Tried to call the other store in Livermore on Portola to see if they had the store's number - ALSO DISCONNECTED. By the time I got to the store and told the woman about the issue, she just brushed it off and said "oh yeah - they have the old number still listed online" and then gave me the store's number to save in my phone. I paid for the third smoothie, which I thought they should have compted given the fact that they didn't have a way to contact them after my transaction, but she made no offer and even when I mentioned having to pay for a third drink she just shrugged her shoulders at me. I get that I made a mistake when ordering but I tried to correct it immediately. They didn't have accurate contact information listed which made it impossible for me to do so. I reached out to their customer service to bring the issue to their attention and their response was to give me a 50% off and 25% off promo codes that needed to be used in 6 days. When I told them that wasn't a reasonable resolution, I didn't receive any further responses from them even though their messages message to me stated to reach back out to them if I needed anything else.
