Fantastic! Great food. Pour your own beer. Great service. They have Oysters on the half shell, my son and I split a dozen. I had the Mahi Mahi broiled with Cole slaw and a salad. My son had a Snow crab steam pot. All the food was outstanding. My Son enjoyed pouring his own beer. The waitress was very nice and very efficient! A great experience!

This is the first time we have eaten here so I don't know what to expect. The inside is decorated nice. Their is a big variety of food here from seafood to burgers to pizza. The service has been pretty fast, but being here at 5:30 pm it is not busy yet. They have a bar here as well. The food was very good. We will be back.

I love seafood and I've had it many places. Last night my husband and I went out to dinner after a long weekend in North Carolina. We should've picked somewhere else based on a very empty parking lot and restaurant, the bar was hopping though, we were seated and after a short wait our sever came over and we ordered. The appetizer was good and the beer wall was cold. My husband ordered a simple Philly and they didn't have any he wanted a side of broccoli they didn't have and I actually wanted King Crab guess what they didn't have any. We adjusted and I got the steam pot will 1lb of snow crab and 1lb of Jumbo Shrimp peel and eat I requested simply steamed. When it came out the first thing I noticed was a lot of Old Bay Seasoning a condiment I don't care for but seeing as it was just on the shells I figured I could live with it. So I got cracking the crab was good but many of the legs were broken at the claw or joint causing may bones in the bigger pieces of meat, no huge issue but for the price I expected nice clean clusters. Okay shrimp yes I know it's peel and eat but the shrimp were so dirty and when cooked with the digestive tract "no it's not a vein" it taints the meat. A manager came over and said they could change them out to a smaller but clean shrimp. No thanks I wanted big ones. My husband the took the task off helping me clean these. Needless to say after all the cracking and cleaning I had cold seafood with giant potatoes and corn that when I bit into it the cob came with the bite. The server was decent enough I just don't know if it was enough to go back. For $70 I expected better food. You can clean shrimp if you split the shell then not only do you not cook it with poop it is easier for your customers to eat.

Absolutely awful! I'll just start there. What a nightmare of a restaurant... I'd been looking forward to eating here for a few weeks. Looked at the Yelp reviews, checked out the menu, it has great curb appeal...I was ready! Date night came along last night (Valentine's Day weekend) and it was dinner and a movie. Came in about 7pm last night. The place wasn't super busy. A young man went to seat us (and when I say 'young', I mean most of the employees looked like they had barely hit puberty). He looked around for a place to seat us. I requested a booth and he said they didn't have any open booths. He said, "Would a high table be okay?" I said, "I'd prefer not". So he started walking us towards a regular table that sat directly in front of an empty booth. Before sitting I said, "Well how about that one?" as I pointed towards the empty booth. He said, "They must've just cleaned that, because it wasn't open a minute ago". Fair enough. He starts to walk us towards it, and trips over a chair. We take a seat and another young male comes to the table to get our drink orders. I'm expecting that since we're in a sports bar/seafood restaurant, I'd see more "adult" adults, but nope. My husband and I order unsweetened iced teas and request sweeteners. The waiter picks up our menu, and then drops them on the floor. Nobody had any agility in this place. He then asked what type of sweeteners we wanted, because they don't keep them on the table for some odd reason. For our appetizer, we ordered the crab dip. On the menu it stated "served with your choice of EITHER pita bread or chips". When it came out, it came with both. Okay, we just shrugged. The pita bread was fully cooked; almost burnt on one end, but when you flipped it over, it was not at all brown. The chips, supposedly made 'in house' were okay at best. The same could be said about the crab dip. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't mind blowing. For dinner, we'd ordered the 'crab and shrimp' entree, which came with 2 sides. We opted for the fries and rings and for $4, also requested a side of hush puppies. We'd be splitting the meal, which was adequate in size for the two of us. The food came out fairly quick...well at least most of it. The fries were not brought out with the meal, but roughly 5 minutes later. That would have been fine if they'd come out piping hot, but they were limp and cold, like they'd been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. In fact, that was the premise of our entire meal...cold. Just like the restaurant! It was literally freezing inside. I wore my coat the entire time, as did many of the patrons as I looked around, and I was still uncomfortably cold. It was as if they didn't have the heat on. I'm hoping that it's not ordinarily that cold. Back to the food. Gordon Ramsey always says, "Why make hot food and then put it on a cold plate?" And there is so much truth in that. All of our food was cold. Not lukewarm. Cold. Even the melted butter for the crab legs was cold. So that doesn't make for a pleasant meal. And speaking of the crab legs, they were mainly hollow; they weren't meaty and juicy, and my husband noted how overcooked they were. The hush puppies and onion rings might have been good, had they been hot. Now onto the shrimp. This is where it went really downhill. For one thing, it wasn't shelled or deveined. I do realize that 'some' seafood restaurants leave it up to the customers to devein their shrimp, but it's not something that I've ever come across. For those that don't know, when you don't devein it, you are left with the intestines and fecal matter in the shrimp. Although supposedly not harmful if digested, who wants to eat dirty shrimp? And for reference, it is noted that it could be contaminated bacteria. To me, this is just lazy cooking on behalf of the restaurant. To make matters worse, I ate one shrimp and guess what? I was throwing up in the toilet by the time I came home. I felt deathly sick last night. Not the way I wanted to spend my Valentine's Day dinner out. I left this restaurant with food poisoning. I typically won't mention how bad the food is to the wait staff. My thoughts are, I've already digested it, and I just won't ever come back. However, I was physically sick, and the majority of our meal was left untouched. Aside from one shrimp, the only thing we actually ate were the crab legs, and they weren't easily digestible or kind on the palate. Luckily, the waiter did try to make things right and removed the hush puppies from our bill, and he also gave us a small discount on the meal, which was still overpriced. It was very nice of him to try and make things right, so we did leave him a decent tip. Nevertheless, it goes without saying, we will never return, nor will we recommend this place to others. I left with food poisoning! It doesn't get worse than that.

Broiled seafood platter & I went home with enough leftovers to have two more meals. And the crab cake is phenomenal!

We've travelled quite a bit and by far, hands down, the best seafood we've ever had! And it's not just Seafood. They have burgers, ribs, sandwiches, steam pots.... It's going to be hard to go back and not order Seafood but we really want to try lots of different things from their menu. The staff, and we mean you Shay, and Chef Bobby are down to earth fun people. This is our new go to spot. Oh yeah, happy hour starts at 4:00. Now you know why us old folks go to dinner so early!

Buffalo Chicken Sub with tater tots

It took a while for us to get greeted once we sat down. The waitress seemed disinterested in helping us. We didn't get a drink menu with our food menus nor offered one. Once we asked for one, it seemed like an issue. I asked what drinks were on tap, so we ordered two beers on tap. My husband waited for the drink menu and that took a while for to bring it back. It took even longer for her to bring our beers and my husband received his Bloody Mary when our food came. The Bloody Mary was just watered down mix, unfortunately I had to return it. We placed our order and the wait was rather long. Once I received my Buffalo Chicken Sub, it was quite salty. I didn't really enjoy the sub not the service. I will not be a returning customer.

Holiday party with the best servers ever Stephanie and Justice!!

I just had my company Holiday party here and I just had to come and post a review. Mike, I would personally like to thank you and Erika for the hospitality that was shown to my employees. Everyone was raving about the taste of the food and it showed when there was nothing left at the end of the night. I have to say something about Stephanie, Justice and Michele. The best team of servers and bartenders hands down!! They made sure that my team was taken care of and they smiled the entire night. Thanks to you all my holiday party was a memorable event. I'm sorry that I didn't get any pictures of the food, but that also shows how good it was!!

Fatty's is so much fun! They have fantastic service, one of their head bartenders, Zach, will make sure you have a great night out, but make sure to bring your DD along! He makes fantastic cocktail concoctions for those that want to be a bit more adventurous and want to try something new. Besides great bartenders, they also have a self-pour beverage wall for all the beer lovers out there! Thanks to their PourMyBeer self-serve system, you can pour tons of local craft beers by the ounce. Plenty of options - IPAs, lagers, sours, stouts, you name it! Also, so much fun that you don't have to stick to a full glass of something you don't like and can try every beer just for a few cents. Love it! The food is awesome, too! You can't go wrong with calamari here and also their desserts, oh man! The key lime cake and chocolate cake are must-haves! Can't wait to be back for more! Enjoy your visit!

Sunday Special: $20 - 6 Honey Garlic wings and 2 sliders combo w/side

The food at fatty's was so delicious ! At first, we were unsure about giving it a try because the parking lot was bare. However, our waiter said that Sundays they aren't busy. The service was fast and our food was seasoned to perfection. Highly reccommend giving it a try.

Tried to order three different beers, and every one of them was "not available today," which is restaurant talk for "the truck's late and so are we." Artie the bartender just gave this little shoulder shrug that said, "Partner, I don't make the rules, I just open the bottles." The place itself helped the afternoon along. The building is laid out so you can see just about everything from your stool: bar, tables, who's coming in the door, and whether your food is on its way. Sightlines were wide open, nothing cluttered or cramped, and the whole joint looked super clean, like somebody actually cares what it looks like before the crowd shows up. So we did what any sensible, thirsty people would do: picked two other beers, ordered some apps, and decided not to take life--or the tap list--too seriously. The beer we got was cold, the food was hot, and Artie turned out to be the kind of bartender you come back to see more than you come back for the menu. We'll be back, too. Lewis would've gotten a whole column out of that shrug. The food was excellent, too. The fish bites alone just about made the afternoon; if the beer list had completely fallen apart, we still would've called it a win on those.

Since learning that, we have made our own oyster tradition and seek to have them in January because it can't hurt! I saw that Port Oysteria was participating in FXBG restaurant week which is happening now and thought it was a great opportunity for us to try someplace new and get our oysters. While we did not order anything from the restaurant week specials (there was only one at lunch, and a couple more after 3pm) my wife and I did enjoy a nice lunch today. The chargrilled oysters were just right for us to share as a starter and very tasty. My wife had the fried oyster po-boy and I had the blackened grouper sandwich; both were delicious. The coleslaw was good as was the Parmesan mashed potatoes. There is a good beer selection on tap and an interesting cocktail list. Our first beer choice was out, but our backup choices were good. Service was good but the restaurant was not very busy. The atmosphere is interesting with moody, dark painted walls and bold murals and a mix of '90s grunge and alt-pop music in the background. We definitely want to go back for dinner sometime and try more of the menu.
