I've come here for them to fix holes in my jeans and the owner always has a solution. I'm not one to throw my clothes immediately away. I had a t-shirt where my collar was feeling tight, but the shirt was a size large. She was able to alter my collar and loosen it so it was more comfortable to wear. Every time I come here to dry clean my clothes, they smell fresh and new. No complaints. The pricing is fair for the quality and service. I get my clothes on time. Decided to try Ideal Cleaners because it's closer to my home. I've had these same Banana Republic work slacks dry cleaned at another cleaner in the area before with no issues. I brought three pairs here and they came back completely shrunk. I returned with an identical pair that had been dry cleaned before (just not by Ideal Cleaners) to show the difference in fit. I even tried on both pairs in the store so they could see the difference themselves. The dry-cleaned pants were noticeably tight. Lee told me to bring the pants back so they could try to stretch them, but when I picked them up they were still shrunk. She acknowledged they were tight but said I could still wear them. She then became argumentative and insisted she did nothing wrong. Lee refused to refund me and only offered $20, even though it will cost at least $250 to replace the pants. Absolute horrible customer service and I'm out three pairs of work slacks due to their negligence and mishandling of my garments. read more

Who likes wearing wrinkled, unkempt looking clothes? Not me! Reason why I take some of my clothes to Ideal Cleaners. I previously went to another Dry Cleaners closer to where I live, but they closed shop few years back. Fortunately, I discovered this shop a little bit farther out, but still very convenient and have been a customer ever since. The owner is extremely pleasant and my clothes and comforters have always been nice&clean and neatly pressed when picked up. Prices are very reasonable and fast turnaround time! I rarely use dry cleaners, but this place seems to be fairly priced and does good speedy work. They also seem to do repairs. Which is nice....just in case. I've used them a couple times. Decent service, dreadful work. I brought my winter comforter in to be cleaned for the season. It's dry clean only and fairly delicate with embroidery. They didn't damage it, thankfully, but it is most certainly not clean. In fact, I think it may be more dirty now than when I brought it in. They left some kind of deposit all on the underside. It looks like caked-on dust. Yuck. I feel the need to take it in again (somewhere else) for cleaning before using it. The lady at the storefront was friendly and she was kind enough to rush my order, but since it's not really clean, that doesn't help me at all. Note to self: Inspect all cleaning before leaving a place, even if it's a giant comforter and is super annoying to unwrap, unfold and examine. And never return to Ideal Cleaners. read more

Lee was great! I brought in 4 pants, had 3 of them altered and all of them dry cleaned. This was all done within 1 week and she even waited patiently for me to try on my pants to make sure they fit and look nice! Great place, great price. They cleaned my clothes and accepted credit card. They seem pretty expensive though, 5 items (2 of which were scarves) came out to about $55-$60. The other 3 items were shirts/pants so I didn't think its normally this pricey. If I'm in the area I'd return as they got the job done. read more

I needed 5 levis jeans hemmed shorter. The asian woman was nice and had me put on the pants, measured inseem and told me the length which I was surprised was shorter than I thought. 4 days later I picked them up, and if you don't look at it nose length away, the original hem looks good. The night of the wedding, I took the plastic off and as I was putting on the shirt... WALA... BIG FAT STAIN on the neck.
