Surprised at the amount of lingerie here, as most locations have a super ridiculously limited selection of cute lingerie/clothing (like I've gone to lots lol: only been to two others - Vegas & Reno, funnily enough with family both other times). Though some real cute items were in other sizes only, with only a couple of that style, I found something cute that is perfect for an upcoming event that needed some extra lace texture under a simple dress. Having limited options in only a size or two made it more limited but no complaints as I just wanted to kill time & didn't expect to find anything to work perfectly. Some prices seemed like a really decent deal & some felt pricy compared to others in that style I've seen but overall they evened out to generally reasonable. Pleasantly surprised. When I came back recently at 20, with my boyfriend and had a insane encounter with a customer shortly after walking in. She yelled at me from across the store and demanded that I, "move into a different spot that's not right next to my car I'm trying to leave." I obviously said "no" especially she had been parked on the parking line and not I. Anyhow; while we were browsing the manager approached us to let us know that she had followed the customer outside to make sure she didn't do anything to my car and apologized for her behavior which I wasn't expecting but appreciated. Fascinations is a treasure and I love this location! It's a great size and the variety of things you can find here is terrific. Came here a few days ago for some sexxayyyy post-Christmas surprises for my man and like usual, I wasn't disappointed. I think it's hilarious that I wound up here not even an hour after a discussion about the "classy places where I pick up my porn". They are conveniently located next to Fate Brewing Company and I have to admit it's pretty classy. It's DEFINITELY geared toward the ladies and couples as I deduced by the special "Fifty Shades of Grey" display at the entrance to the bondage area. The staff always greets you with a friendly "hello" and are there to help you, in a very professional manner, with any questions or recommendations that you might have. This store has a very large selection of items. Everything from super fun shoes (they carry Iron Fist), costumes/apparel/lingerie/pasties (for men and women), educational reading material, fun bachelor and bachelorette party supplies, and of course, the items one typically thinks of with these stores. Fascinations also offers Romance Rewards where you earn 5% on your purchases, no need to carry a card, they will just look you up in their computer system! If you are going to go to a Fascinations, I highly recommend this locations at Scottsdale and Shea, I've always had positive experiences! Just had the WORST experience here. My partner and I went in not sure of exactly what we were going to buy, but wanting to look around and decide in the moment. One older employee with short, grey hair continuously came up to us asking what we were looking for, and after repeatedly telling her we were just looking around but thanks for asking, she continued to follow us and try to upsell us on every product we were thinking about getting. When my partner and I then tried to have a quiet conversation about an obviously intimate topic, she assumed we were planning on pulling something shady, and walked even closer to us following us around the entire store, whistling so loudly to make it clear that she was always right behind us. We were so uncomfortable, but still about to purchase the product we had found, when we overheard her tell her coworker to "keep an eye on us" and point us out. We immediately put the product back and left as we felt so violated and as though we were doing something wrong by not wanting to dive into our sex life with multiple employees, especially as we genuinely were trying to decide between just the two of us what we wanted to buy. I wish I had gotten that employee's name, because she certainly should not be allowed to be working at a sex store if she is going to assume that any couple wanting to have a sidebar about their sex life is going to steal something.
