This place is conveniently located next to the Burbank Airport. This is a small location, but the customer service was great. Starting with the crew, they always find ways how to mess up your orders. Unnecessary attitudes, lack of effort & overall bad customer service. Where does the owner find these people? No wonder I see new faces every other week. Missing condiments, (they forgot to add Mayo on my burgers) small portions ( 4 fat fries per container), making me wait 30 minutes for an order that was ready for pick up...the list goes on and on, not just once but on many occasions. The pregnant lady at the register mad dogging customers showing no respect or care for clients. Showing by her facial expression "I hate my job". I told the employee who brought my food out that it was cold and had to have him touch the burger to believe me what ever happened to the custoner is right. I went in there today around 3pm, between lunch and dinner. It was one of the best burgers I've ever had and especially from a fast food place. It was cooked to order EXACLTY as I wanted. I had the LARGE, 1/2 pounder. I also had a side of very good battered, cooked to order onion rings. I got a buffalo wings order to go which were also excellent. Staff was super friendly and fast. The only thing I wasn't so crazy about was the music playing with a wall mounted TV turned down but you could still hear it with the droning of nothing but drums for music. I got a headache but it went away when I left. It started to get busier as I was leaving. It's rather small inside and nothing fancy, not even for a fast food burger joint but I'm giving it 5 stars as although I am still full 2 hours later, I can't stop thinking about how good the food tasted. One note to the young, super friendly fast cashier/order taker.... you have a high pitch voice similar to mine when I don't remember to lower the pitch. You should try to train yourself as I think it would help you a lot dealing with the public and with future job opportunities. Just a thought, take it or leave it. Well kept restaurant and close to my home. I was curious to try the wings but opted for my usual sweet potato fries and a Kingburger with cheese. The burger was delicious but the fries however were awful. They appear to have been overcooked and kind of tasted like onion rings.
