I've eaten here and ordered room service several times, but after my experience last night, I won't be returning. The issue was being charged $11 for each order of white rice without that ever being mentioned when I placed the order. If I had known white rice was $11 each, I never would have ordered it. I attempted to address the issue with the manager on duty, but the response I received was simply, "That's how much it costs." Rather than acknowledging the concern or discussing the lack of disclosure, the matter was dismissed. Just a really disappointing experience from a restaurant that's part of an otherwise great hotel.

That said, as someone who has been to many hibachi restaurants over the years, this experience was a bit of a mixed grill. Appetizers ordered: Edamame, Calamari, Takoyaki, and Tobiko sushi. * The edamame was spot on. * The takoyaki (fried octopus balls with sauce, mayo, and bonito flakes) was a pleasant surprise and very good. * The calamari came out greasy and overcooked, though the flavor itself was decent. * The Tobiko sushi?
