Got a delivery. Totally overpriced. Was recommended as good pizza but it was cold and uninspired. The crust did not taste good at all, neither did the cheese. The website menu advertises famous "THICK crust" and when I ordered it I mentioned i wanted it three times. the guy did not say anything about them having it or not. When I received it it was NOT thick in any way. When I called to ask about it he said they have just thin and regular. Went to this place while on vacation with my parents and the food was delicious! The portions were large, the beer was cold and the pizza and wings were really tasty! Lots of TVs on different sports channels as well. I will definitely return to this place if I am in the area again! read more

The pizza is very similar to what I was used to getting when I lived in Sicily. The linguica really sets off the flavors. This is the only place outside of Italy where they put salami on a pizza -- very authentic (the only thing else would be uovo -- sliced hard boiled eggs which Sicilians love to put in everything). The decor is very similar to most places in Itay (except they don't have as many TVs in Italy). Very nice place to come to watch sports & chow down on some authentic Itailian pizza. BTW - for those who seemed to be expecting this place to be a 5-Star restaurant in Paris might be happier in Paris. For someone who's actually lived in Italy, it was quite nice. read more

Really? I get retro, I love old style salt of the earth pizza places where the people are casual, the pizza doughy and the decor over the top cheesy ...but, when I have to use napkins to keep my arm from sticking to the table it just ruins it for me. Mind you, the rag the waitress used to clean it looked sticky itself. Did I mention the cheese shakers that were somewhere between greasy and self adhesive or the forks that made me wonder if I should really put them in my mouth? The carpet could use a good clean, as could the windows and booths. I think that stale cheese and meat smell was emanating from the carpet. I would describe the whole place as sticky - emphasis on the icky - Actually the place should be totally gutted and re-done. OK, the staff is nice and the Pizza is a solid B - good but not so good that I am willing to risk my health. BTW, Has the health department been in there? read more

WONDERFUL pizza -- been looking for this style forever in N California. This was our first visit, but we will drive over to Napa from Vacaville regularly just for this pizza. Ordered the largest Fazerrati's Special (with everything). VERY generous with the toppings, piled deep. The meat all tasted deli fresh, the veggies and cheese were superb. We ordered light olive oil on the crust instead of sauce, it was terrific. Ready in 15 minutes as promised. Didn't try the salad bar but it looked good and adequately stocked for Thursday 6pm. My experience at fazeratis was horrid. The counters and tables were grimey , the Salt shakers were slimey I just wanted to leave. So I went to the counter to get a box, and waited for service , and waited... Then walked back to get the dish washers attention , and I saw vegetable and other food products all over the floor. "Meh" is pretty much a spot on description. We ordered a couple pies for takeout. I wouldn't recommend it, but it wasn't terrible. I think we will try every other place in town before going back. So far Whole Foods deli pizza beats it so that is not saying too much. The problems were mostly crust and sauce related. We were staying at a nearby hotel and wanted more affordable food options, and boy are we glad we found this place. We got take out, but the place looked very family friendly with lots of locals. Sometimes it's about the food, sometimes it's about the atmosphere. In this case, it's about both. I've been a customer at Fazerrati's for 18 years. Why? The pizza's are outstanding, the salad bar has a great variety of ingredients to build your own salad and the beer mugs are the perfect temperature, ice cold to wash away the dusty day. The wine list is short, but hey! it's a sports pizzeria. If you want a great wine list, go to a 5 star place and get soaked for a week's pay. At Fazeratti's , it is what it is... a down to earth place, kind of the Cheer's of pizzerias, where everyone knows everyone and the owner remembers what you like for lunch. It's a great place for teams to go after games, plenty of room on the long tables for everyone to sit and talk without the pressure of hurrying through dinner. And it's totally kid friendly. There is a separate room with a large TV for reserved parties like birthdays, or team parties. The seating was recently upgraded, new booths and new chairs in a casual, relaxed, reasonably priced pizzeria. Again if you want expensive art, a stuffy atmosphere where you have to dress up, and make reservations 3 weeks in advance, you have plenty of choices in the Napa Valley. But if you want to just come as you are, grab a slice and a salad for lunch, hang out with friends after a game, watch Monday nite football with your buddies, bring your kids in for a team party or order for delivery for any occasion, this is your place. Well I dont know what happened to my original review so ill write it again. The pizza tasted old. Veggies were not fresh. We ordered the gardeners supreme and the sauce and cheese were bland. I wish it was better because we are local and would have returned. The salad bar was good. My friends have all raved about this place but they must have ordered something different. Fazerrati's rocks friendly people quick service for the most part obviously if you hit during noon rush or on a friday saturday night around supper time during playoffs of your favorite sports it can be a little loud or slow but clearly no one can ever live up to perfection all the time. The pizza's good got everyone at work hooked on it. My buddies both from work & college like that you can get big slices either by the slices or when you order a pie & even the minis are filling. Prices are competeing & they have more then just pizza or salads. It's pretty spacious & has good seating usually. I recently threw a family get together dinner for my father's birthday at Fazerrati's and brought a homemade cake for dessert. Upon leaving, I accidentally left behind the new glass pan I had baked the cake in along with the cutting knife. I realized this the next morning and returned to the restaurant as soon as possible to reclaim it. The front counter staff attempted to locate it but came up short however a pizza maker mentioned that she had seen it the night before in the kitchen and remembered wondering what it was doing there. For that reason, they looked a little harder and made an attempt to contact the manager from the night before to see where it had been placed or to see if it had been taken home, etc. Still not able to locate it, Tryo approached me and took matters into his own hands. I admitted it was my mistake leaving the pan and knife there and I would walk away, leaving my phone number for them to call in case they found it later but he insisted that it was not acceptable for his staff to lose them and not be able to return them to me. He mentioned that people had left stuff there in the past and getting it back to the owner had never been an issue therefore it should not be an issue now. He was very kind and apologetic, even embarrassed, and he gave me monetary compensation for the items which to me was going above and beyond. It is very rarely that we see true customer service these days, in my opinion, so I wanted to make sure I shared this experience and let pizza lovers know Troy is very prideful in his business and he knows how to keep customers happy and coming back... not to mention the pizza there is quite tasty and will have you wanting more! Thanks Troy, you have made me a believer that there still is world class customer service being served up locally :) read more
