My bag seal was broken, I had missing fries, and my other fries were undercooked and cold. When I called the store, the staff told me to call back the next day because they were closing. After speaking with Manager, Juan, he was nice enough to assist me with replacing my fries and added a 5pcs wings. This was my 2nd bad experience with DoorDash so I think I'm going to be picking up from now on.
