Cody and William showed up at our storage facility and struck us as extremely professional. They handled all of our items in a very careful manner and they made sure to exercise extreme caution when loading our items into their truck. Upon arrival, they were extremely careful while unloading our items and transferring them into our home. What I appreciated the most was that both Cody and William made sure not to damage our wooden floors or dent/scuff our walls when taking some of the larger items upstairs. One small thing that Austin Moving Forward can improve upon is perhaps making a clearly visible sign on the street in the complex that their office is located in. Wanting to pay our deposit in person, we drove to their location, but were unable to actually find their office because of hard-to-find/no signage. We did try to call and get a hold of them at that point, however no one was in the office at that time.
