I took my car back to the original repair shop and they did nothing to alleviate the noise. I found Brakes Plus on Yelp and figured it was worth a shot, since they have such great reviews. I was not disappointed!!! After spending close to an hour checking my brakes, I was told they were still good, it was just that inferior brake parts were used at the other shop. He was able to make a few adjustments and voila!, my brakes no longer make that horrible sound. To top it all off, I wasn't charged a penny!!!! Keep in mind this was a visual inspection, this is how they get you to pay them more. Stay away! State should revoke them.
