Went to Omach iPhone repair to get a screen replacement for my iPhone 5, which was fine. However, after receiving the phone iPhone back I realized that the front camera was no longer working. After taking it back they told me it could not be fixed. I decided to try Fast Tech iPhone repair who kindly offered to look at it for free and was able to replace the board for free as well. Out of his generosity I bought a new case that I really enjoy! Camera works again and I love the new phone case. The guy there was really nice and knew what he was doing! My experience at fast tech iphone repair was amazing. The guy who fixed my phone (Daniel, I believe was his name) did an outstanding job. The repair took less than 20 minutes. And the products they use are quality original Apple lcd screens. Prices are great, especially compared to Apple. This guy really seems like he knows what he's doing. He even referred me to a great restaurant, that I went to on Saturday with my partner. We really loved it. Originally I brought in my shattered iPhone 6 screen to be repaired even though the screen was shattered phone still worked fine. The owner started to fix my phone and it was taking about 30-45 mins and I asked how much longer will it be. He replied saying the screen he just put on was defective so he has to put another screen on and it was almost done. When he was finished the screen didn't sit on the phone properly, one side was flush the other side wasn't but I ignored that and didn't make a big deal about it. However, a couple months later the screen that he put on turned out to be defective to!!! It had a glitch on the screen every time you hit the home button It would glitch up .I didn't drop the phone nor was the screen cracked and even if it was when I brought in my shattered phone the first time the phone was working fine. I took it back in and he said there is nothing he can do and said he only offered a 30 day warranty on it which when I read a reply to one of the posts here on Yelp he told someone he offered a 90 day warranty! He offered to replace the screen and charge me 70 bucks instead of the org 90 I said NO thank you I rather pay 150 bucks to have it done correctly then to be scammed by these people buying refurbished products and after market products and installing them on people's phones when they only last 3-6 months. Also while I was there 2 other customers had problems/complaints. As you can see I opened a Yelp account today specifically because of this. That's how frustrated I am. I wouldn't recommend anyone go to this location pay the 20-30 bucks more and have it done the right way. Unprofessional young kids don't know how to run a business read more

WORST place to take your IPhone for repair! When I went into the store, the guy was talking on the phone and did not even care that I was standing there. He just said "whats up" I told him about my cracked screen and he said it would be about $80. I asked him when it will be ready and he said in about an hour. Usually other places finish in about 30 min. Anyways I left and came back in an hour or even a bit more. I went in and he said it is still not ready I am working on another one. So I waited outside and I was going in once in a while checking up. Finally a little more than an hour and half he said it is ready. After all that waiting no discount but a $3 credit card service fee! NOT WORTH IT! Also none of my buttons are functioning properly and now my LCD screen is messed up! They messed up my phone even more so I can take it back to them and fix it and charge me more! NEVER COMING BACK! read more
