The doctor was understanding. Front desk were very kind, and I was in and out within two hours.

Ended up at ER because I knew something wasn't right turns out she had a broken shin. They need to get it together cause clearly they don't know what they're doing.

That was extremely disappointing and honestly upsetting. I could have taken my son to the ER instead of wasting time driving here, especially in cold and rainy weather. As a parent, that kind of miscommunication really matters. To make things more confusing, another parent that had arrived 10 min after me mentioned they had been seen even later than that on a previous visit. So it feels very inconsistent. If you're not going to accept patients close to closing time, that needs to be clearly communicated when people call or reflected in your hours. Emergencies and health concerns don't always happen on a schedule, thing happen suddenly and people rely on the information they're given. Overall, very frustrating experience and a waste of time.

Kaiser on Ming Ave didn't have any soon appointments, so they said the only urgent care other than Kaiser on Stockdale I could take her to is Priority Urgent Care. I thought this one was the closest to me. There is parking in the front and in the back of the building, and I guess I parked in the back because we had to walk to the other side to enter. There were signs, thank goodness. I didn't make an appointment, but when we walked in, the receptionist had me check in on the kiosk where I registered and booked an appointment. While waiting in the front lobby, I noticed they accept walk-ins until a certain time or until they take too many, students needing sport physicals, and they're free!!!! Just FYI! Our time waiting to be seen was a total of 2 hours, I would've given 3 stars for todays visit, but when the doctor did come in and see us, he was very pleasant and considerate with my little girl. And that's all that matters to me!

The provider then comes in, tells me its not my mouth, its a sinus infection and i need to go to the ER. My fiancee asked if she was sure because the swelling was clearly in my mouth. Her response was "nope nothing mouth related, his mouth isnt swollen, he needs to go to the ER." I then have to drive across town to the ER still in pain. Walk in, have to wait for over an hour just for the provider to come in and tell me that it is 100% mouth related, i just need some antibiotics & that the urgent care could have 100% treated me for this. As im typing this in the lobby i just saw a patient walk in that was at the urgent care i was just at. Im assuming they couldnt do their jobs for her either! Waste of time and money. Dr is lazy and doesnt know how to do her job.

Considering it is the cold months, it wasn't busy coming in on a weekday mid afternoon (they close at 8pm daily). Office was very clean. Wait time wasn't too bad (15mins that's including the time I had fill out paperwork). Staff were very welcoming, nice and patient. They ask that you kindly wear a mask if you don't show up with one (no biggie!). I knew I would have some sort of respiratory issue but wasn't expecting bronchitis. I saw the NP and she was so nice and thorough. Administered an injection, breathing treatment while I was there, and ordered the recommended medications for further treatment. Overall my experience there went really great and so happy I got to come. I felt seen and heard - oppose to other urgent care places where you're rushed out the door. Thank you for taking care of me.

I just started coming to this facility, and I really like it!…read more I've only had the pleasure of meeting my PCP doctor once, but can tell she's a very good doctor, takes the time to listen and ask questions & was just an easy person to talk to and open up with. I had a broken foot so she ended up putting in an (expedited) referral to see the foot specialist, which just so happened to be located on the second floor! The very next day the referral was approved and the podiatrist office (foot doctor) was calling me to set up an appointment for THAT following day... Super fast! I've seen the podiatrist a handful of times since then, and he's a really cool guy as well! Communicates well and definitely has your best interest at heart! Pretty funny guy too! I've also gotten my blood taken here per my doctor's request, and have had several foot x-rays done here as well, I love that everything is located in ONE building!! The building isn't even super huge either! so it's easy to navigate around. They even have an ER! Plus I've noticed that they're hardly ever busy! It's pretty much empty every time I've come! wait times are no longer than 10 minutes at the most. My last appointment I was 30 minutes early and they were able to get me in right away! Just seems to good to be true lol. Friendly staff, clean facility, so grateful to have Dr Raju (her nickname) as my PCP and BFMC as my doctors office. -The end.
