We can not say enough great things about this wonderful, family owned restaurant!! We dine in & take out very often and are never disappointed. It is a great place for a family dinner. Food is delicious. Gluten free? No problem! They have extensive GF options. We go so often we have been able to sample almost everything on the menu. Seafood is always fresh (red snapper is my sons favorite), pizza is always cooked to perfection (cauliflower crust with a pesto sauce is a must try), not to mention their incredible pasta dishes. Try one of their amazing soups or salads to start! Remarkable service from the moment you walk in the door. I am so impressed with the food at Fattusco's. I can't wait to go back for more. The menu is unbelievable and offers authentic Italian food from Italy. It is the same taste as if I was in Italy. The Chicken Fattusco chicken with pears and gorgonzola with a demi glaze sauce is out of this world. It was so hard to choose from the menu. The grilled vegetable panini and the stuffed pizza along with Nonna's pizza and Grandpa's pizza were incredible. I just can't wait to go back to try more dishes on the menu. Besides the food, Owner Rob Scalza is a sweetheart. He makes everyone feel like family. My family just loves going there. Besides the dishes, the desserts are fantastic. Great pizza, friendly service, The chicken parmesan dinner and the meat balls are better then a 4 star rated Italian restaurant I've. been there 5 or 6 times and all the dinner entrees i had were always cooked to perfection.. You can tell from the taste of the food that they only use the best ingredients, and the tomato sauce, OMG came straight out of grandma's play book.. There are a lot of pizza places in the area and this is by far the best - great and fresh ingredients, good tasting crust. We were thrilled to find it having moved out from the city and struggled to replicate our city favorites. So that was our starting point but then we tried the pastas (creative, flavorful) and the salads (fresh, refreshing). The food is really good. If you are in the area, try going in with a good bottle of wine and eating there with a few good friends. Very fun. Rob the owner is a great guy and will cook you anything if you just ask. read more

I never write reviews but thought I should give credit where credit is deserved! My family and I eat at Fattuscos about 3 times a week and dine in with friends once a week. We never had a bad meal. Food is always consistent and delicious! The owners Marc and Virginia are the nicest people you will ever meet! They treat you like you are sitting around their kitchen table. I am gluten free and they always accommodate me. Definitely try out this restaurant. You will not be disappointed. read more

By far the BEST pizza in this area! I lived in NYC for 11 years and got spoiled by great pizza there. Fattusco's is the only place that can compare. The only thing I'd say is they are a litle expensive. BUT, it is worth it. best grandma slices around. FATTUSCO'S IS BY FAR THE BEST PIZZA IN LONG ISLAND . I work upstairs and I eat this pizza everyday since they opened .I have gained 5 lbs already and dont care . Everyday I am in there for lunch I hear a new customer say how this is the best Buffalo , BBQ, Veggi, 4 cheese pizza they have ever had . Great find!! Have never posted on Yelp before and this place prompted me to do so. Pasta is good and pizza is outstanding. You have to ignore the location; it was worth the trip although later we learned they deliver. Feels like family and if you are Italian this might be what it would feel like to eat at home. I was visiting relatives on Long Island and we went to Fattusco's for lunch. The food is amazing! Everything is so fresh and the staff is very friendly and accomodating. They made whatever we asked for, even if it wasn't on the menu. Definitely will be going back again! read more
