First time going. We were celebrating our 39th wedding anniversary, and this was a home run, 10 out 10 dining experience. Justin, our waiter, was amazing. The steak was as seasoned and cooked perfectly. The lobster was delicious. My wife's sea-bass was amazing. We also had oysters, which were a great start to a great evening. Then Justin surprise us with treats for our anniversary. This was perhaps the best dining experience we have had ever. Highly recommend!!!

This is a gorgeous restaurant and nestled in a cute area with shopping and a outside area to walk around . I enjoyed the wagu burger special and a glass of wine 38$ .This burger is out of this world delicious. I added the caviar dip and chips also delicious. The staff is very attentive and helpful even though the bar was packed .This is my 3rd time to visit this restaurant and if you have not been its a must .

We recently dined at The Capital Grille at Oak in OKC and had an overall great experience. The highlight of my meal was definitely the beet and goat cheese salad--the crushed pistachios and citrus dressing added a bright, nutty contrast that made it stand out. I also loved the lobster mac and cheese--perfectly salty with tender chunks of lobster and a golden, crisp crust that made it truly indulgent. The filet mignon, however, was just average. It wasn't bad, but I've had better at other local steakhouses of a similar caliber. The béarnaise sauce didn't do much for me either--it lacked the depth I usually look for. Service was decent, though not the most attentive. At one point, my friend had to grab the water pitcher herself because we couldn't get a server's attention. While not a dealbreaker, it was noticeable. That said, our server was still polite and friendly. Desserts were a strong finish. My husband and I shared the brûléed cheesecake, and it was absolutely delicious--creamy with just the right crackle on top. I also tried my friend's house-made coconut cream pie, and it was phenomenal. All in all, a very good meal with a few standout dishes. While I wouldn't rush back on my own, I'd happily return if invited. Worth a try--especially for the apps and desserts!

We have been fortunate to visit Capital Grilles all over the country. And, I can happily report that they are usually very consistent. The OKC location opened in the fall of 2024, and we made our first visit to celebrate my wife's birthday. We booked a bar table, as reservations were hard to come by for a Saturday night. Capital Grille bars/lounges are always a great casual option, especially if you like to see some sports on TV. We had a phenomenal server, Alissa. She was appropriately attentive and super nice with the right amount of interaction. All of the service was excellent, with waters refilled and other requests quickly met. We started with 2 ice cold vodka martinis with blue cheese olives - they were spot on. Their bread service is known for their lavosh (cracker), but their onion bread with bits of cheese was our favorite. We split a wedge salad, which was okay - I prefer a chunkier bleu cheese dressing. My wife had a Kona crusted filet with their shallot butter sauce. It's a top notch steak and sauce combo! I had a duo of shrimp cocktail and tuna tartare. The shrimp cocktail is always a good choice with plump, chilled shrimp and a perfect cocktail sauce. The tuna tartare was fine - may needed a bit of zing, but its ingredients were fresh and delicious. Maybe they left out the sriracha? We had mushrooms and Parmesan truffle fries as sides. The mushrooms were fantastic. The fries were good but lacked Parmesan for some reason. I had indicated a birthday for my wife on my open table, and they had a nice handwritten card for her and also presented her with a dessert sampler of their irresistible cheesecake and flourless chocolate cake, which was rich and delicious. Fruit and whipped cream brought it all together. We had a great birthday celebration with outstanding service and wonderful food. Capital Grille is usually 5-star, but I went 4-star as I think they forgot the Parmesan on the fries and the sriracha in the tuna tartare. We look forward to a return visit for quality control purposes. Haha

Went here for my husband's birthday. Staff was very polite. Food was off. The chain. Ambience was good. It was kind of dim could barely read the menu, but we managed the drinks were superb. Our waiter. Ashley was very attentive very knowledgeable of the menu and the wine and the drink selections very nice place for a date. Will definitely visit on a regular date night or any special occasion.

Capital Grille surprised the heck out of me. I went in with an idea of it being heavily overpriced, good service, and food being good. The service was extremely good and attention to detail is top notch. My wife and I split the tenderloin w/ lobster (insane good) since we weren't too hungry before a show at the lyric. When they served our meal the presentation was impeccable. Additionally, I visited again but this time for a late lunch. I had their special wagyu cheeseburger that was paired with a wine. I LITERALLY had a dream about it because the cheeseburger was the best I've ever eaten. The ambiance is also good for white top dining. The decor isn't really my speed but that doesn't take away from my experience there. I HIGHLY recommend Capital Grille.

Went for Wagyu and Wine. Sat at the bar and were instantly greeted. However, the 2 bartenders then didn't talk to us for almost 10 minutes. The person next to us ordered a drink, received it, and ordered his food. The couple on the other side were getting asked if they wanted a second drink all before we even got water. The bar wasn't that crowded either. The Wagyu Blue Cheese and Black Tuffle burger was nothing short of amazing. The ambiance is very nice and quaint. Great for a date night or special occasion. Will definitely give them another chance.

This was one of the best fine dining dinners I have had in a long time!! We made reservations for our 28th anniversary. We arrived to a rose on our table, a sweet card, and the staff wishing us happy anniversary! Our entrees were the salmon and the steak with lobster tail. My goodness...it was delicious!! I highly recommend Capital Grille for a nice dinner. Use the valet for parking!

Five Stars - A Truly Elegant Dining Experience The Capital Grille delivered one of the most elegant and refined dining experiences I've had in a long time. From the moment we walked in, everything--from the décor to the service--radiated class and sophistication. I started with the pineapple martini, which was crafted from aged pineapple and absolutely divine. Smooth, subtly sweet, and dangerously easy to sip! We also ordered the fried calamari, and I was blown away--it was incredibly tender and flavorful, and that's coming from someone who doesn't usually eat calamari. The lobster salad was another standout--chilled to absolute perfection and beautifully presented. We were also served warm, fresh rolls with butter that melted instantly. Every detail was attended to with care, and the service was top-notch throughout the evening. The Capital Grille is perfect for a special occasion or when you just want to treat yourself to a luxurious night out. I can't wait to return!

Outstanding birthday lunch and service!!! Starting with a champagne celebration, followed by lobster bisque, this creamy tasty lobster bisque packed with chunks of fresh lobster absolutely delicious. My surf and turf featuring filet mignon grilled a perfect medium rare, tender tasty lobster tail. My hubby's sliced tenderloin steak with Fritz served with a chimichurri. - delicious. Our food presentation was spectacular. Customer service was superb. We definitely will be back.

Came for my birthday. They were very sweet and had a handwritten birthday card. Although impressive, not sure I need a personalized birthday card from strangers. You must try the Lobster & Crab Cakes, they were delicious, so tasty. The Roasted Beef Salad was fresh, drizzled with a classic light vinaigrette. We got their featured Land & Sea for Two. It's lobster and then your choice of steak. Our server recommended the Bone-In Ribeye if we wanted a more flavorful beef. The lobster was tender and the scallops although small were grilled perfectly. The ribeye was just okay, considering they are known for their aged meats. We wanted to love their steak, but it fell a little short. They prepared a free dessert for my birthday, which was nice and very beautifully done. The Expresso Chocolate Cake was exceptional. The service is impeccable of course, as expected. Our server Victor was friendly enough but was trying too hard with his obscure humor. The place is nice, with a bar at the front and dining area at the back, combination of booths and tables. I would recommend make reservations. The dining experience was good, but for the price we wanted it to be great. Several other surrounding OKC steakhouses have better steak. We may come back for another special occasion, and maybe next time try a filet instead.

8oz Filet Mignon 8oz, resting on hash browns topped with an egg and asparagus

Went for brunch on Easter. The first impressions of the space were upscale and modern but did have elements of old school steakhouse. Staff were all professional and attentive as you would expect of a fine dining restaurant. The fix price offering was a deal for $55. We both started with the Clam Chowder. It was not as creamy as most but had a good flavor. I'll order the salad next time. My wife had the Frittata with lobster and asparagus. She thoroughly enjoyed and she shared a bite of the lobster. It was cooked properly and had that delicious, sweet flavor. My 8oz filet was ordered as rare plus and it was perfect. Most restaurants cook it closer to medium rare, but not here. It was very tender and sparsely seasoned allowing the beef flavor to shine (I lifted the egg off to savor the filet). The asparagus was flavorful and not too firm / not too soft, just right. For most, this is definitely a special occasion restaurant. Better to be over dressed than under dressed for fine dining.

Hadn't been to The Capital Grille in years and this time felt like the first time all over again.. As a seafood connoisseur, I can wholeheartedly and honestly say that these were the best lobster tails I've ever had in my life.. they were juicy, succulent and tender. I was also able to sample the Lobster Bisque before the entrées were served. 1000/10, Highly Recommend!! I'm not a huge fan of steak but I couldn't resist this tenderloin; I could cut this steak with my fork alone and that alone had me sold!! It was INCREDIBLE!! My server Marcus.. Marcus is a literal angel on Earth. To say he took the upmost care of my date and I would be an understatement.. he made excellent suggestions, possessed extensive knowledge of the menu, and made my pre-birthday dinner one of the most memorable dining experiences thus far. I'll most certainly be back to The Capital Grille in the near future..

We tried the basil pesto & goat cheese crostini and the spinach artichoke dip. Both were amazing! The negatives: It was a little loud, but not unbearable sitting by a wall. I would not love if I had to sit in the middle of the room. Getting seated was also difficult, as they did not have a host stand, so we just waited by the door. My least favorite part of the evening was when we were trying to pay. They were just holding the handheld machine, so we could not take our time looking at the bill and filling out the tip. The presets were something like 20%, 25%, and 30% tips. I am not opposed to tipping that much if we received above and beyond service, but that felt very pushy for such a nice place.

I came here a couple times when I was pregnant and got great mocktails, too. My husband got the smoked old-fashioned and really enjoyed it. Great date night spot or place to chill and hangout with friends.

Their poutine fries are apparently one of their most popular items. I'm usually not a fan of poutine fries, but my husband really wanted to try it and I'm glad I agreed because they were phenomenal! Not mushy and weird like normal poutine fries at other places. The sauces complemented the crispy fries very well. Overall this became one of our favorite spots to just pop in and grab a meal at while our daughter was in the NICU nearby. We will be making it a staple going forward!

Originally had a 9 PM reservation but was able to replace it with a 7:15 PM reservation. Unfortunately, the road by the restaurant was closed, making it very difficult to find parking and being able to physically walk to the restaurant. Due to construction, we arrived at the restaurant by 7:30 PM, which, as stated per policy that 15 minutes was allowed in order to not get our reservation reservations canceled. My party of three was not able to get seated until a little after 8 PM, not sure why. I believe we were told that they were not enough tables despite our reservation. Honestly, it wasn't that big of a deal but my party and I were a bit confused lol. We were seated in the area of the restaurant that was a bit, secluded from the rest of the floor, I think there were only three tables total in that section. Our server was amazing. His name was Jason. He did such a good job at explaining the dishes we were interested about, gave us really good recommendations and took very well care of us. We ordered a lot of food! Appetizers, we started off with the Korean fried chicken, which was crispy and crunchy. I would get them again as an entrée. We also got the house rolls that came with a gochujang like butter, had a hint of sweetness along with spicy. I ordered the American Wagyu ribeye as recommended by our server Jason. He told us that the rib I would be so soft that a butter knife could cut through it, honestly, it didn't taste as amazing as it sounds. I hate to put that in this review, but maybe it was my unfortunate luck. No complaints though because it was still good, just not as described. Big old chunk of meat, so it was nice being able to take it home as well. I guest at the table ordered the bra, short rib rigatoni, it was very interesting to see the Korean flavors connect with pasta! The other guest at my table had the very short rib with sweet potato grits, the short rib was so flavorful that I'm intrigued to get that next time. I was pleasantly shocked at how much flavor and how tender it was, I was jealous. I'm a big fries girlie, so we ordered the side of fries with spicy ketchup. To my surprise, the ketchup was actually spicy. We also ordered the brussels sprouts as our side, it was addicting. Probably one of the best brussels sprouts I've had. The banana pudding and Keylime pie was for to go, and unfortunately for you guys I did not get dessert to go. Although I will not be able to describe it to you all, the two guests I went with said they were too good. For some odd reason, this visit was so much better and tastier. I would love to come back.
