He misrepresented key facts. But the fact remains that he neglected to tie in the pipe, flooded my basement, then charged me for a sump pump to pump out the flooding he caused. He has the sump pump back but won't refund my money (UPDATE: money was refunded a few hours of making this post). He said it was his error, he said it would be no cost to me to fix it, but apparently he decided afterward and told his friends that the $500 was compensation for him having to come back. Wow. He had to come back because he flooded my basement. Please check on the LARA website to confirm his licensing status. I wish I had before hiring him.
