If I could rate this place zero stars I would. I'm not a person who enjoys writing bad reviews (check my page, you'll see I only write good ones) but I am floored at how we were treated. My fiance was recently in a car accident where he was deemed not at fault. His truck was towed to this yard, the man towing was sweet as could be and so helpful. that's where the good service ended. My fiance had thousands of dollars worth of his tools trapped in his tailgate from the impact of the other car. He is injured from this accident and brought his uncle and I to help him gather his things from his truck. Upon arrival the gate was unlocked and open so we headed in, which is what we had been told to do when we called prior. Instantly we were hounded by four men yelling at us and treating him like a criminal. We explained but they still shouted and acted belligerent. We went inside to sign the paperwork and apologized for our mistake but again were berated and told we shouldn't have gone in and treated like criminals. They threatened us with arrest for "trespassing". I think the man who we were speaking to was the owner which was shocking. you'd think as a business owner you'd want to treat your customers like people but nope! This company is the very WORST type of predatory towing company in the ENTIRE USA!!! They illegally towed my newly purchased EV by dragging it nose down from the rear out of a parking lot and drug it from Southern Las Vegas all the way to North Las Vegas to their junkyard lot!!! They snatched my vehicle without any warning as well as the tow driver was being told by the security guard of my building not to touch my car; however, the driver advised the security guard that HIS BOSS - Henry, told him to snatch as many cars as possible that he felt deserved to be towed! My car was snatched at 3:25am on a Sunday morning. Come to find out, the driver had to have been a COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT idiot that tried to latch my EV to a regular tow truck versus flatbed tow truck. My car was involved in a 10-15 car accident on I-15 at 6:00am. How is that possible? No one knows what took so long to get my car from Southern Las Vegas to the highway; however, my car was dropped/broke the towing mechanism and drifted out into upcoming traffic!!!! Needless to say, it was severely damaged by the accident as well as they still charged me over $400.00 to get my car back after destroying and NOT TELLING me that it was involved in an accident while being illegally towed! They also went against their own towing tariff that is registered with the Nevada Transportation Authority that oversees their towing contracts and licenses. They prefer to work on a corporate retainer with Flamingo Pointe Plaza, which has hired Fast Towing to hassle parents who are trying to pick their children up from elementary school. Funny thing is, the Flamingo Pointe Owners Association isn't getting their money's worth. Fast Towing uses intimidation tactics but doesn't actually bother to tow anyone...makes sense because the cars are there for 15 minutes or less, in unmarked parking spaces. They sat across from where I LEGALLY parked my car and shopped for a car to steal. No signage and within FIVE minutes of being away from my car they had towed it illegally. Four words, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. My car got stolen at the beginning of this month and I was told by police to call them in order to check it out. Now, I don't know if the police had it towed to this place or if they found it at this place. Honestly, the business' reviews seems super sketchy if you ask me. Anyway, both employees I've spoken to over the phone with were very rude and did not try to help me whatsoever. They both just told me the prices to tow and suggested me to go in the morning at 8-9:30am. I wanted to check out my car asap at 11pm when I got off of work and they gave me A LOT of attitude questioning "you wanna take a look at your car in the middle of the night? Zero stars, do not use this company. Most illegitimate and incompetent towing company in Las Vegas. Did they illegally tow your vehicle? They have multiple revenue generating illegal predatory towing locations such as Sahara Annex Street by Siegel Suites and several other apartment complexes where they do not post towing signs and they do not place the required 48 hour tow warning on vehicles. They will tow your vehicle and not even notify the police as required. If you try to call them the manager will hang up on you. Their credit card machine has been "broken" for months, this should let you know they are worried about you holding the illegal tow charge. You better show up with the exact amount in cash because they also do not have change. If you are one of their victims report them to the Nevada Transportation Authority at 702-486-3303 and the Better Business Bureau. My car was towed at 9pm from near Sahara and LV Blvd. (I just missed stopping the driver and could do nothing but watch it go down the road behind the towtruck. If only I had been sooner...) I called the number on the sign, could not get thru. Dialed repeatedly for an hour and then gave up. (702.383.3278) I finally did... at 2:30am!!! The clerk on the phone was very helpful, trying to find my car. (be polite, I told myself) At first, she couldn't find it. (15 minutes with hold time and repeating information and searching. Have patience!) She offered to call the drivers and told me to call back. Actually, she called me back very soon to tell me the paperwork had been mixed up and not filed by the driver, but yes, they had my car. (relief!) I verified that I needed my registration and driver's license. Got the printout at the dmv website for $5. This is key to know!! At 730am, I took uber to the wrong address (from the website). It is, in fact, 2201 N Commerce. I arrived at opening time, 8am . That saved me some money. I also was glad it was a weekday morning and not the weekend (the office is closed). Since my name was on the registration, I could use a debit card to pay the $262.50 fee. They do not have change if you do not bring exact cash. I signed receipts and finally got my car. That transaction took about an hour. Fortunately, I was the only customer. The person who helped me was courteous. Of course, it totally helped I was prepared. My car was as I had last seen it. No damage or theft. I appreciate that previous comments here helped me be prepared to deal with this debacle, and now I've added more. read more

We were able to push the car into the parking lot, and searched online for a tow company to pick it up in the morning. Wow, I've never had such a horrible experience with any company in my life! Not only was it an unpleasant experience to deal with their staff but they also stole money from my car. My husband and I had unknowingly parked in a tow zone when we went to a restaurant in Vegas. We saw our car being towed as we exited the restaurant to get my wallet which I had forgotten in the car. The tow driver not only refused to let us get the car back right then but also didnt let me get my wallet out of the car. We went to Fast Towing to pick up the car and pay whatever fine they would charge, only to hear that their computer system was down and they couldn't release the car to us until 8am in the morning. The black guy with cornrows who we spoke to was the rudest person I've ever dealt with from a company. Instead of logically responding to our questions about why we couldn't get into the car to get my wallet, he acted like he couldn't wait to be rid of us and closed the door in our face. I was freaking out because the wallet had all my IDs and $1265 cash inside. Later that night I called the police and they told me that it was illegal for the company to hold the car like that since we would be charged an extra overnight fee. However there was nothing we could do unless we returned to the lot and then waited for a police escort to arrive. Given how sketchy the tow yard was, my husband didn't want us to go there by ourselves at 2am. The company is located in a deserted area that looks like a crime scene where someone would get kidnapped and raped. We returned to Fast Towing in the morning "after their computer system had been fixed," only to find that the window to our car was down and $1000 had been stolen from my wallet. THE STAFF OF THIS COMPANY ARE THEIVES! If you left valuables in your car, be very worried. I don't know who stole the money from my wallet but I'm sure it was someone that worked at Fast Towing given the fact that the car window was down and the thief was smart enough to leave my IDs, credit cards, and $265 cash that was just enough to pay the towing fee. I will be filing a police report and complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Transportation Agency of Las Vegas but please, don't do business with this fraudulent company. read more

Horrible experience. My son's car broke down on his way to work. He was able to get it out of traffic, but it died in a very busy intersection. His insurance contacted Fast Towing, and he was told it would be 90 minutes for a truck. After waiting 90 minutes, he called Fast Towing, and was very rudely told that it would be another 20 minutes. Another 30 went by and he called again, and was told that a truck was on its way. The total wait time was 2 1/2 hours. Really?! We had to follow the driver to the repair shop, which we did not expect. That was unfortunate, but I can understand that this is to ensure that the vehicle arrived where it was meant to and protected us as well as them. The driver was efficient, and was fairly nice. They really need more trucks out on the road, especially if customers are waiting for 2 1/2 hours on a weekday. Glad that experience is done and over with. read more

Okay, no one likes a tow truck experience unless their car breaks down, the workers are efficient and friendly, and they're inside an air-conditioned building with snacks. They also hate the fines, the ridiculous requirements that come with getting a car back (for example: how are you supposed to get your insurance cards and registration out of a vehicle that they won't let you access?). That is just one of MANY many problems with this company. Another problem? This a KIOSK. A walk up window that has bars on it, in a fairly sketchy and dangerous part of town. I went in broad daylight and felt scared for my safety. No Lyft would agree to go to this side of town--about 5 canceled before one accepted. My friend and I were standing in the middle of the street with almost dead phones, and we were getting scared. Due to COVID, my income has been cut short, like eveyone else's. These people don't care, and I guess they shouldn't have to. I felt stressed and at risk out on the street. So scared, in fact, that I had a panic attack right at the business. I had not had a panic attack of this caliber in years. I suddenly could not breathe. I didn't mean to cause a scene, but I almost fainted right there on the spot. Luckily, one of the drivers, Steve, was finishing up his shift. He asked if they needed to call an ambulance and to be honest, I told him maybe. I told him, if he would just stand with me any my friend, and make me feel safe, that's all I needed. And he did. Even after his shift had finished, he made sure I felt okay. We talked football and cars, and I am infinitely grateful for this man's help. He reminded me that there are good people in the world, even if they tow your car and charge you way too much money for it. What this man did for me, and his support for helping a stranger through a panic attack, was an act of an angel. I give the tow truck process negative 34093843 stars. I give the goodness of Steve's help 5+++ stars.
