Took in a leather shell jacket for a spot treatment. Was told it had to be sent out because of its material and it was a delicate process. Instant regret. Just got home to discover it's completely ruined. All color, all texture has been completely changed and there are huge dark spots all over. I am so appalled. I expected more from a cleaner that marketed to a "high end" market. I should have been contacted if they didn't have the experience in dealing with these type of jackets. I'll get right to it... My family and I have been using this location for years. It's down the street from our house. Well I will NOT be coming back! I've had it with the fluctuating issues and time differ rations with the same day service. I usually drop off items and pick them up a few days later but when I need a certain item quick I opt for the "same day service". I've been told by some employees that the cut off is 11:00 AM and others have told me 10:00 AM... That being said I always come by 10:00 if I have an item that's is needed same day. On more than one occasion I've come back to pick up a same day item that was not ready when promised? I've been told a few times different reasons / excuses for this. So I'm patient and forgiving and go on with my day. But... the latest drop off experience was not a good one. I arrived at 10:00 AM and the lady told me that I was too late for same day service. I really needed this item because my flight out of Burbank airport was at 10:00 AM the next day. The lady went to the back for a few minutes and then comes back giggling and tells me that shes sorry that the last load was already started. Then she tells me that it's 10:05 AM and I'm too late! Then I tell her it was 10:00 AM when I walked in. She then tells me that she maybe could have it by 10:30 AM or 11:00 AM the next day. Well I'll be at the airport by then and she just blew me off and started doing something else. Really!!!After years of being loyal to this location and spending an average of $250.00 per month ( yes I have receipts ) this is how she choose to resolve the problem??? I told her that me and my family will never be back! Of course she could have cared less. Seriously! I walked out with my other paid order of dry clean and laundry from a few days back and took the one item I needed cleaned same day and left. Won't be back ever again. I guess my spending average wasn't good enough here. This particular employee is the only one that I have had issues with before. The rest of the employees seem nice. I will kindly take my and my families business elsewhere. The high prices and crowded parking I could deal with; because this location dose do a great job; but not an employee whose rude and could not figure out a resolution to my problem. Besides losing things fairly regularly, their prices are out of hand. $4.15 to launder a sport shirt, $14.30 to dry clean a silk shirt!

I went in for the first time and dropped off two shirts and a suit. They asked if I had any coupons and, since it was my first time there, offered me a 40% off discount. I thought that was great and was quite happy about it, except..... I went the day after to pick up my clothes and the bill was $ 29 WITH THE 40% OFF ! ! ! ! Are these people insane??? That means if I did not get that 40% off they would have charged me about $ 55 for two shirts and a suit ! ! I payed, thanked them and told the lady I would never come back. She actually agreed with me that their prices are too high.... What a rip-off ! ! ! Go somewhere else. read more

I've been going to Fazio Calabasa randomly for many years - mostly to take care of my more expensive clothes/bedding. I'm a little surprised at the negative reviews as my experience has been quite different. They have always been courteous and helpful; when I had to bring a coverlet back they took care of it perfectly in one day. While the employees are very nice and accommodating the actual service is awful. You def. don't get what you pay for. They have broken buttons on my husband's designer shirts on multiple occasions, they lost my Ella Moss dress, flat press a designer pleated skirt, ruined a suit by pressing it incorrectly and much more. We're at fault for giving them so many chances! They overcharge, and ruin and/or ruin clothes. Really disappointing! read more

Fazio does a great with my work clothes. Once a week I send them all my dress shirts and my girlfriend sends her stuff as well. I have been taking shirts to be laundered here for 4 years. They always treat me with respect and like a valued customer. The prices are a little high, but they always have coupons and if you don't have one, you can get one on the back of your receipt at Ralph's right next door. They do a much better job than I can do myself. If you get them in by 8:00 in the morning, you can pick them up the same day. Dry cleaning is very expensive, but I haven't seen a place yet that offers cheap dry cleaning. read more

Customer service at Fazio Calabasas could improve. Seem to lack knowledge where to find the clothing. My clothing (2 jeans) were due to be ready on Saturday, I called on Tuesday (3 days later) and no one knew where the clothing was. read more
