The service here is solid and the food is usually even more so. Love grabbing an Impossible Meal here, one of those Craig's Vegan Milkshakes (Strawberry, Maui-Banana or Chocolate). Perfect fries and portions in Fat Fries, Skinny Fries, or Sweet Potato Fries forms. Dairy free cheese via Daiya. A fair amount of seating. Free Wi-Fi. Restrooms for customers. Typically clean and with great temp control on the inside. Definitely on the smaller side overall and one of the local few that feels a little off beat as far as where is resides, sort of tucked away. Locations nearby in North Hollywood, Studio City, Sherman Oaks and Van Nuys have either a stand alone burger joint vibe or more noticeable signage, especially at night. I tend to order out from here more than I dine in, but don't live to far so may pop in for a proper sit down meal for lunch, dinner or a late night fix. Open until 3am daily! read more

What are they putting in the burgers here? Of all the Fatburger meals I've had in my life (there have been quite a few) this was the best Fatburger I've had. We came in for a late bite on a Friday night and it wasn't too busy. There were some shady characters who were using the bathroom for something questionable, but the staff made them buy something first at least. Interesting people watching to say the least! The staff otherwise was friendly and worked quickly to get our order together. They offered extra sauces as well. It's nice they have impossible and turkey burger option, both of which I have had and enjoyed, but it's all about the classic fatburger with ALL the fixings. I am also in love with their sweet potato fries that are thick, yet crispy and seasoned super well. Great food to take to go or dine in for a quick bite. They do have some tables inside even though the place is a bit small. I would definitely stop by this location again! read more

Fatburger was established in 1952. I am not really a fan of Fatburger. Today, I wanted to try it again. Last time I've tried it was back in 2016 at their other location on Ventura blvd. Prior to that, I have had my share with them in their Hollywood location which probably no longer exists! I walked in around 2:40pm and started taking my pictures of the place before ordering my food. Jennifer, the manager was wondering who am I and why am I taking photos? I told her the reason, but she still wouldn't budge. Took my pictures by telling her "if you give me a great service, I will give you a great review on Yelp". She took my order, but was still a little skeptical about my photos. I ordered their Original Fatburger Meal that comes with regular fries, and medium soda. Minus mustard, pickles, easy mayo, asked for grilled onions, got raw onions instead.. with American Cheese. Fries tasted DELICIOUS, CRISPY, & FRESH! The meat on the other hand didn't taste that good. It was a bit oily for my liking. They have extensive menu options from wings, burgers, soda, hot dogs, and dessert such as shakes, cookies & more.. Place was clean, but not a very good vibe inside. The food and service are great... I really love coming here to eat and the employees are always really nice, but unfortunately you can get a sunburn if you come here around 6 PM.... the inside can really use some blinds or tints, because without them, the sun is absolutely torching you. Idk why I've never left one of these here before, but the grilled chicken sammy and turkey burger are my favs if ur not looking for a Viking sized meal. I stopped by this Fatburger this morning to grab my lunch. I came right when they open so I was their first customer of the day. I parked across the street because there more parking spots over there compared to the limited spots the plaza this store is in. I haven't been to a Fatburger in over 10 years so I told the lady who was working the cashier. She explain the whole menu to me and her recommendations. I went with the classic burger with no onion, radish or pickles. I also added a side of steak fries with my order. She told me it would take about fifteen minutes which I was fine with. I sat down and waited for my food to come out. When it did, it looked delicious but be aware that it is pricer here. I got charged extra for American cheese. I thought the burger was okay but it's not my favorite. The fries tasted very plain and eating it with ketchup didn't help much. The dining experience here is very limited because there not many seats and the bathroom is only locked by a key. read more

I have been to this Fat burger location before. Burgers were good and fresh. I got a single back on cheeseburger with a few items on it. I added bacon and cheese. They charge you arms and legs for extra toppings on your burger. But, all in all I love Fatburger. read more

Fatburger was an absolute disaster. From the moment I opened my Postmates order, I could tell this experience was going to be a disappointment. The food was the real nightmare. The onion rings were beyond burnt, practically inedible charcoal (see pic). How hard is it to fry onion rings without turning them into blackened rocks? Who in their right mind would let an order go out like this? It's clear the employees lack the skills needed to prepare even basic fast food. It's like they haven't changed their frying oil in quite some time. The fat fries were terribly soggy and tasted like they were frozen for too long ( freezer burn ) and tasted of old fry oil along with the hot dogs on sticks that were so bad I threw them directly into the trash after one bite along with the fries. The only edible item was the burger and frankly I won't order that again either because we threw away half of our meal. So a true waste of money. This place does seems to have lost its give a care about anything and especially their food quality. Side note. I had a horrible with the North Hollywood location scam with a buy one get one thousands island burger and only received on burger. This location somehow made up for it sent two burgers when I had to turn around and order another burger to replace the one o didn't get from the North Hollywood Fat Burger. This is the worst location for fatburger. I Recently ordered a skinnyburger plain you know something like in and out where it's wrapped in lettuce and tomatoes and a side of plainwings. Came home and saw just plain to beef patties like I'm a freaking dog, and the wings were gross I wouldn't give it to my own dog. Damn. So I called and they did not explain me how it's made I said I want something like in and out. This place is so amazing because it stays open late . I live in studio city so this was a pleasant surprise when I was googling and craving hot dog on a stick at 1am . They are open until 3am . The customer service is so amazing . Whoever was working last night is an amazing employee . He was friendly , attentive , nice tone and overall so helpful . The food here is fresh and cooked to order. The dining room is small but very clean . I ordered the cheese dog and lemon pepper wings . Having 3 restaurants in one was pretty cool for options . I loved the cheese bar . It reminded me of my childhood and the lemon pepper wings were seasoned to perfection . I wish I would have got them crispy but they were still good .
