Fazoli's would be best described as "the poor man's Olive Garden" Go for the Chicken Parmesan with Spaghetti, it comes with your Choice of a Salad or a slice of pizza; breadsticks and a drink if you shut your eyes, it's the same thing. Of course you will only pay $7 for this meal so do not expect a waitress and unlimited salad. The breadsticks are just like Olive Garden's and you can get more if you are willing to go back to the counter and ask for some. The one in Clarksville Tennessee has a person that roams the dining area with a basket of breadsticks and offers you some. *take note Fayetteville this would be a nice touch*. They hand you a number and someone does bring your food around to your table. Self serve drinks, plastic ware and napkins. For some reason I have never been able to get my husband to the Olive Garden more than twice in 21 years, but he will go eat here every then and again. SOLD -- I'll take it because at least it resembles actual nutrition. It is usually fairly clean in there although I cannot say spotless. 8/7/16 Visited today for a quick lunch. Ordered the Baked Spaghetti. Nice taste but too much cheese, the pasta was over cooked and had very little sauce. Observed an employee place the ice containers on the floor, stand on a chair to put the ice in the soda machine. She then took the cloth used to clean the tables to wipe the dirty chair she stood on and placed the now dirty cloth on the counter. I spoke to the manager and she replaced the cloth. Remember Cleanliness helps to prevent illnesses. read more

Food was good, breadstick are amazing. BUT, the restaurant smelt like a giant portal potty. From the moment you walk into the door, and the bathrooms smelt ever worse. I could barely stay in there long enough to use the bathroom. I went 30 minutes after they opened, so it was not busy by any means. But the smell was awful. read more

I went here for lunch before leaving Fayetteville today. I was very impressed that you could do "Italian Food...FAST!" The place is really clean, and the food is really good especially for the price. The staff was really friendly, and took my order in a fast, and timely manner. I got the chicken parmesan with a side of pepperoni pizza, and a slice of New York Cheesecake with strawberries which came out to around $14. It also came with a drink and unlimited breadsticks as well. When you dine in, they give you a holding stand with a card number attached to it. Once your order is ready, someone brings out your order by finding the number for which the stand is holding which is convenient. They use to have one of these in Winston, but sadly it closed down as it was located on University, across from IHOP. Lukewarm fettuccine Alfredo. Edible pizza. Dirty restaurant that the servers cleaning mostly the entire time we were here due to lazy patrons not throwing away their trash. Our server never smiled. The service here is non-existant. We paid $20 for two pieces of lasagna in the foil dish it came frozen in. Save your money and go buy a tv dinner! We got one breadsticks each, it's supposed to be unlimited and no one ever brought them around to us! It was a slow Sunday afternoon and there were only two other tables in there besides us. I took my family here for my wife's birthday. The staff was so polite and serving. It was by far the best customer service I have experienced in years. On Tusdays they offer $.99 kids meals and set up an arts and crafts table for the kids. The staff helped my kids make birthday cards and brought her a birthday cake. Went through the drive thru and ordered a cheese pizza slice meal for my kid along with some meals for my husband and myself. We were given everything except the cheese slice. Since the lobby was closed and the line in the drive thru already long, I walked up to the door and knocked. I was ignored and cackled at from inside. I walked around to the drive thru so I could be seen, and flashed my receipt for the staff to see. I walked back up to the door and knocked again. I was ignored again and cackled at again. (I could clearly see the staff inside and they could clearly see me.) Well, finally, someone finally realized I wasn't going anywhere and finally opened the door. I politely explained that we were missing the cheese pizza slice. The employee retrieved the pizza slice while more cackling from inside commenced. Stay away from this place if you want to be treated with any dignity and respect and actually want to get what you ordered and paid for. read more

Went to Fazoli's here in Fayetteville this week for the first time. My overall experience was very positive. Dinner for eight adults and one child was $63.99. I considered the portions to be very generous and three people got doggy bags to take uneaten food home with them. Breadsticks were delicious and unlimited. Service was very prompt. You order and pay when you walk in (no waitresses) and food was brought to the table within six or seven minutes of our sitting down. Absolutely no complaints on the quality of the food and heard some glowing reviews of pizza slices that accompanied some entrees. When you finish you just get up and walk out. Clean restaurant, very good food, and great price. What more could one ask for? I had the spaghetti with meatballs. Plenty of pasta and combined with the bread sticks filled this guy up. Only downside -- lemonade tasted a bit watered down -- Though I've experienced soft drinks like this in restaurants where the prices are quite a bit higher. Overall a wonderful experience.
