I am in awe of the quality of service they offer here! I walked in... it was clean... and the three employees all said "Welcome!" And I felt genuinely welcomed here. I ordered a Western and a Thousand Island burger. Best decision I have made ever! It took around 10 minutes to get my food after ordering but I could see the cook smashing the burger and seasoning it. This may seem like a lot of time but it was so worth the taste. I knew my fries were fresh because they were so hot when I got them! I've never had such a juicy burger in my life, the onion rings in my western burger were so crispy, not soggy like in other places, and the bbq they have here had the greatest taste. My brother said that his burger, the thousand island one, was "extra" good, the sauce was the best part! And the cheese was so melted it was great! I will be coming in more often! Went today specifically for the Impossible Burger. I had had one at Umami weeks back, and was really looking forward to having this plant based Burger again. However, when we got there having passed by the huge billboard advertisement and the signage both outside and inside about this burger I was told that it was cooked on the same grill top and with the same utensils as the meat burger. I come here solely for the impossible burger. I appreciate the price point due to almost every other place selling the impossible burger for $15. Here... it's $9. I've come two times recently and have noticed that they cook the impossible burger on a separate grill. I didn't know they cooked the patty on the same grill as the meat patties the other times I came here until I saw the reviews but, as of recently, I've seen them now cook it separately. Had a rare hankering for a burger and fries, but got the turkey burger because beef almost always makes me sick. I ordered grilled onions and for my wife's too, but no sign of them on the burger. I called in the order but the girl on the phone talked so fast and talked over me I had to repeat everything twice to be sure she got it right. Good quality food for a fast food joint. Their ingredients are fresh and hamburger patties are dripping with grease and juicy. Fries and onion rings were made to order, pipping hot and crispy. I normally don't eat fat fries but I had to based on Yelp. They were very crunchy for thick cut fries. A bit bland but a little bit of salt did the trick. I really enjoyed their onion rings. I'm not a huge fan of thick fries so I would probably skip that next time. But for you thick fry lovers, I think you'll enjoy these. Not recommended for dieters. Your daily calorie intake will be forgotten once you enter here. Walking in reminded me a bit of Five Guys. The way you can customize your burger(and the price) in so many ways! It was around 10pm when we got there so we had enough time to enjoy our meal. Once our order was decided the cashier mentioned that our order would need to be made to-go.... This of course annoyed me since the two previous customers in line in front of us were able to eat theirs there. Whatever. My order consisted of the Large burger with added bacon and cheese. Also an order of the chili cheese fries with thin fries. A whopping $15 for this bad boy. Also to mention I didn't even get a drink. A good 15-20 minutes later our order was called. Now I was stumped on which size burger to get. The sizes go all the way up to XXL.. I settled on the Large thinking I could hang. When I opened my bag I was pretty surprised at the size of my burger! I thought the original size wouldn't be enough but I couldn't even make it half way with the large burger. I really enjoyed getting chopped pickles in every bit. Sadly I was disappointed with the taste of my bacon. Most of the additives are $1 each so of course I was expecting an overload of bacon or some type of quality in it. It tasted like basic McDonald's bacon. You know the one they put in the breakfast platters that look like 2 pieces of paper. The chili cheese fries were actually very good. Heavy but good. Fatburger is definitely a good burger spot. The burgers were made to order and the juiciest. The price is a little steep and I didn't like the fact that this location closed at 11pm but we were forced to take our order to go an hour prior to closing. Wow. This was the biggest food disappointment I've had in a long time. I was soooooo excited that you guys were opening up. I was hype. Sadly, this is the worst fat burger I've ever been to. Despite having such an amazing location. I don't know what the heck is going on. First off, my order was wrong. Secondly, my burger was dry as hell. Asked for extra mayo and got almost no mayo on it. They recently opened a location in Pasadena. Visited a couple of times already, on Fridays, because they're open late. I had the 1000 Island burger the first time and regular burger the second visit. I'm not one to really like messy food so did not like the 1000 burger. I'll stick to the regular burger in the future. The fries were wimpy and the onions were blah. The ranch was translucent white which is weird and not tasty. If you are worried about the pandemic and possibly bringing home a virus to your family , you would want to think twice before coming to this establishment. My hubby and I came in around 2:10pm for a meal for the family after cooking all week. After placing our order, we notice the lady cooking our meal was not wearing any gloves. Not only that but we saw her adjusting her nose and mask and then handling our food again. Normally, we wouldn't think twice but with everything going on, we wanted to be safe so my hubby decided to ask the cashier if it was policy to wear gloves. The cashier told him it was and notifed the person cooking our meal. As I looked over, the person preparing our meal simply put hand sanitizer and continue handling our food. You would think she would wash her hands and/or wear gloves. As the cashier came back and told us the cook is now washing her hands, she notice the displeasure on my hubby face and ask if we wanted a refund. We kindly said yes. She then mention we will need to speak to the manager in order to get our refund. And guess who comes out to process our refund? Yes, the same person preparing our food. If she's running the place and not following good practices, I would think twice before coming here. As we left and got into our car, we notice the two orders behind us got their orders. I sure hope they didn't give our food to them. We then went over to the fatburger in Monrovia and everyone here was wearing gloves and washing hands/removing gloves/putting new gloves on when needed. Food is still tasty or at least I imagine it would be if they could get an order right. Ordered a burger with only grilled onions, chili and bacon. Got one with everything on it. Ordered a chili cheese fry with the chili and cheese on the side so it doesn't get soggy. All on the fires. Ordered a cheeseburger with Swiss and no mayo. Got one with American cheese and slathered in mayo. If their employees don't care, it's not a place I'm going to support and definitely wouldn't recommend.
