I called a different local shop and after two days I still never heard back. I called "417 The Shop", left a message and in less than five minutes had a return call. The owner is a super nice guy, he was honest about what he could and couldn't do on this particular Friday afternoon and what would have to wait until next Monday. I was able to get done everything I needed to within the afternoon. Efficient, knowledgeable, respectful and honest. Customer service was even above what I have experienced from many shops in the past. They even had a young man carry my freshly mounted wheels/tires out and load them up in my car for me. Shouldn't a salesman treat "everyone" like a buyer?!! I absolutely love my Indian but they are driving people to Harley. Staff changes weekly, and it doesn't seem like they are very customer driven. Going to AR to buy a bike. I wish there was a closer Indian so I could get mine serviced else where. No complaints so far with Service, but with so much turnover it's hard to trust that it's being serviced correctly. We actually went to Harley first, and they were great, but our heart is with Indians, so we went there to buy and was treated like vagrants when arriving.

Our salesman, Scott, could not have been nicer or more helpful. Even though they had a county-required sign on the store front door, there were dozens of people in the store, including every single staff member did not have a mask on. When we mentioned that we were concerned about it to Scott, he stayed further than 6 feet apart from us at all times. When I get a little closer to buying, I will visit them in the Springfield store.
