This has to be one of my favorite pizza places in Washington state (besides MOD's)! Mouth-watering cheesy pizza, good beer, and sports on deck? IT'S LIT! I walk in and get seated immediately. The waiter hands me a lunch menu and a kids menu for my 3 year old. He orders the Mac n cheese, which comes with a pizza breadstick and a drink ($6.95). I order the "Jame's Favorite," which is an Alfredo-based pizza with oven roasted chicken, crispy bacon, Italian sausage, minced garlic, and a blend of mozzarella, provolone, and cheddar cheeses ($18.79). Let me tell you, this pizza is amazing! I was on my third slice and realized the water they served us was weird-tasting to my personal standards so I decided to ordered a cider. I really should have ordered this right when I got here, this soccer game was playing on the TV right in front of me (Real Madrid vs. Bayern Munich) and it was getting good, even my kid was getting into it and rooting for the red team to win (Munich) but they lost! The final score was 4-2. Anyways, the waiter brought it out within 5 minutes and was constantly checking on us to make sure we were good. I wish my stomach was bigger so I could keep eating; ended up taking a to-go box for the last 3 slices of pizza. I paid for the check and decided to give a generous tip, he was super nice and gave my kid free cookies because he's cute like his momma. Had an amazing lunch here and I always end up coming back if I'm craving pizza that isn't your basic Pizza Hut type stuff. Side note: kids eat free on Mondays with the purchase of anything over $10. The "our james" pizza was dry, not much sauce or chicken. The dining area looked dirty, the wall where we were seated had food on it and there was a fly chasing us. The only reason why I give 3 stars is because our server was amazing and their chocolate cake is delicious. Other than that, the pizza was mediocre and the restaurant needs deep cleaning. read more

My dad and i both ate here and ordered a medium size pizza i think it was 20" we got half perfect pepperoni and the other half was the combo. We ended up taking left overs, it easily fed 2-3 people. The pizza itself was also very good and the service was decent. Overall a solid wood fire pizza place. read more

Amazing!! We were impressed the minute we walked in the door!! Greeted by friendly,beaming smiles with suggested menu items and specials. Suggested dining, food and drink options and descriptions. Showed us our seating options and the ambiance was divine!!! Our salads were fresh, beautifully presented and so delicious. Our beverages the perfect temp and our pizza was a culinary masterpiece for our palate! Pizza tasted good, but the cheese was unusual. The salad tasted great and was very fresh! Unfortunately my girlfriend and I felt sick with stomach cramps and other symptoms I'd rather not go into detail over. We didn't have anything else to eat that day so it was definitely the pizza. Okay , so I'm not usually a big Franchise Pizza goer, I'm always disappointed but not this evening! We were instantly greeted (Huge deal for me, customer service goes far with me) Our server Jorginho was super Friendly, polite and very well dressed. He checked on us perfectly, offered desert (which I almost ordered because he was so friendly) I'm extremely satisfied with the customer service! Now to the pizza Not bad at all! We tried Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza. Crust was cooked a little doughy for my taste and it could have used a little more BACON but still a very tasty pizza. The youngster at the table tried the cheese pizza and chocolate shake and absolutely loved it! It has plenty of parking in the back (another plus for me) The place is clean, lots of tables, big TV's playing Football games and very Kid friendly! Well liked local pizza chain known for their 16" pepperoni pizza with fresh hand ground matzarella cheese on top. Has game day and Sunday specials. In last 3 months have rapidly expanded putting there trained staff thin, with many new employees who do not know how things are done. This places them at risk to becoming just another puzza joint in the crowd. Today crust burned but bottom of crust under cooked, cheese greater is broken...how long till it is fixed? read more

We stopped by today with some friends to watch some football. Good food, great prices for happy hour 2pm-6pm,9pm until close and all day Sunday. Nice drink specials and waiter Madi was very polite and nice. They have gluten free and cauliflower crust pizza. Overall nice location, easy access to freeway and plan on returning. read more

Met our daughter here as it is mid-way between our house and her's. She and I used to go to the Lacey location for trivia nights and so we knew the Farrelli's "brand". The restraurant was pretty full with families and a large Christmas or birthday party. Yet our service was super even with all that. We looked at the bar but, even though it was nearly empty, it was a bit noisy with all the sports channel TV's on. Special kudos to our server Jayden A and the kitchen! Jayden was especially good keeping the conversation moving and selling menu suggestions with out being pushy. She's what you want in wait staff! My wife and daughter shared a pizza and both raved about it. I had essentially a margharita pizza BUT on whole wheat crust. Glad to see they offer whoke wheat from a taste standpoint let alone "nutrition's" sake. All in all, a very nice experience, up to what we recalled in Lacey. read more

I've never been a big Farelli's fan but my significant other really enjoys their pizza. We decided to order a couple pizzas and a blueberry creme brûlée cheesecake to-go as we only live a few minutes down the street. The pizzas we ordered were the personal size "James favorite" and a 12" "NW traditional". The personal size pizza was so sad ! I'm upset with myself that I didn't get any photos. The crust was thinner and crunchier than a potato chip. The sauce was non-existent, the chicken was so dry it was flaking and the toppings were spread incredibly uneven. Needless to say, I did not like that personal pizza at all. The other pizza had an inconsistent cook on the crust and again the toppings were favored on certain slices instead of being evenly distributed. Some of the slices were super crunchy and lacked toppings while other slices had a thicker, softer, more fluffy crust. The cheesecake was a total disappointment. We got just one to split. I used my fork to take my half and transfer it onto a place and it was a complete mess. The cheesecake was not set at all and sticking to the fork pretty badly. The crust was out of this world disgusting. It cannot even be called crust. It literally tasted like four, butter and vanilla mushed together. There was no crunch, no texture. Just sticky, mushy dough. I instantly thought we had to have been given a raw piece of cheesecake as the menu description states "hand-fired and topped with blueberry compote" I called Farelli's to inquire about the cooking process of the cheesecake. The girl who took the call was so sweet and I could tell that she was just trying to help while not making it seem like it was anyones fault. She offered to replace the cheesecake and said that it is supposed to be baked. I asked if I could just get a voucher of some kind just for the cheesecake. She handed the phone over to her manager who was also a complete sweetheart. She let me know that the cheesecake comes pre-baked and that the crust is less of a crust and more of a soft dough. I thought that was weird as all heck. Who wants a soggy dough supporting their cheesecake ?! She offered a refund and we declined since it turns out that weird cheesecake is supposed to be like that but she let us know that she would refund the cheesecake as it was inedible for us. That was very kind of her. I don't ever call restaurants when there's something wrong with my order bc they have other things to deal with. But I was dying to know what was wrong with that cheesecake lol The three stars is literally for the women who took my phone call and provided great customer service. Unfortunately, the entire meal was just not good. I'll probably be back for a couple drinks but I'll stick to McNamara's as my go to restaurant in DuPont. read more

East coast "visitor" for business. This is my 3rd trip in about 6 months and I have dined here each time for a total of 6x and counting. Excellent service and cold brews, but the Meat Lover's Pizza is the absolute best! I will be back again at least one, if not two more times before heading home. Farrelli's west coast pie can easily challenge the Windy City and Gotham! I would love to watch a Seahawks game in this wonderfully laid out and designed eating and drinking establishment. This place is consistent ive eaten at both the parkland location and the dupont local and they are consistently good. The food is great especially at happy hour personal pizzas are a great deal!!! I think it's half off a personal sized pizza. The chicken wings are pricey but so good. I'm not a fan of many other of their offerings but the pizza and service are solid . read more

We have been to several of the Farellli's around the area and this is our favorite. The food is always delicious and the service is great. We have a favorite, BBQ honey mustard chicken pizza (sounds weird, but it us SO good!), which was a specialty a while back, but they always are willing to make it for us. The cheese bread is amazing and the crust is absolutely perfect. They have a unique variety of pizza and we are never disappointed when we try something new. The servers are always cheerful and make sure to check on us for refills, dessert, and anything else we may need. The restaurant itself has kind of a bar and grill atmosphere. Went in 30 minutes before they closed & they had the kitchen & dinning area closed off. If a resturant closes at 10:00 aren't they suppose to accept guests until then. Instead this guy came running out and shouting " We're Closed" he was so anxious to get out of there. Tonight we ordered some food to go and it was not a great experience. First of all we ordered drinks and about 15 minutes later ordered our food to go. At about the 20 minute mark we began looking for our waiter to order more drinks. After waiting another 10 minutes we finally saw him coming toward us but, he went to the table next to us to take an order so we waited patiently for him to help us on the way back to the bar....he didn't. After another 5 or so minutes...no food yet and no waiter. My husband finally said let's go cash out. We paid for everything and had to get someone to check on the food. Our waiter finally came out with the food and we took it and left. Mind you we were going to let all of this go, maybe he was new and still in training. When we got home and opened all the food the Dad's bacon and cheddar salad that I had ordered for my dinner was about 1 cup of lettuce with about 1/4 of a slice of bacon and a half tablespoon of shredded cheese! THIS was the icing on the cake for us...this side salad is about $10...around the same amount that it costs for 6 chicken wings. I got it that prices have gone up but I didn't even get a whole salad.....just a few pieces of lettuce and a sprinkle of cheese and even less bacon....save your money and make yourself a REAL salad at home, this was rediculous! read more

We've been here multiple times and have never had a bad experience. The first time we came, the server offered our kids some pizza dough to play with while they waited for their food. Such a nice change because these kids are always asking for the phones while waiting. We brought our family here while they were visiting, and they were impressed with the pizza. It's not the cheapest pizza place, but you can't complain because you're paying for the experience and quality of pizza. The location couldn't be more perfect! read more

I placed an online order for a small pizza, a chicken wings and salad on 5/21, pickup was after 30 minutes, that was what they said how long it should be ready. When I picked up the food, all staffs were not wearing mask, one of them opened the box to check the pizza without mask on to make sure it was mine, it made me worry the safety of eating this food, especially during this COVID-19 situation. However, we don't want to throw it away so I took my chances but we will not buy again. When I took the pizza home it taste like yesterday pizza, crust was soft and pizza was soggy. The wings were tiny, dried and with over-fried brown skin, the celery came with the wings looked like cooked by the stream from the wings which made them beyond acceptable. Fortunately, the salad was good. Next time if I don't have time to cook, I think we would rather go for cup noodles or TV dinner. At least that is safe. read more
