My car was hit while parked in front of my house. We had contacted Fast Auto due to a recommendation from a friend and it was close by. The original plan was to try to drive the car over, but after trying to drive only a few feet, we knew it had to be towed. Fast Auto arranged to have a tow come get my car and the tow truck came a lot faster than I expected so that was wonderful. Due to parts shortages, it took about a month for me to get my car back, but when I received it, it was practically brand new again. My car was complete again. I love the Aegean blue that is my car and Fast Auto advertises color matching.....it is perfect. This place is legit and honest. I decide to go get different quotes to repair my moms 2017 Honda Accord. Honestly the worst body shop I've ever been to. Took my car in to get the radiator support welded on and get the engine bay painted and the work I got in return is as if little kids did it. They didn't sand down, prep and primer the bay. They literally thru a thin coat of paint and clear on top of the surface. Paint is already chipping off, and when I brought it up to the owners attention he thru a fit calling me names and insulting me. Beware of this shop they take short cuts to make a quick buck! read more

I side swiped my Truck and i went around Hawaiian Gardens to get 3 quotes. Not only was Fast Auto the best quote, he didn't have to replace the "whole door" as quoted from another auto body center in the area. That other place was obviously trying to pitched me on work that wasn't needed. I'm glad I found Jorge. I told him about his competitor telling me he had to replace the whole door, and Jorge said something that made me feel comfortable. "He's not old school. We've been doing this so long we don't need to replace no door." Sure enough he returned my GMC cherry red Dually Truck looking like it came off the lot. I was recommended to Fast Auto Collision by a friend when I was in my first car accident back in March 2017. Being my first accident, I was completely lost and my insurance did a horrible job of explaining the whole process to me. It's so hard to find a body shop that you can trust. Jorge was so helpful since day one and reassured me that he would take care of everything and deal with the insurance. He was able to fix the right corner of my car that was hit and gave me a great price on painting the left side of my car that was already oxidizing. The young lady in the office was always professional and courteous both on the phone and in person. My car came out like new and I was completely satisfied with it. Nice friendly people here and are one of the only places open on Saturday! I have been to several places in the area. Shops claim on yelp to be open on Saturdays since I work long hours all week this is the only time I have to get an estimate. But no one is open.
