(HVLP) gym chain with over 1.5 million members. I've been an EōS member for ten years now, having the highest membership tier that allows me to hop around locations. This location is one of the nicer and newer EOS and while some of my favorite instructors (Sidney Ford) teaches here, I don't find myself popping in. It's a bit too long of a commute for my fitness class needs. EōS is a solid gym and I have no real complaints. I get to do what I need to do and get out with relative ease. Parking can be a rough though as it's a very popular EōS location.

I've been coming to BFT twice weekly for the past two months, alternating between cardio and…read moreweights. I was skeptical at first, given my experience with other gyms and the fact that it had been 20+ years since my last gym visit. The suck factor was off the charts my first few sessions, I was on the edge of rage quitting more than once, but I stuck with it out of sheer bloodymindedness and glad I did. Chris and all his coaches are next level. They remember all of their clients' progress and difficulties and work with us to keep us safe while still challenging us. They circulate during sessions, pointing out where we're doing great and where (and more importantly, HOW) we can improve. They're incredibly supportive and understanding. The equipment and facilities are maintained in top condition. I've yet to see anything broken or dirty. I wish they had a changing/locker room, but it's a small place so I can see why they don't. Bottom line: if you're looking a great group workout experience, GO TO BFT.

When I asked Eos to please let me see the camera footage or at least hand it over to the police, they refused unless they had official paperwork demanding that they had to hand it over. This was the evidence necessary to prosecute this creep in the gym who's secretly taking photos of women and getting away with it. After I moved away from Arizona, their membership subscription recurred constantly, and I had to get into an argument over email to get it canceled. Not only did they let a creep get photos of my girlfriend and get away with it, even when we had eyewitnesses and all we needed was just to see the evidence as well as the police, but they will suck you up for as much money as they possibly can.

There was parking available and lots of cardio machines available. They have TVs with closed captioning for entertainment This location had an upstairs area which is different, and there were elevators available. Women's and men's locker rooms were available with lockers to use (you have to bring your own lock though) and they have grab and go beverages for purchase. I did take a look at a competitor closer to my house but I did not like their layout or atmosphere. I decided to sign back up and found the PF app extremely easy to navigate. I opted to purchase a year commitment vs month to month. Doing that waived the annual fee. For a clean, safe gym with updated equipment I spent well under $300- basic membership. Returning to a purposeful, structured workout routine with equipment I am unable to have at home will help with me meet and exceed my health and fitness goals. Very pleased so far!

They make it extremely difficult to cancel memberships, they hardly ever have anyone working at the gym, so any questions are not answered. When trying to discuss options on cancellation or turning off auto renewal they claim to not be able to help. They become defensive and abrasive, my wife and I have been trying to contact their billing department for months on end. No responses. Literally feels like an absolute scam. Do not go to this gym! It's expensive, zero customer service and honestly not enough equipment. They don't deserve your hard earned money. Take the cheaper option of EŌS if you need 24/7 gyms. Take Mountainside if you're looking for better quality, and good customer service. Absolutely ridiculous and frustrating to have to give so much money to this horrible company.
