Haven't been in awhile. I actually used to work here. Menu has changed a bit. Food is consistent and service was great.

Lobster ravioli needs a little more sauce

We waited 10 minutes with reservations. Once seated the service was good without being "naggy". Lobster ravioli was tasty, but needed more sauce; Caesar salad was good but served too cold. Overall, good was good!

We will never be back to this location. We have a Thursday dinner group and we agreed on this location when our friends arrived 612pm and we arrived 624pm by 7 pm our waiter hadn't even got us our drinks when we asked for the manager we were told she was at the hospital and the back up didn't want to listen Emilio was our waiter and heard us talking to manager on duty said we hadn't been there 45 min with nothing and he told us we could either stay and eat or we could leave we asked for the business card and corporate office and were denied that but we did get the card for the business manag

Mixed reviews. Food was large portions but not that great. Family dinner and they were able to accommodate 15 of us which was great, service for that amount of people was great. But the food did lack in quality and taste, very inconsistent. But they did replace some dishes and it was better! Loved the lights and atmosphere, you can also see them cooking, very cute.

Wanted to share how great this place was last night. But this morning at 7:30 on 10/19/2025 I had food poisoning. I had the runs and been vomiting up the food from last night

Had a gift card that I needed to use and chose this spot for a birthday dinner. Needless to say we probably won't be back based on the subpar food. For being a well known Italian restaurant it was quite empty. Not a good sign.. Service was great. We had a new guy, it was his first day, and he was awesome. He had so much pep in his step and truly went above and beyond throughout our meal. Food is mediocre for the price. The best things we had were the bread, caesar salads and the john cole dessert. Chicken Bryan. The chicken was cooked good, but there was an over abundance of goat cheese, which overtook the overall flavor of the dish. And the broccoli was simply not good. Both my sister and I ordered it as a side and agreed that the taste was off putting. My mom had the shrimp scampi and said that it needed more flavor and was cold. Thankfully, our server hooked my mom up with a spectacular birthday dessert to finish off the okay meal.

We love Carrabba's, the food is always good and the service always on point. My family and I got a bunch of different entree off of the menu. I ordered the Pollo Rosa Maria, it was delicious...I was just a little disappointed in the amount of fries that was on the plate. Especially, after I saw my son's plate which had twice the amount. Overall, we all ate our food and enjoyed our dining experience here.

I came with a few friends and it was a fun experience to try. You start off by ordering with the waitress and then the subsequent rounds, you order off the QR code that's at the table. The restaurant was pretty busy so we had to wait longer than we wanted to place an order. As far as the food, it felt more like baos and dumplings, not so much the classic dim sum styled foods. Another con was that the menu had so many non available items-items that would have completed the dim sum experience a little better. If you want actual dim sum, go somewhere else. It was fun for the experience and value, so I was glad we came once.

Came on a Friday for lunch and had high hopes after recommendation. Table next to us says they only come for lunch and feel like they only serve the more wanted items for dinner and just say they are "out" because they've NEVER had it. If that is true, it is highly disappointing. AYCE is 18.99 per person. Here is what we were able to order: 1. Scallion Pancake- good crisp! I liked how light and delicious this bite was 2. Crab Cheese Wonton- these were HOT in terms of temp, but 99% cream cheese so it was okay. 3. Chili Oil Wonton: loved the flavor, however skin was a bit tough, didnt steam long enough. 4. Chicken Wing- very very dry, comes without any sauce or seasoning so its on the side. 5. Pork Bun- a bit dry, but it had a savory flavor too it, not as sweet. 5. Chasu Bun- loved this one more than the 6. Pork Dumpling (did not have Beef)- it was okay, filling was decent, but again the wrapper had a weird bite to it. 7. Soup Dumplings: definitely better than the other dimpling, however they all stuck to the bottom so the wrapper ripped and I never tried the soup. 8. Chicken Feet: i normally love chicken feet but the braised sauce was underwhelming and not very...good? flavorful? 9. House Noodles: the noodles tasted a bit off. Green beans tasted and looked can to me. It just wasn't a favorite. Desserts: 1. Mango was very artificial. 2. Mocha was good, nice chocolatey taste Overall...I dont know if I would be back. I had such high hopes to try the spareribs, taro buns, golden lava buns, beef dumplings, lotus bun, sticky rice, etc. But they were all "out". Again...for an AYCE place at lunch it was $42 before tip and it would've been nice to have the full menu array. The ambiance is very bright and large screens, so it can definitely capture your attention. There was only one main server and she was doing her best.

I had also heard several coworkers talk about how good the food was, so I decided to place a takeout order for my family. When I picked up the order and got it home, I was amazed by how much food was in the bag. The meal arrived packed in foil pans--two smaller pans and one long pan. They also included napkins, tartar sauce, ketchup, and hot sauce packets. The portions were extremely generous. There were three of us eating, and we had enough leftovers to enjoy for almost three days. The meal was a little pricey, but considering the amount of food we received, the value was actually pretty good. As for the food itself, I wasn't as impressed as I expected to be after hearing so many people rave about it. The food wasn't bad, but it didn't leave a lasting impression on me. The best way I can describe it is that it was just okay. To be fair, this was a takeout order. I don't know how long the food sat before I picked it up, and some dishes simply don't travel as well as others. I suspect the dine-in experience may be much different. Although my first visit didn't quite live up to the hype, I appreciate the generous portions and attention to packaging. I'm willing to give Pappadeaux another chance in the future and try the full dining experience before making a final judgment.

So there's plenty of parking you just might have to walk a little further to get to the door. We were greeted and seated immediately. We placed our drink orders and then we were off to the buffet. It was set up like any other buffet, there was an Asian station with the traditional Asian foods, a fried station with your typical American foods, and even a dim sum station hidden in the back. They also had a Mongolian Grill where you could create your own! And they had a couple rolls of sushi out for grabs. The flavor of the foods with nothing out of the ordinary, pretty standard and tasted normal. So I think for the variety of options you get and the price that you pay is worth it. I didn't get to try the Mongolian Grill, but I definitely wanna go back and give it a shot. They also had a soft served ice cream, machine, and a chocolate fondue station. They also offered fruits for dessert as well. With all of the options they have available. I think you could definitely find something for everybody. If I'm in the area, I'll definitely go back!
