I was referred to this shop by America's Tire for Alignment.i took my car to this shop on 11/20/2025.The owner sunny gave me 6 months warranty from the date of check-out the alignment however he did modified specifications. The camber is not adjustable on my car however he did it anyway according to what he told me just to do me favor !!he blamed the other Alignment shop not doing the Alignment correctly.That is a Big LIE .i drove my vehicle noticed my car was pulling to the right. I called sunny i told him car is pulling .he told me the Alignment has to settle.When i called and asked him if I can bring my car my to recheck the alignment last week because ,my was pulling to the right from the date he did a alignment and also because of road potholes I knew the alignment was off.he told me 1st I have to charge you then he said will call you back but he never did. I knew he isn't going to call me because the way he talked to me. I filed a complaint with bureau of automobile against this shop simply he didn't sound like he wants to honor his warranty. I sent him a text again for the last time and asked him if I can make an appointment and take my car to his shop for recheck the alignment. He told me to call his shop. icalled the shop made an appointment for 2/6. The technican was totally rude and disrespectful to me and called me listen "Grandpa" your car is going straight after he test drove my car Sunny arrived and he asked the technican(Kamie) to put vehicle on the alignment rack and found out the alignment was off.he adjusted the toe only but he refused to adjust the camber eventhough he did adjust the non adjustable camber last time. I withdrew my case with automobile bureau . When i got home the same day I opened the driver side rear door noticed big scratch on the door panel. I didn't call him about this because simply he would have denied what his technican did. I took my car to the body shop and have them touch it up. They wasted 6hrs of my time, said they can do the alignment & couldn't get it done. They charged me 175$ for alignment & i left the same exact way it came in. After talking with managers here they refused to refund me or even give half or anything back! They test drove it & said it was good & when i was driving home it drove exactly the same as when i took it in so i took it back & they couldn't get it done. Great value for a custom alignment! I had just upgraded my shocks, springs, sway bars, end links and needed an alignment to straighten out the car' steering and handling. Tech got my Miata as close to FM's recommended numbers as my current suspension would allow. I took her out immediately after for a canyon run. She tracks straight and turns in sharper. I didnt want to leave a lower star-ed review as this place had alot of good reviews which also drew me. I called them day before to get a quote for an alignment. I stated what car i had clearly they said $105 which beat all the other quotes so i made an appt to come in the morning. They were there to help me when i got there. They didnt do any test, but i was in a time crunch so they were able to accommodate. After 45min they were done. Someone walked in and when i went to pay he ended up charging me $130. I thought this was a really bad business practice as they lured me in at a lower rate. I was in shock and paid, but i have opened a dispute with my credit card bc i felt duped. I hope they did a good job im not so sure as it feels the same but i also had to be proactive ask them what difference they made in my alignment and dont even know if i really needed it. He told me that he'll check my car first and make sure everything is working properly before aligning. I had been in an accident half a year ago and the body shop never bothered to check for alignment issues. I came in for a normal alignment today because my tire shop had recommended I do so, and Kenny (my tech) found serious quality issues with one of my wheels, they were bent. I would possibly have to re-align the car if I replaced the rim, so even though the car was already on a lift, he said if I wanted I could take the car back and get it fixed before doing any alignment and didn't charge me for any of the 10-15mins of work he had done so far. They trusted me to come back which is really nice. When I brought the car back he pointed out some more issues my car had, so this place won't try to hide your cars issues from you. In fact he was very helpful in explaining in layman's terms what the issue was that was making alignment impossible, and it's honestly all thanks to Kenny that I'm talking to my insurance company (not 7 months too late) about getting the damage covered. 11/10. read more

They scratched my car and tried to hide it After dropping off the vehicle, the shop said they would call me when the work is done. But I did not get any update hours after the expected time, and my calls to them were not answered (they could see the caller number). It was towards the last business hour before they shut down for holiday, so I went straight there. I was already dark, and my car was parked at a spot where straight view to the left body was blocked. I picked it up without sensing something fishy. When the sun came out again the following day, I soon noticed the black mark on my left passenger door. Because I'm trying to run negative camber on my car, he made sure to align it in a way that was safe as possible; i'm currently running about -7 all around and my tire wear is pretty even. In regards to their work, their alignments often take around 30 minutes to an hour (probably faster on most cars), but it's well worth the wait. read more

I've done some suspension work and added some wheels and new tires on my wide body Miata, but I had a huge issue with rubbing and turn radius. I talked to Junior over the phone about what I wanted and he said he could do it. I scheduled myself to come in the next day. I met Junior at arrival and went over what I wanted done again. He gave me an estimated time of pick up, a price and I gave him the keys. A little before the time of pick-up, Junior gave me a call to pick up my car. Junior is great! Called and made an appointment, came in and he had me in and out in an hour. I gave his the specifics of my car (I have coilovers with front camber plates), camber plates were an additional charge; I told him that my steering wheel wasn't strait when going straight, and that I replaced my own front tie rods poorly. He drove the car, showed me what my car had camber/castor wise, asked me what kind of alignment I wanted (normal/sporty). It drove so well after the alignment! Very impressed! Came here because of their consistent high ratings on Yelp. They told me $45 for diagnostic, waived if decide to do work there. Their price to replace lower control arm was not cheap but I feel they are trustworthy and they do quality work. I asked about all the other parts that others have suggested to change but Aligntech said those parts were all fine and I can still get more life out of them.  They did not try to scam me into doing unnecessary work.  They also suggested I drive it for a few weeks to settle in the new arms then come back to fine tune the alignment for free.  The cons - need more workers, parking spaces, and paper in the bathroom. read more

I like to buy my tires from tire rack. These guys were perfect because they don't sell tires and totally cool to hold and install tires from there. They were also super accommodating. I actually was on a tight schedule and the guys stayed late for me. New tires and car now drives straight! Seems they also do a lot of other work too including repairs and body work. My Ford van was stolen and luckily found by San Jose police. The front end was substantially damaged and was visually bent and pulled hard to the right. I've been going here for simple alignments for years. I figure they're local, close to work .. why not? I also knew they did some high end suspension and frame work so alignments are no problem for them. Recently I hit one of our highway 101 sink holes and had to get more than just an alignment done. I contacted this shop after reading the mostly positive reviews. I called and was quoted $125 for my son's 8th Gen Civic Si that is lowered. I showed up for the appointment and Junior was courteous, promptly looked at the car and then said he'd only charge $95 as the rear was not coilovers. He put it on the lift and did a pre-inspection and then showed me the problem causing the car to pull to the right. The rear Skunk2 upper control arms' bushings were broken in-half, so he was able to rock the wheels back and forth and cause the thunking noise. He said that he could do the alignment but did not recommend it because he said it would not help. He advised me to buy SPC control arms on Amazon, showed me what they were. They were not as pretty looking as the Skunk2 but he said he's put them on lots of cars and they work great. He said he'd charge $100 to take off the old ones install the new ones, which I thought was reasonable, as I did not know how difficult a job it might be. I asked him if the damaged bushings on the control arms or even they joint itself could be replaced, and his answer was "No, and even if you were to buy the bushings, I will have to take out the old ones and put in the new bushings. If I damaged them then I won't be responsible for the damaged part." Having little knowledge of lowered cars with camber kits, I trusted Junior's word as I just put new tires on the car, and more importantly, it was for the safety of my son. So charged me $45 dollars and said if I come back, it'll be applied towards the alignment. From the time I placed the order on 12.21.18 and the arrival of the box on 12.27.18. I researched and found a few very good videos on replacement of the rear upper control arms and it looks like a hour to one and a half hour job (DIY hours) in addition to calling Shunk2 but they were closed. Anyhow, the new control arms arrived on 12.27.18 in the morning and I made an appointment the same day to get them installed and the car alignmened. For some reason, the car drives OK on the freeway. When street driving, it pulls to the right much more so with the worn bushings. I thought maybe this was because new parts were added to the car and that it maybe a few days for the weight of the car to settled but I tested it all day today, and it's still pulling to the right. I'll contact Junior on Monday for an assessment and will update my posting afterwards. The main reason I'm giving 2 stars is because Junior... with him working on as many lowered cars as he has, he should have advised me that Skunk2 does not sell the bushings but they do sell the Heim Joint (l learned about this after Skunk2 called me back) for $104 a set, which are cheaper than the new arms for $225. And you can see from the pictures that there is no need for him to take out the old bushings, as once the bolt is removed the whole thing comes out. I think he advised me to buy new ones because it's just quicker for him to install new arms, maybe 10 to 25 minutes, versus having to play a round with replacing the Heim joints. read more

I was having problems with wear issues on both front tires. Call and talked to Jim original quoted me at 165$ but my car is sitting in coils and the front couldn't be aligned properly called me back to the shop and tales to me about a solution of dropping the struts to align so here I'm thinking this gonna cost me more but it was only an extra 60$ which I was surprised by on how cheap the extra work was!
