Went here today during my lunch break. I usually go to fat burger for their delicious take on the Impossible Burger but today wasn't so delicious unfortunately. My order took 32 minutes to come out which to me is a bit too long. Especially for a place that's pretty much fast food. We ate here a few days ago during lunch. It was jammed packed but it was worth the wait. The King burger (now called the Large) is the perfect size. It was very good like always. This is store is very small, hardly any room in the dinning area especially during lunch time. I recommend get your order TO-GO. It is a newer store and a new look, it looks very good inside with the pictures & nice music. The employees were very nice & even brought our food to our table and even offered to re-fill my drinks. WOW! Seem's like this is one of the better Fatburgers out here in the Valley, with great service & great food, I think they are going to do pretty well. read more

Fat burger has "a comments " section when you order food via their website. So when I picked up my order it was cold and wrong. I asked them if they read the comments section on my order. Wow delicious hamburgers? For a gast food chain its amazing, the burgers come with set condiments: ralish, onions,mustard,lettus, tomato, NO CHEESE its a dollar extra and i got bacon a dollar extra as well. The burger here is good. Not the best but good. I'm giving the low 2star rating based on false advertising. They have a poster of a $2.99 hamburger with cheese on it but when they sell it to you they add an additional $1 for the cheese If you want cheese...I would consider that false advertisement. What kind of bs is that? Also, why would you only offer 1 size in fries. That makes it so they make more money so you can't really share and have to buy another size. They don't use heat-controlled containers in which to keep food while in transit, so not only did my mail arrive called, it arrived without ketchup for the fries and without napkins. This is my first time having Fatburger after a three or four year hiatus. I ordered the Large Fatburger with the fried egg and bacon. I also ordered the Carolina Fire BBQ wings (the second hottest) and sweet potato fries. I ordered through Grubhub for pickup and got a twenty-minute window as to when my food would be ready for pickup. I called the location to verify the pickup time, but I kept getting the fax line and on other attempts it was busy. Finally, on my fifth or sixth try, I got through. The burger was incredibly bland despite the fried egg and bacon. The Carolina Fire BBQ wings were not spicy AT ALL! I usually love the Mango Habanero from BWW to give you a comparison as to the level of spiciness I'm used to. The ranch was so watery I didn't even enjoy it, and I love ranch. It's good to have Fatburger back in Burbank. I remember how I used to go to the old one on San Fernando, but that one closed several years ago. This location is on the outskirts of town, at the borderlines of Burbank, Sun Valley and North Hollywood. It is tiny but so far it works. I had no problem finding a place to sit inside and my food was just as good as I remembered it! The drawback of Fatburger is that it is rather expensive compared to other burger places such as The Habit or In-N-Out. Are the burgers really any better than The Habit? Called at 10:18 to order four burgers, it took about two mins to order the food and since the food was a big order they asked to pay over the phone, but we only had Apple Pay. The manager asked to prepare the order when we arrived because of how many orders that have been left. We arrived at 10:45 and they said their grills were now off.
