When shopping anywhere you want to make sure that you get what you wanted and are satisfied with your purchase no matter how you are doing it whether if it is online or in person. This particular thing is best to do in person do to the fact this is something you will not want to return after use. I usually go to a different store because they are active with the people and showing new product as well as giving advice. I guess you can say I got accustomed to a specific behavior but that was nothing I got which was really disappointing. What I got was hovering around and asking to leave just because we were taking a long time to pick a product and apparently horsing just because we were laughing. I left there without what I needed and don't know when I'm going to get it. read more

Why I like this location: Not a very high traffic Fascinations so it is not awkward perusing around. The other fascinations close to me is right near strip club row in Old Town and let's just say there is always a whole lot going on in there. The sales people here are always very friendly and helpful, but not in an overbearing inappropriate manner. And my absolute favorite thing about this store is they have lots of lingerie, though some of it is overpriced...Some people have shoe or handbag problems! Also, they have some clubbing apparel that is actually pretty cute, if you are into the more risque club look ;) read more

This was my first time here. Wandered in with some friends before we went to the bar next door. This is a really nice location. Very well lit. Nice and clean. Not creepy in the least. If you feel uncomfortable at all it must be you because it can't be the store. Staff were very friendly too. They told us all about some upcoming classes they were going to have. I didn't even know they put on classes. How to please your woman. Interesting. Do they need teachers for this class. Just saying I'm available. Also how to please your man but that is probably a 5 minute class because it is not that difficult. This store would probably be more fun if I had a girlfriend but for now I'm just the one making jokes as my friends look around. Some of my friends are women so it was interesting to observe them perusing this store. A peak behind the scenes at behavior not normally observed. Very interesting. Guys don't let them fool you. As much crap as they give us about this stuff they are worse. Sure there are exceptions but they just prove the rule. Highly educational experience. I don't know if I will be back to this store as it is a little far away from me. But I will go back to Fascinations for sure in the need arises. Pun not intended. Ladies need not be shy about going in here. No one really. Everybody does it and the staff are around this stuff everyday so nothing is going to shock them. Don't be embarrassed. I love this store...I can remember 25 years ago having to go to sleazy adult bookstores to get toys, outfits, etc...they had the arcades and tons of creepy men loitering around. I love how these stores are decorated and laid out. Very clean and classy. And every time I have entered a Fascinations I was greeted so warmly! The staff is very friendly. I had visited this store recently and made a purchase, somehow, something I purchased didn't make it home with me and was left at the register. I called to see what I can do to get it, the manager, Nick, was the nicest and most helpful person. He checked everywhere for it, did an inventory or the product, and said that he had it for me. When I went to pick it up, he had a giftcard waiting for me for the inconvenience. It was totally unexpected. I will always be a customer of this particular store. Aside from this visit, the store is immaculate, fun, and the set up is organized. They have a huge selection, and the staff is so helpful. This is the only store like this that I don't feel completely awkward walking in, and having open conversations and questions. I would recommend this particular location to anyone. I was a little uncomfortable coming in here to begin with and as I walked in I had my phone in hand because I was texting with my boyfriend. We were trying to figure out what we wanted and he sent me a picture message with a screen shot from a website. I held the picture up to compare it to another product to see if it was the same one and one of the associates quickly came running over to me to tell me that photos weren't allowed in the store. I was a little confused because I wasn't taking a photo, but I just said okay and continued texting. Might I add that no one greeted me or offered any type of assistance prior to the associate accusing me of taking a picture. After they accused me of taking a photo I had three different employees lurking around me to watch what I was doing on my phone. I turned to one of them and said "am I not allowed to text in the store?" She laughed and told me that I was allowed to text but not allowed to take photos. I explained to her that I wasn't taking a photo and I would appreciate it if the employees would stop following me around because it was making me uncomfortable. I ultimately couldn't shop in peace and ended up leaving without buying anything because the employees wouldn't stop following me around. read more

The store on Scottsdale Rd and Oak has a manager that clearly has insecurities! Loves to make you feel like you are annoying!! Every question you ask it's like you're bugging!! God forbid you ask for a coupon!! She will lie and say they don't use them anymore??!! Then find out that they are and are used at all the fascinations!! Helpful staff, good products, nice discounts

I've been a frequent customer for fascinations multiple times. Mainly at Tempe because of the great customer service and products they have to offer. Your faculty members, the product that you offer, the services and deals that come about throughout the months is impeccable. Today, I decided to take the same friends I always visit fascinations with and try a different location due to the fact that COVID-19 has only made a few select of stores available to the public. I walk in and the lady name Brianna, she goes by bri has long dark hair. she properly asked us for our IDs just like every other fascinations location I've been to. We proceeded to have a little bit of fun and browse around and select a few items off the shelf so what catches our eye just like we always do. My friends and I generally take about an hour or two assessing each item, and deciding if we want to purchase it or not. Almost every visit my friends and I take we always leave with a product that we are satisfied with uphill today. I have never met someone so rude, let alone so unprofessional in my whole life. I've came across plenty of servers, and other customer service representatives that could be quite rude during their time, but she managed to top that off. I'm sure everyone knows that when walking to a sex store, especially fascinations no one goes in there to particularly just to look for one item. We had a few good laughs, not enough to be horsing around or being gross but discussing things about products and pondering. some products was new and I wanted something. Near about an hour or so bri comes back and blatantly, LOUDLY confronts my friends and I that we need to leave or buy a product and that my friends and I are goofing off. If you go to fascinations frequently like my friends and I do, you would know that nobody fucking goes in that store to grab ONE SPECIFIC THING. It takes time, especially if you want the something that is perfect for you and to satisfy your needs. She then proceeds to stand there watching us like we're fucking kids until we all felt uncomfortable and decided to leave. None of us got what we wanted. She then decided to play the stupid card saying 'we can only have so many people in here'. It was 2 of my friends and I, her and another associate, and one other person across the room. I felt like we was harassed and humiliated in front of everyone. I never had a yelp account, and today she gave me a good enough of a damn reason to write one just for this site. Fascinations off of Kyrene and Elliot need to open back up. They were sweet, Efficient and if I ever took to long they will help me with things especially with their opinions. Bri is horrible and you can take that petty as 'we can only have so many people in the building' in the garbage because if you really worried about that you would've had someone at the door regulating how much business was coming in. Which wasn't much and I'm not surprise because of how rude she was. read more

If you are still celebrating your 40 something bday, more than 10 years later...I absolutely reccomend Fascinations! I visit Scottsdale once a month and finally got up the nerve to investigate Fasinations! I was nervous and aprehensive.... I remember my first experince years ago.. at a "toy" store... It was creepy and uncomfortable, I wanted to ask questions, but I wanted to leave more! This was like a dream come true...the store is very upscale, the products are well displayed its clean its neat, and the best part was the help I received. I wasnt sure I needed help, just kinda wanted to check things out...which they let me do for a while. The sales girl, Tianna was wonderful!. She didnt push or prod, but asked some general questions and then began my education! I couldnt have imagined what a "much younger' gal could share with me...but I came away with knowledge and appreciation...(she was funny and made me feel very comfortable, like we were old friends....) oh, and several new toys. I really enjoyed myself and I will definitely be visiting each month when I travel to Scottsdale...I hope Tianna is there and I cant wait to see what's new! Thanks! Although I ordered on line, I also called the store when I had trouble with the order and asked if they carried the same item. They looked it up immediately and were very helpful. Unfortunately they did not carry that item in the store, but directed me to their 800 number to solve the problem. read more
