I have been a patient for over 2 years now. I am extremely happy with my medical professionals,…read morehence, the 4 stars! The ugliest, nastiest, and worst i have been treated at this facility was Friday. I wrote my appointment time down as 11:30, it was 11:20 though. I arrived at 11:38, Rachelle one of the front desk receptionist, scoffed at me for being late. I accepted that i was in the wrong as i recorded the wrong time. She went to check to see if i could still be seen? No, i had to reschedule. I gave no problem and kindly rescheduled. That was done! My mother who is also a patient there has a prescription from a specialist that is requesting a CT scan. I was asked by the specialist to turn this paper into Trinity so that Trinity can get an insurance approval. Here is the "hold up ugly" I asked Rachelle to see that this paper gets to the referral office it is a test my mothers specialist is requesting to have done. (I am explaining as I am trying to hand the paper to her) Nope! Rachelle has a body language and facial ugliness that is like i am trying to hand her a covid filled bomb. I get the attitude filled response of I am not taking that paper when i don't know what it is. I respond with "i just told you...." i stop in mid repeating myself and step one step to the left and explain to Sarah who has ALWAYS been jovial and pleasant. I explained to Sarah that i do not like Rachelle's attitude and it is very hard to talk to her. I try to hand the same paper to Sarah, never ever having any problems with her. Sarah says "I don't know what you are trying to give me?" Now, i am thinking holy moses, does this paper have so contagious disease that I am not seeing? So Sarah is snotty and rude. (By the way, snotty is a very nasty description i understand but it is spot on in this case) So after a few silent moments and me starting to freak out about this paper and the invisible curse. Sarah explains that the order is in the computer and they recieved it on the 30th. So, no Trinity does not need the paper. So, I did the next best thing i knew to do with a contagious piece of paper, i ripped it up to throw away. It was then Sarah told me that i should have kept it. Oh well, bad moments not bad days. I have another appointment scheduled i will see if the front desk attitudes are better, hopefully so. Sarah has a beautiful smile and laugh not to use them.

As a medical professional myself, I find a lack of reading a patient's chart highly dangerous and…read morestupid! The assistant to the ENT came into the room and told me she was going to put Afrin up my nose, so the doctor could use a scope. I told her no, and she looked half stunned, half asleep and walked out. How brain dead do you have to be to think you should expose someone to a drug when you have zero clue if they might have a reaction to it? But most importantly, I was there for something in my MOUTH! You do not need a scope or anything messing with the nose for exam or treatment, yet she was blindly going to administer it. Incompetent and asking for a law suit! Next, the practitioner Jessica came in and asked me why I was there. Again, READ the chart! So I told her. I knew exactly what the diagnosis was already, because it was obvious. I just needed the correct treatment. She got all cocky and said, "Oh, what makes you think it's that?" I have ZERO patience for medical staff with a god complex. I didn't tolerate them when working, and I certainly will not now. Get over yourself and do you job. No one is here to worship you. You are here to serve with respect.

Without fail I wait over an hour EVERY visit before the doctor even calls me back. There are…read moreemergencies at doctor offices from time to time but not every visit. They just don't respect anyone's time. I guess it's time to start searching for other options I come every three months for the exact thing. No adjustments just the same questions with the same answers. Enough is enough. Hundreds for this. I could go to public health clinic and get better service.

I used to love Reliance when I first started going there. They were a dream. Then, my doctor left…read moreand several others left as well. It went seriously downhill after that. I became sick with an abscess that was infected, on a Friday night. I had to go to the ER. I called Reliance on Monday and they said I "had" to come in because it's their policy after an ER visit. I needed to have the abscess drained after being on antibiotics for 2 days, per the ER instructions. My primary care, Reliance, refused to provide me with even basic medical care. I was told they don't do that but they still wanted me to come in. They really want that Medicare payment for doing absolutely NOTHING! They basically have become a "walk in and let us write a referral for you" mill. That's just the tip of the iceberg. They advertise they provide transportation, then when it's time for you to go back home, they put you in an Uber with a psychotic driver that flashed a gun at me and told me to get out of her car!! Mind you, I'm a disabled senior. Basically, my best advice is to run, don't walk. You will be fine there as long as you're healthy, but if you get sick, they're not going to take care of you, and they don't care!

One wants to stay because he is getting a pain management referral and the other I will definitely be moving to another doctor soon as we get his necessary insurance in place.
