Definitely well named - got our sign made and ready for pick up promptly -- in fact, a day earlier than expected. But more importantly is the customer service -- so friendly & professional! Also, as I was leaving, realized I hadn't made any requests as to adhering the sign. After a quick discussion with Jessica, we determined the best solution was 2 sided adhesive rather than holes in the sign (which they would have done for me had I wanted to go that route). . . she promptly applied the adhesive and I was good to go. I had used this Fastsigns store for a couple years for my business signs. I don't know what the current problem is, but the customer service here stinks. I came in to get an estimate for some signs, then I emailed in to say I'd like to go ahead with the order. (I used email to confirm orders and proofs in the past with no problem.) No reply. Fair enough - maybe their email isn't working. So I call in, say I'd like to go ahead, and let them know that I sent an email and didn't get a reply. They say so-and-so who handled my order will call me back that afternoon. Well, they never called back. Wow, that was the easiest way to lose a quick sale - and to lose a regular customer for good. read more

THIS FAST SIGNS SUCKS! do not make an order here if you want "fast" signs. They lose orders, don't complete them on time, and are just overall terrible. We've tried to order signs twice with them, and both times they failed to give us good service. Go get your signs somewhere else, because Fast Signs do not live up to their name. read more

Fast signs is not fast. I ordered 2 vinyl decals and 4 printouts. They kept on pushing my pick up date. These are items that dong require any assembly, just printing. I don't know what's the hold up. I won't use them again. read more

Believe the other reviews. I wish I had read these before I wasted my time, because this was one of the worst cases of customer service I have ever experienced. It's enough to make me write a review here, which I never do. - I ordered and paid for a simple text-only banner on Monday afternoon and they said it would be ready on Tuesday. I knew I wouldn't be able to get it then, so I told them I'd be by on Wednesday. -Figuring that it would already have been done on Tuesday, I call early Wednesday to check on it and they tell me it will be ready by 4:30-5:00. -When I arrive to pick it up after 5:00, they tell me it's due to be printed next and I leave disappointed. -I later decided I should confirm when it will be ready (the right answer is first thing in the morning), so I call and they tell me it'll be ready the next morning. I blow a gasket so they tell me to hold, come back and tell me they'll bring someone in at 6:30 to have it done by 9:00. Nice tactic, by the way; try to make me guilty that they have to be inconvenienced because they can't meet your commitments. After all this I realize that I've lost most of a school week and decide that they don't deserve my money. I canceled it and asked for a refund. Admittedly, employees are very nice to handle you. Checking back my notes, I finally got my signs after 45 days and eleven trips to their store, a distance of 35 min each way. because all along they just avoided committing themselves to a firm date. They hardly ever called me back to inform me despite their promises. From their explanations I gathered that my job happened to be small and not too profitable. In the meantime they had bigger better more profitable jobs. My suggestion to you, if you want to deal with them is to get a firm commitment in writing as you pay and also a small deposit may be much better. read more

I've been going to Fast Signs several times. However, today I found out the towing signs i ordered are unusable since they do not meet the requirements. I started with requesting the correct size and same PPT file with size requirements that I used with another print shop several years ago. Then I asked for bulk rate and the lady suggested a much smaller size for 10 signs. Ok, my fault, since the bulk rate was similar to the price i paid several years ago, I didn't pay attention to the size she offered. Before approving the design, I asked if they would make sure the signs meet the requirements. No reply. Instead, she noticed some wording issue. Now I need to pay for 10 un-usable signs =( read more

I found Fast Signs through Google and decided to give it a try. I initially submitted a request online, but no one reached out. A day later, I called them and asked for a quote. Yet, another day passed without receiving anything. After calling again, I finally got the quote and placed my order. Admittedly, working with their graphic designer was not the easiest - but I did have multiple changes. I'm giving this store four stars because of what they produced. My director insists it is the best banner we've ever had (and that's saying a lot). If we place another order, I imagine it will go a lot smoother based on prior experience. read more

The staff is helpful and responds in 1-2 days. My problem with them was that they wanted my credit card number before giving me a design. They quoted a price without even looking at or measuring the site where the size would go guesstimating as to the size of the letters that would fit in the area. Look out. If your looking for signs fast this is not the place to go. The owner is dishonest and the sales girl doesn't know a thing about what she is talking about. If your sign isn't ready when they say it will be, you'll probably be told an employee is sick or their printer is down which isn't the case. The truth is if your not placing a multi thousand dollar order they don't care about you and push your sign off for the important clients. read more
