I stopped by this Subway store this morning to get a cookie. I was early to the store next door to pick up my order so I came to Subway first to burn time. They were not busy at all when I came. This is by far the worst subway experience I've ever had. I ordered extra spinach, extra onion, and extra olive. This man put 2 pieces of spinach and 3 small onions. I go back in and tell him my order is wrong and instead of fixing it he then goes on to say I only paid 6.99 like that has anything to do with what I ordered. And then he acted like he was going to fix it then opened the same sub and put 2 more small pieces of spinach. My sandwich wasn't even wrapped correctly when I got it. By far the worst subway experience and worst sub of my life. I'm not eating this it looks like he did what he wanted and didn't follow my order at all. The staff is lazy and unprofessional, especially the manager. They regularly put up a sign saying there's an issue or they'll be "back shortly," then take long breaks and end up closing instead. It's frustrating to come here expecting to order food, only to waste time because they don't want to work. If you value your time, I'd suggest going to a different location. I consider Subway a healthier and better alternative to McDonald's. I like how you can customize the amount of vegetables on the menu and different kinds of bread, you can have them toasted or not. Our go to sandwiches are the sweet teriyaki chicken and the oven roasted turkey. Stay away from the tuna,that is our least favorite selection. Honestly this subway worker Maria has the meanest attitude , walking through the door you feel the hostile environment , clearly she does not want to be there . I do not like leaving a bad review. It pains me, but I can't give this one 5 stars. I was the only there, no other customers and I was asked repeatedly the same questions. Over and over again, "do you want this toasted" x4, "do you want cheese" x3. "No Thanks" :) That in itself is not enough to leave less than 5 stars, but what put me over the edge is when I was overcharged by almost $3 Upside, sandwich looks great, just be on your game when coming here. When I selected BLT from the menu and added avocado and extra bacon, I thought I'd get a bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich with avocado and extra bacon. It wasn't until I got home that I realized that apparently my order was too complicated for their app. What I got was an avocado and bacon sandwich. No lettuce. No tomato. The bacon wasn't even crisp. I usually go around noon and Kumar always gives me some kind of discount since I come so often. I haven't been to any other subway where they have treated me better. Today I came in around 9 p.m. so I saw different employees than I normally would when I would come in around noon. The lady who helped me out was all smiles, her name was Sonia and she was super nice! I mentioned to her how this subway has the nicest staff I've came across. In the last few months this place has been such a awful place, the service is poor the mornings staff are so unfriendly, the girl and another man who are normally there are very unfriendly and while you're eating all you hear from both of them is the terrible customers they have been dealing with. On Saturday evening was my final straw I Literally walked out of this subway.
