it up. My girls loved their food and everything went great. Of course, it wasn't busy tonight so things weren't chaotic. I am grateful for the experience and recommend this place to any and all. The food is consistently hot, yummy, tasty and cooked to perfection. Everything on the menu is good. Their pizzas are the best anywhere. My husband and I ordered take out. We ordered a Deluxe classic, no onions but add pineapple. The lady repeated the order and we confirmed it. We picked it up and when we opened our pizza. It was full of onions. When we checked the receipt, it said "no green onions." On the menu, their deluxe classic only lists red onions from what I saw and I felt that the no onion request was pretty self explanatory.... Not to mention part of the pizza was burnt and the crust and quality of the pizza didn't seem like it was worth $30. The cake was good but a little dry and the max and cheese was such a small portion for the price. We paid $56 for our entire meal....the quality was not worth it honestly. read more

This place is going downhill so fast. We've been coming here since they opened. My sister even had her wedding rehearsal dinner here. The last couple of times the food and service has been mediocre at best. Only an hour for Happy hour then 30 mins after they take your order it's last call and you feel rushed. A long black hair in my chicken wings about two months ago. And now this. It's such a shame.. There's a really amazing bartender ( I think his name is Travis) that we like.
